Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein neues Verfahren zur Herstellung von 2-Cyanoimidazol-Verbindungen. 2-Cyanoimidazol-Verbindungen eignen sich als Zwischenproduktverbindungen für landwirtschaftliche Chemikalien oder für Arzneimittel.
- Bezüglich des Verfahrens zum Erhalt von 2-Cyanoimidazol- Verbindungen sind bisher Verfahren bekannt, wobei man eine Cyano-Gruppe in das entsprechende Imidazol-Derivat in der 2- Position einführt (siehe US 4,995,898).
- Bei diesen bekannten Verfahren ist es notwendig, eine mehrstufige Reaktionsabfolge durchzuführen, um 2-Cyanoimidazol-Verbindungen zu erhalten. In diesen Fällen sind unabhängige Verfahrensmaßnahmen zur Bildung des Imidazol- Rings sowie der Cyanierung des Imidazol-Rings erforderlich. Darüber hinaus erfordern die Cyanierungsverfahren oft komplizierte Verfahrensabläufe. Die bekannten Verfahren eignen sich daher nicht für eine kommerzielle Produktion von 2-Cyanoimidazol-Verbindungen.
- Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es daher, ein neues und vorteilhaftes Verfahren zur kommerziellen Herstellung von 2-Cyanoimidazol-Verbindungen anzugeben und zur Verfügung zu stellen.
- Dieser Gesichtspunkt der vorliegenden Erfindung wird aus der nun folgenden detaillierten Beschreibung sowie den sich daran anschließenden Beispielen noch deutlicher erkennbar.
- Die Erfinder haben umfangreiche Untersuchungen zur Entwicklung von Herstellverfahren für 2-Cyanoimidazol- Verbindungen durchgeführt. Als Ergebnis wurde eine neue Reaktion aufgefunden, mit der 2-Cyanoimidazol-Verbindungen durch ein 1-Stufen-Verfahren leicht erhältlich sind, wobei die in der Reaktion eingesetzten Rohmaterialien leicht erhältlich oder verfügbar sind. Somit wurde die vorliegende Erfindung ausgearbeitet und bewerkstelligt.
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von 2-Cyanoimidazol-Verbindungen der folgenden Formel (I)
- worin R¹ und R², jeweils unabhängig voneinander, ein Wasserstoffatom, eine geradkettige oder verzweigte C&sub1;&submin;&sub1;&sub0;- Alkylgruppe, die mit einem oder mehreren Substituenten substituiert sein kann, eine gegebenenfalls substituierte Phenylgruppe oder eine 3- bis 10-gliedrige heterocyclische Gruppe darstellen, die 1 bis 4 Heteroatome, ausgewählt aus einem Stickstoff-, Sauerstoff- und Schwefelatom, sowie restliche Kohlenstoffatome enthält und substituiert sein kann, oder worin R¹ und R² miteinander verbunden sein können, um eine Alkylengruppe zu bilden, die substituiert sein kann,
- wobei man eine Reaktion einer Verbindung der folgenden Formel (II):
- worin R¹ und R² wie oben definiert sind,
- oder eines Salzes davon
- mit Cyanogen (Dicyan, Oxalsäuredinitril) durchführt.
- Die Substituenten an der durch R¹ oder R² dargestellten Alkylgruppe, die substituiert sein kann, sind aus denjenigen ausgewählt, die keine gegenläufigen Effekte auf die Reaktion ausüben bzw. verursachen, d.h. aus einem Halogenatom, einer Habalkyl-, Alkoxy-, Haloalkoxy-, Alkylthio-, Haloalkylthio-, Aryl-, Aryloxy-, Arylthio-, Heteroaryl-, Heteroaryloxy-, Heteroarylthio-, Alkylamino- und aus einer Dialkylamino- Gruppe. Die Alkylgruppe kann einen oder mehrere dieser Substituenten aufweisen. Liegen zwei oder mehr Substituenten vor, können diese gleich oder verschieden sein.
- Beispiele der geradkettigen oder verzweigten C&sub1;&submin;&sub1;&sub0;- Alkylgruppe, die durch R¹ oder R² dargestellt ist, schließen eine Methyl-, Ethyl-, n-Propyl-, n-Butyl-, n-Pentyl-, n- Hexyl-, Isopropyl-, sec-Butyl-, Isobutyl-, Cyclopropyl-, Cyclobutyl-, Cyclopentyl- und eine Cyclohexyl-Gruppe ein.
