Claims (9)

Europäische Patentanmeldung Nr. 87830114.2 12530 Dr.v.B/Ri PATENTANSPRÜCHE
1. Klonungs- und Expressionsvektoren für heterologe Gene in Hefen, dadurch gekennzeichnet/ daß diese Vehikel zumindest die ganze DNA des pKD1-Plasmids (isoliert aus Kluyveromyces drosophilarum) enthalten oder einen Teil hiervon, und ein DNA-Segment, das irgendein heterologes Gen trägt, einschließlich Sequenzen, die die Expression dieses Gens gewährleisten.
2. Vektor nach Anspruch 1, bei dem das heterologe Gen in eine der einmaligen Restriktionsstellen des pKD1-Plasmids eingesetzt ist.
3. Vektor nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die einmalige Restriktionsstelle, die Pstl-Stelle ist.
4. Vektor nach Anspruch 1-3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das heterologe Gen das URA3-Gen von Saccharomyces cerevisiae ist.
5. Vektor nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das DNA-Segment, das das üRA3-Gen trägt, die DNA des YIP5-Plasmids ist.
6. Vektor nach Anspruch 5, der ein 1,7 Kilobasen langes DNA-Fragment des pKD1-Plasmids enthält, welches Fragment mit dem Enzym BamHI erhalten und an der einmaligen BamHI-Stelle des YIP5-Plasmids eingesetzt ist.
7. Hefen, die durch die in den Ansprüchen 1->6 bezeichneten Vektoren transformiert sind.
8. Hefen nach Anspruch 7, die zur Gattung Kluyveromyces gehören.
9. Hefen nach Anspruch 8, die zur Art Kluyveromyces lactis gehören.
