Claims (9)
1. Verbindung zur Verwendung in vivo als ein Sauerstofftransportmittel,
wobei besagte Verbindung mindestens eine Verbindungsgruppe umfaßt, die mindestens drei stark
fluorierte Arme aufweist.
2. Verbindung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Verbindung die
Struktur LRn hat, worin R ein stark fluorierter Arm, &eegr; 3 oder
4 und L eine Verbindungsgruppe ist.
3. Verbindung nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Gruppen R gleich oder verschieden sein können und jede ein C4-C15-Kohlenwasserstoff,
gesättigt oder ungesättigt, geradkettig oder verzweigt oder cyclisch, aromatisch oder heterocyclisch
ist, worin mehr als die Hälfte der H-Atome durch F-Atome
ersetzt ist.
4. Verbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, die auch eine im wesentlichen nicht hämolytische, hydrophile Gruppe
enthält.
5. Verbindung nach Anspruch 4, wobei die hydrophile Gruppe eine oder mehrere Alkohol-, Ether-, Carboxamid-, Sulfonamid-,
Phosphoramid- oder N-Oxidgruppen in linearer, verzweigter oder cyclischer Konfiguration umfaßt.
6. Verbindung nach Anspruch 4 oder Anspruch 5 mit der Struktur
worin Z eine hydrophile Gruppe und R ein stark fluorierter Arm ist.
7. Verbindung nach Anspruch 6 mit der Struktur a), worin Z -CONH(CH2)3N(O)(CH3)2 oder -CON(CH2CH2OCH3)2 ist.
8. Wäßrige Emulsion enthaltend 5-70 Volumen-% der in einem
der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 definierten Verbindung.
9. Verwendung der in einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 definierten Verbindung zur Herstellung eines in vivo Sauerstofftransportmittels