- Die Substituenten an der Phenyl-, Heterocyclyl- oder Alkylengruppe, die durch R¹ oder R² dargestellt sind und substituiert sein können, sind aus denjenigen ausgewählt, die keine gegenläufigen Effekte auf die Reaktion ausüben bzw. verursachen, d.h. aus einem Halogenatom, einer Alkyl-, Haloalkyl-, Alkoxy-, Haloalkoxy-, Alkylthio-, Haloalkylthio-, Aryl-, Aryloxy-, Arylthio-, Heteroaryl-, Heteroaryloxy-, Heteroarylthio-, Alkylamino- und aus einer Dialkylamino- Gruppe. Es können einer oder mehrere dieser Substituenten auf der Phenyl-, Heterocyclyl- oder Alkylengruppe vorliegen. Liegen zwei oder mehr Substituenten vor, können diese gleich oder verschieden sein.
- Beispiele der 3- bis 10-gliedrigen Heterocyclylgruppe schließen eine Pyridyl-, Pyrimidinyl-, Pyridazinyl-, Triazinyl-, Furyl-, Thienyl-, Pyrrolidyl-, Imidazolyl-, Oxazolyl- und eine Thiazolyl-Gruppe ein.
- Beispiele der durch R¹ oder R² dargestellten Alkylengruppe, die substituiert sein kann, schließen im allgemeinen geradkettige C&sub2;&submin;&sub8;-Alkylengruppen ein. Spezifische Beispiele dieser Alkylengruppen schließen eine 1,3-Propandiyl-, 1,4- Butandiyl- und eine 1,5-Pentandiyl-Gruppe ein.
- Beispiele der Halogenatome als Substituenten an der gegebenenfalls substituierten, durch R¹ oder R² dargestellten Alkyl-, Phenyl-, Heterocyclyl- oder Alkylengruppe schließen ein Fluor-, Chlor-, Brom- und ein Jodatom ein. Beispiele verschiedener Reste in den Substituenten an der gegebenenfalls substituierten, durch R¹ oder R² dargestellten Alkyl-, Phenyl-, Heterocyclyl- oder Alkylengruppe sind die folgenden. Beispiele des Alkylrestes schließen eine Methyl-, Ethyl- und eine Propylgruppe ein. Beispiele des Arylrests schließen eine Phenyl- oder Naphthylgruppe ein. Beispiele des Heteroaryl-Restes schließen eine Pyridyl-, Pyrimidinyl-, Pyridazinyl-, Triazinyl-, Furyl-, Thienyl-, Pyrrolidyl-, Imidazolyl-, Oxazolyl- und eine Thiazolyl-Gruppe ein.
- Beispiele des Salzes der durch die Formel (II) dargestellten Verbindung schließen ein Hydrochlorid, Hydrobromid, Sulfat, Nitrat und ein Methansulfonat ein.
- Das Verfahren der vorliegenden Erfindung läßt sich vorzugsweise zur Herstellung der folgenden Verbindungen anwenden:
- (1) Verbindungen, worin R¹ eine gegebenenfalls substituierte Alkyl-, Phenyl- oder Heterocyclylgruppe und R² ein Wasserstoffatom in der Formel (I) sind, und
- (2) Verbindungen, worin R¹ eine gegebenenfalls substituierte Phenylgruppe und R² ein Wasserstoffatom in der Formel (I) sind.
