Process for the production of transparent or glass batiste effects
on rayon made from regenerated cellulose or fabrics containing it
found that the process according to the main patent for the production of transparent
or 'Glass batiste effects on rayon made from regenerated cellulose are also present
to create patterned effects on rayon made from regenerated cellulose
leaves.
If sulfuric acid is left above q.a ° Be to 501/2 ° Be below the
Conditions of the main patent act locally on the fiber structure,
the change in the fibers, which are directly reflected by contrasts or reflections
in the event of subsequent over-dyeing due to differences in the color tone, caused by
Differences in affinity between treated and untreated fiber, noticeable,
only in the treated areas.
This phenomenon can be used to produce patterns
do. The local action of sulfuric acid can be prevented by direct application,
done by printing, spraying or painting with or without a thickener,
or reserves can be applied and then the fiber structure in the swelling agent
be immersed. Dyes can be added to the reserves, so that at the same time
achieved a local coloring with the reserve. In any case, the fiber material
exposed to the action of sulfuric acid until a dry sample becomes translucent
and got stiff.
The process can be applied to structures of all types of rayon
use regenerated cellulose. Also mixed fabrics made of such synthetic fibers and
Natural vegetable and animal fibers are amenable to this treatment.
Man erreicht

The treatment of blended fabrics has been found to have the purpose
Achieving soft effects is particularly beneficial when using natural fibers
to be processed in the raw state and only after local exposure
the sulfuric acid cleaning or bleaching of the structures takes place. One achieves
As a result, the natural fibers are not due to the natural incrustations
are influenced by sulfuric acid and therefore their original nature
maintained. Are blended fabrics made of rayon from regenerated cellulose, raw
and natural fibers that have already been digested are used, the result is diversity
the effects are further increased, which is particularly evident in the subsequent dyeing.
