Description

Stand der Technik
Es ist bekannt, daß Rührwerke in Lagertanks eingebaut werden.
Der Einbau erfolgt horizontal in vorhandene Stutzen am Tankmantel.
Der Bewegungsbereich ist, bedingt durch die jetzige Bauart, auf einen horizontalen Arbeitsbereich (Schwenkbereich) von ca. 30° nach links bzw. nach rechts begrenzt.
Die Wirkung des Rührwerkspropellers kann somit nicht räumlich erfolgen.
Die Lösung ist durch die in den Ansprüchen Pos. 1-5 angegebenen Merkmale gekennzeichnet.

Claims (1)

  1. Der Patentanspruch ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß:
    • 1. die Wirkungsweise des Rührwerk-Propellers durch eine eine Turbo-Düse, in der der Propeller rotiert, durch Bündelung des Durchsatzes wesentlich verstärkt wird.
    • 2. durch die Kombination - "Drehgelenk in Verbindung mit Hubeinrichtung" - eine räumliche Wirkung des Rührwerkpropellers kontrolliert erzeugt werden kann.
    • 3. jetzt auch in der Einbauart "vertikal" die Erzielung des angestrebten Rührerfolges möglich ist.
    • 4. aufgrund der Konstruktionsmerkmale "druck- und gasdicht sowie flammendurchschlagsicher ein Einsatz in den v.g. Gefahrenklassen möglich ist.
    • 5. der Antrieb des Propellers im Lagergut des Tanks durch einen Motor (elektr. oder hydraulisch) erfolgt.