- Spezifische Beispiele der Verbindung der Formel (II), die als Ausgangsmaterial in der vorliegenden Erfindung eingesetzt werden, schließen Aminoaceton, Ethylaminomethylketon, 2-Chlorthylaminomethylketon, 3,3,3-Trifluorpropylaminoethylketon, 2-Methoxyethylaminomethylketon, Aminomethylbenzylketon, Aminomethyl-4-chlorbenzylketon, 2-Amino-2'- methylacetophenon, 2-Amino-3'-methylacetophenon, 2-Amino-4- methylacetophenon, 2-Amino-2'-ethylacetophenon, 2-Amino-3'- ethylacetophenon, 2-Amino-4'-ethylacetophenon, 2-Amino-2',3'- dimethylacetophenon, 2-Amino-2', 4'-dimethylacetophenon, 2- Amino-2'-chloracetophenon, 2-Amino-3'-chloracetophenon, 2- Amino-4'-chloracetophenon, 2-Amino-2',4'-dichloracetophenon, 2-Amino-2'-bromacetophenon, 2-Amino-3'-bromacetophenon, 2- Amino-4'-bromacetophenon, 2-Amino-2'-trifluormethylacetophenon, 2-Amino-3'-trifluormethylacetophenon, 2-Amino- 4'-trifluormethylacetophenon, 2-Amino-4-phenylacetophenon, 4- Pyridylaminomethylketon, 5-Trifluormethyl-2- pyridylaminomethylketon, 2-Pyrimidinylaminomethylketon, 2- Aminocyclohexanon, 1-Aminoethylmethylketon, 1-Aminoethylpropylketon, 2-Aminopropionophenon, 2-Amino-4'- methylpropionophenon- und 4-Pyridyl-1-aminoethylketon ein.
- Im Verfahren der vorliegenden Erfindung wird die Verbindung der Formel (II) vorzugsweise in Form eines mit einer geeigneten Säure gebildeten Salzes verwendet.
- Die einzusetzende Menge an Cyanogen liegt vorzugsweise im Bereich von nicht weniger als 1 Aquivalent, bezogen auf die Menge der durch die Formel (II) dargestellten Verbindung.
- Im Verfahren der vorliegenden Erfindung kann eine Base verwendet werden. Als eine derartige Base können entweder eine anorganische oder eine organische Base eingesetzt werden. Beispeile der anorganischen Base schließen ein Alkalimetallhydroxid wie Natrium- und Kaliumhydroxid, ein Alkali- oder Erdalkalicarbonat wie Kaliumcarbonat, Calciumcarbonat und Natriumhydrogencarbonat, ein Alkaliacetat wie Natrium- und Kaliumacetat, ein Hydrid eines Alkalimetalls wie Natriumhydrid, ein Metallalkoxid wie Natriummethoxid, und ein Alkalimetall wie metallisches Natrium ein. Beispiele der organischen Base schließen Triethylamin, Pyridin, Picolin und N,N-Dimethylanilin ein. Die Menge der einzusetzenden Base kann im Bereich einer katalytischen Menge bis zu dem eines großen Überschusses liegen.
- In vorliegenden Verfahren kann ein Lösungsmittel angewandt werden. Beispiele eines solchen Lösungsmittels schließen aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe wie Benzol, Toluol, Xylol und Chlorbenzol, cyclische oder acyclische aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe wie Chloroform, Kohlenstofftetrachlorid, Methylenchlorid, Dichlorethan, Trichlorethan, n-Hexan und Cyclohexan, Ether wie Diethylether, Dioxan, Tetrahydrofuran und Dimethoxyethan, Ketone, wie Aceton, Methylethylketon und Methylisobutylketon, Nitrile wie Acetonitril und Propionitril, aprotische polare Lösungsmittel wie N,N- Dimethylformamid, N-Methylpyrrolidon, Dimethylsulfoxid und Sulfolan (d.h. Tetrahydrothiophen-1,1-dioxid), Alkohole wie Methanol und Ethanol, sowie Pyridin ein.
- Die Reaktionstemperatur liegt im Normalfall im Bereich von 0 bis 120 und vorzugsweise von 40 bis 110ºC, wobei die Reaktion in wenigen bis mehreren Stunden beendet ist.
- Nach Beendigung der Reaktion kann das Reaktionsprodukt gemäß üblicher Verfahrensmaßnahmen wie Extraktion und Unkristallisation verarbeitet werden, um eine 2- Cyanoinidazol-Verbindung der Formel (I) zu erhalten.
- Bevorzugte Ausgestaltungsformen des Verfahrens der vorliegenden Erfindung werden nun beschrieben, der vorliegende Erfindungsgegenstand sollte jedoch nicht auf diese eingeschränkt sein.
