Claims (6)

Patentansprüche:
1. Vektor, der eine Nucleinsaure aufweist, die für eine DNA-Polymerase codiert, deren Aminosäurenseqenz im wesentlichen die Aminosäurensequenz der Taq DNA-Polymerase von Termus aauaticus umfasst, wobei an dem N-Ende 235 Aminosäuren der Taq DNA-Polymerase fehlen.
2. Der Vektor nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Nucleinsaure mit der identisch ist, die in dem Plasmid pWB2 5 3 vorliegt, das in der unter der ATCC No. 68431 hinterlegten Wirtszelle vorhanden ist.
3. Wirtszelle, die einen Vektor enthält, die für eine DNA-Polymerase codiert, deren Aminosäurenseqenz im wesentlichen die Aminosäurensequenz der Taq DNA-Polymerase von Termus aquaticus umfasst, wobei an dem N-Ende 235 Aminosäuren der Taq DNA-Polymerase fehlen.
4. Wirtszelle nach Anspruch 3. die unter der ATCC No. 68431 hintelegt ist.
5. Gereinigte DNA-Polymerase, die eine Aminosäurensequenz aufweist, die im wesentlichen die Aminosäurensequenz der Taq DNA-Polymerase von Thermus acuaticus umfaßt, wobei an N-Ende 235 Aminosäuren der Taq DNA-Polymerase fehlen.
6. Gereinigte DNA-Polymerase nach Anspruch 5, die als homogene Zubereitung vorliegt.