- (1) Cyanogen wird mit der Verbindung der Formel (II) oder einem Salz davon in einer Menge von 1 bis 10 Mol, bezogen auf 1 Mol der letzteren, bei einer Temperatur von 40 bis 110ºC zur Reaktion gebracht.
- (2) Die Reaktion wird in der Gegenwart eines Lösungsmittels in einer Menge von 0,01 bis 10 1 durchgeführt, bezogen auf 1 Mol Cyanogen.
- (3) Cyanogen und das Lösungsmittel werden vorab vermischt.
- (4) Als Lösungsmittel werden eines oder eine Mischung von 2 oder mehreren eingesetzt, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus aromatischen Kohlenwasserstoffen wie Benzol, Toluol und Xylol, aus cyclischen oder acyclischen aliphatischen Kohlenwasserstoffen wie Chloroform, Methylenchlorid und 1,2-Dichlorethan, aus Ethern wie 1,4- Dioxan und 1,2-Dimethoxyethan, aus Ketonen wie Aceton, Nitrilen wie Acetonitril und Propionitril und aus aprotischen polaren Lösungsmitteln wie N,N-Dimethylformamid und Dimethylsufloxid.
- (5) Die Reaktion wird in der Gegenwart einer Base in einer Menge von einer katalytischen Menge (z.B. 0,001 Mol) bis 5 Mol durcdhgeführt, bezogen auf 1 Mol der durch die Formel (II) dargestellten Verbindung oder eines Salzes davon.
- (6) Als Base werden Pyridin oder N,N-Dimethylanilin verwendet.
- Die vorliegende Erfindung wird nun anhand der folgenden Beispiele noch weiter beschrieben.
- 0,85 g (5 Inmol) 2-Aminoacetophenon-Hydrochlorid und 1,98 g (25 mMol) Pyridin werden in 30 ml N,N-Dimethylformamid in einem Vierhalskolben gelöst, der mit einer Trockeneis-Kühlung versehen ist. Die Lösung wird dann auf eine Temperatur von -50ºC abgekühlt. Zur Lösung werden dann ca. 0,5 g (9,6 mMol) Cyanogen gegeben, das abgekühlt und bei einer Temperatur von -50ºC verfestigt worden ist. Die Lösung wird dann bei einer Temperatur von 60ºC 1 h lang und bei einer Temperatur von 80ºC ebenfalls 1 h lang erwärmt. Die Reaktionslösung wird dann mit Ethylacetat und Wasser extrahiert. Die sich ergebende organische Phase wird mit gesättigter Salzslösung gewaschen. Die organische Phase wird über wasserfreiem Natriumsulfat getrocknet und dann eingeengt. Das Material wurde dann an einer Kieselgelsäule chromatographiert, um 0,29 g (Ausbeute: 34%) 2-Cyano-4-phenylimidazol zu erhalten.
- 0,93 g (5 mMol) 2-Amino-4'-methylacetophenon-Hydrochlorid wurden in 30 ml Toluol in einem 50 ml Autoklav aus Edelstahl suspendiert. Zur Suspension wurden dann 0,79 g (10 mmol) Pyridin gegeben. Die Suspension wurde dann auf eine Temperatur von -78ºC abgekühlt. Zur Suspension wurde dann ca. 0,5 g (9,6 mMol) Cyanogen gegeben, das abgekühlt und bei einer Temperatur von -78ºC verfestigt worden war. Der Autoklav wurde dann verschlossen. Die Suspension wurde bei einer Temperatur von 100ºC 2,5 h lang erhitzt, dann ließ man das Ganze abkühlen. Der Autoklav wurde entleert. Die Reaktionsmischung wurde mit Ethylacetat und Wasser extrahiert. Die sich ergebende organische Phase wurde über wasserfreiem Natriumsulfat getrocknet und dann an einer Kieselgelsäule chromatographiert, um 0,48 g (Ausbeute: 52%) 2-Cyano-4-(p-tolyl)imidazol zu erhalten.
- 2,0 g (11 mMol) 2-Amino-4'-methylacetophenon-Hydrochlorid wurden in einem 100 ml Rundkolben abgewogen. Zum Material wurden dann 40 ml (40 mMol) einer 1 Mol/l N,N- Dimethylformamid-Lösung von Cyanogen bei einer Temperatur von 0ºC gegeben. Zur Mischung wurden dann 1,7 g (22 mMol) Pyridin gegeben. Die Mischung wurde dann auf eine Temperatur von 60ºC erwärmt und 18 h lang gerührt. Man ließ dann die Reaktionsmischung auf Raumtemperatur abkühlen. Die Reaktionsmischung wurde mit Ethylacetat und Wasser extrahiert. Die sich ergebende organische Phase wurde mit gesättigter Salzlösung gewaschen. Die organische Phase wurde über wasserfreiem Natriumsulfat getrocknet, eingeengt und dann an einer Kieselgelsäule chromatographiert, um 1,55 g (Ausbeute: 77%) 2-Cyano-4-(p-tolyl)imidazol zu erhalten.
- 15 g (81 mMol) 2-Amino-4'-methylacetophenon-Hydrochlorid wurden in einem 200 ml Vierhalskolben abgewogen. Zum Material wurden dann 121 ml (121 mMol) einer 1 Mol/l N,N- Dimethylformamid-Lösung von Cyanogen gegeben. Die Mischung wurde dann gerührt. Zur Mischung wurden dann 29,4 g (243 mMol) N,N-Dimethylanilin gegeben. Die Mischung wurde dann auf eine Temperatur von 100ºC erhitzt und 3 h lang gerührt. N,N- Dimethylanilin wurde dann aus der Reaktionsmischung unter einem Druck von 4 KPa (30 mmHg) abdestilliert. Man ließ die Reaktionsmischung auf Raumtemperatur abkühlen. 200 ml Wasser wurden dann in die Reaktionsmischung gegossen. Die Reaktionsmischung wurde mit Salzsäure angesäuert, und es wurde ein Niederschlag abfiltriert. Der Filtrationsrückstand wurde in 200 ml einer 5%-igen wässrigen Lösung von Natriumhydroxid aufgelöst, und es wurde die Lösung filtriert. Das Filtrat wurde dann mit Salzsäure angesäuert. 2-Cyano-4- (p-tolyl)imidazol wurden als die gewünschte Verbindung durch Filtration gewonnen. Das Material wurde dann getrocknet, um 12,43 g gewünschte Verbindung in einer Reinheit von 83,4% (Ausbeute: 70,0%) zu erhalten.
- Die vorgenannten Herstellverfahren oder Beispiele ermöglichen auch die Synthesen der folgenden 2-Cyanoimidazol- Verbindungen:
- 2-Cyano-4-(o-tolyl)imidazol;
- 2-Cyano-4-(m-tolyl)imidazol;
- 2-Cyano-4-(2-ethylphenyl)imidazol;
- 2-Cyano-4-(3-ethylphenyl)imidazol;
- 2-Cyano-4-(4-ethylphenyl)imidazol;
- 2-Cyano-4-(2,3-dimethylphenyl)imidazol;
- 2-Cyano-4-(2,4-dimethylphenyl)imidazol;
- 4-(2-Chlorphenyl)-2-cyanoimidazol;
- 4-(3-Chlorphenyl)-2-cyanoimidazol;

- Wie oben dargestellt, wird durch die vorliegende Erfindung ein neues Verfahren zur Herstellung von 2-Cyanoimidazol- Verbindungen angegeben. Als Ergebnis der vorliegenden Erfindung sind 2-Cyanoimidazol-Verbindungen leicht und einfach in 1 Stufe erhältlich.
- Indem die Erfindung im Detail und unter Bezugnahme auf spezifische Ausgestaltungsformen davon beschrieben worden ist, sollte es für den Durchschnittsfachmann klar erkenntlich sein, daß verschiedene Änderungen und Modifikationen durchgeführt werden können, ohne von Inhalt und Umfang der vorliegenden Erfindung abzuweichen.
Claims (10)
1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von 2-Cyanoimidazol-
Verbindungen der folgenden Formel (I):
worin R¹ und R², jeweils unabhängig voneinander, ein
Wasserstoffatom, eine geradkettige oder verzweigte C&sub1;&submin;&sub1;&sub0;-
Alkylgruppe, die mit einem oder mehreren Substituenten
substituiert sein kann, welche, gleich oder verschieden, aus
Halogenatomen, Habalkyl-, Alkoxy-, Haloalkoxy-, Alkylthio-,
Haloalkylthio-, Aryl-, Aryloxy-, Arylthio-, Heteroaryl-,
Heteroaryloxy-, Heteroarylthio-, Alkylamino- und aus
Dialkylamino-Gruppen ausgewählt sind, eine Phenylgruppe, die
mit einem oder mehreren Substituenten substituiert sein kann,
welche, gleich oder verschieden, aus Halogenatomen, Alkyl-,
Habalkyl-, Alkoxy-, Haloalkoxy-, Alkylthio-, Haloalkylthio-,
Aryl-, Aryloxy-, Arylthio-, Heteroaryl-, Heteroaryloxy-,
Heteroarylthio-, Alkylamino- und aus Dialkylamino-Gruppen
ausgewählt sind, oder eine heterocyclische Gruppe darstellen,
die 1 bis 4 Heteroatome aus einem Stickstoff-,
Sauerstoff- und Schwefelatom und als Rest Kohlenstoffatome enthält und
mit einem oder mehreren Substituenten substituiert sein kann,
welche, gleich oder verschieden, aus Halogenatomen, Alkyl-,
Haloalkyl-, Alkoxy-, Haloalkoxy-, Alkylthio-, Haloalkylthio-,
Aryl-, Aryloxy-, Arylthio-, Heteroaryl-, Heteroaryloxy-,
Heteroarylthio-, Alkylamino- und aus Dialkylamino-Gruppen
ausgewählt sind, und worin R¹ und R² miteinander verbunden
sein können, um eine Alkylengruppe zu bilden, die mit einem
oder mehreren Substituenten substituiert sein kann, welche,
gleich oder verschieden, aus Halogenatomen, Alkyl-,
Habalkyl-, Alkoxy-, Haloalkoxy-, Alkylthio-, Haloalkylthio-,
Aryl-, Aryloxy-, Arylthio-, Heteroaryl-, Heteroaryloxy-,
Heteroarylthio-, Alkylamino- und aus Dialkylamino-Gruppen
ausgewählt sind,
wobei man eine Reaktion einer Verbindung der folgenden Formel
(II):
worin R¹ und R² wie oben definiert sind,
oder eines Salzes davon
mit Cyanogen durchführt.
2. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1,
worin R¹ die genannte Alkylgruppe, die substituiert sein
kann, die genannte Phenylgruppe, die substituiert sein kann,
oder die genannte Heterocyclylgruppe, die substituiert sein
kann, und R² ein Wasserstoffatom sind.
3. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1,
worin R¹ die genannte Phenylgruppe, die substituiert sein
kann, und R² ein Wasserstoffatom sind.
4. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1,
wobei Cyanogen mit der durch die Formel (II) dargestellten
Verbindung oder einem Salz davon in einer Menge von 1 bis 10
Mol, bezogen auf 1 Mol der letzteren, bei einer Temperatur
von 0 bis 120ºC zur Reaktion gebracht wird.
5. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 4,
wobei die Reaktionstemperatur im Bereich von 40 bis 110ºC
liegt.
6. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 4,
wobei die Reaktion in der Gegenwart eines Lösungsmittels in
einer Menge von 0,01 bis 10 1, bezogen auf 1 Mol Cyanogen,
durchgeführt wird.
7. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 6,
wobei Cyanogen und das Lösungsmittel vor der Reaktion
vorvermischt werden.
8. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 6,
wobei das genannte Lösungsmittel eines oder eine Mischung von
2 oder mehreren ist, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus
aromatischen Kohlenwasserstoffen, cyclischen oder acyclischen
aliphatischen Kohlenwasserstoffen, Ethern, Ketonen, Nitrilen
und aus aprotischen polaren Lösungsmitteln.
9. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 4,
wobei die Reaktion in der Gegenwart einer Base in einer Menge
von einer katalytischen Menge bis 5 Mol, bezogen auf 1 Mol
Verbindung der Formel (II) oder eines Salzes davon,
durchgeführt wird.
10. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 9,
wobei die genannte Base Pyridin oder N,N-Dimethylanilin ist.
