Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kommissionierungsanlage für Apothekenprodukte mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs von Anspruch 1.The invention relates to a commissioning system for pharmacy products with the features of the preamble of claim 1.
Picking systems for pharmacy products are used in pharmacies, however also in pharmaceutical wholesale, the enormous variety of pharmacies store the sorted products and as quickly as possible in the desired product Sorting and denomination can be taken from the warehouse and put together. Picking systems in the form of drawers are known from pharmacies cabinets, roller cabinets, backdrop cabinets, drawers and paternoster cupboards and open shelves and shelves. The pharmacist gets out of the existing ones in this picking system which sorting compartments the desired pharmacy products for an order together and then carries the products of an order forward Sales counter. In pharmaceutical wholesale, there is a corresponding labor-intensive, just something for the sorting staff through trolleys simplified compilation of delivery batches for the individual pharmacies.
Semi-automatic order picking systems in the form of are also known Chess machines for a maximum of 300 individual items. Such shaft automata are unsuitable for picking pharmacy products because the number of different pharmacy products to be kept available several thousand.
The invention has for its object a largely automated To create a picking system for pharmacy products.
The task outlined above is characterized by the characteristics of the Part of claim 1 solved. In the field of general cargo storage, uni well-known high-bay warehouse at heights between 8 and 40 m, who are operated by forklift trucks, stacking cranes and shelf conveyors the. These high-bay warehouses are characterized by excellent Use of space and space with short access times. They are great Product quantities therefore particularly well suited.
According to the invention, it has been recognized that the organizational principle of High-bay warehouses in principle also for a picking system for Can realize pharmacy products. The constructive design of a such picking system, which organi as a kind of high-bay warehouse is, however, requires very specific, specific adjustments, not least of all the significantly smaller dimensions of the Pro products and the system as a whole.
It is surprising and speaks for the inventive quality of the invention order picking system that high-bay warehouse for general cargo for years tenths are known that are developing in the field of picking for pharmacy products for pharmacies as well as for pharma have not influenced the wholesale trade.
Preferred configurations and developments of the picking system according to claim 1 are the subject of the dependent claims. Protected for yourself is also a shelf wall or a shelf wall part for order picking System according to the invention with the relevant features of interest the related claims.
In der Zeichnung zeigtIn the following the invention is based on an embodiment only example illustrative drawing explained further. In the drawing shows

The commissioning system shown in perspective in FIG. 1 is intended and suitable for pharmacy products in pharmacies and in pharmaceutical wholesale. It can be installed in buildings with normal room heights and allows fully automated removal of pharmacy products from a shelf wall or shelves in any desired sorting and denomination.
In Fig. 1 is first seen on the floor of a building 1 a longitudinal direction defining a shelf wall 2, whose end-side support 3, except on the ground 1 also supported on the ceiling 4 of the building. The Re galwand 2 has a plurality of transverse to the longitudinal direction, open or openable sorting compartments 5 . From the saying that the sorting compartments 5 are also "openable", that is to say they should be closed at first, makes it clear that the shelf wall 2 does not necessarily have to be open, but is also conceivable in the closed version, in which it then represents a cabinet. Shelf in the sense of this invention is therefore to be understood technically comprehensively and also includes cabinet walls.
On the front of the shelf wall 2 , a motor-driven and computer-controlled gripping and collecting device 6 is provided, which can be moved in the longitudinal direction and in height as well as transversely to the sorting compartments 5 of the shelf wall 2 . Using this gripping and collecting device 6 , individual or a predetermined group (for example a completely sorted order) of pharmacy products 7 can be automatically removed from the sorting compartments 5 concerned and transported to a dispensing position. In the illustrated embodiment, the delivery position is located at the edge of the base 1 in the drawing at the front right.
Assuming a working length of, for example, 4000 mm and a room height of, for example, 2600 mm, 1500 to 2000 pharmacy products can be stacked or stacked in, for example, 15 to 20 rows of rows in a shelf wall 2 of the order-picking system according to the invention. Place 2500 to 3000 pharmacy products on top of each other in, for example, 35 to 40 specialist rows. In the illustrated embodiment, it is now provided that the shelf wall 2 is arranged at a suitable distance from a second shelf wall 8 and that the gripping and collecting direction 6 between the shelf walls 2 , 8 arranged movably and can be employed on both shelf walls 2 , 8 . So that the technically complex gripping and collecting device 6 can handle the double number of pharmacy products.
Fig. 1 in connection with Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 makes it clear that here the gripping and collecting device 6 is designed as a sliding lift truck which can be moved on the lower rails 9 and on parallel upper rails 10 on the ceiling 4 . This results in a very narrow, but nevertheless stable longitudinal guide of the mobile lifting truck - the gripping and collecting device 6 - between the shelf walls 2 .
From Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 it also results in connection that the gripping and collecting device 6 a running on the lower rails 9 longitudinal drive carrier 11 , a vertical carrier 12 arranged thereon, a vertical trolley running on the vertical carrier 13 and one on the vertical trolley 13th Has product gripper 14 arranged to be movable in the transverse direction. Next, the preferred embodiments Example 1 4 recognizable features, particularly in Fig. And Fig. Characterized in that the height of the trolley 13 extending in the transverse direction of collection tray 15 for pharmacy products has and the products gripper 14 is querverfahr bar above the collecting tray 15.
It is seen from Fig. 4 very good as the products gripper 14 above the collection tray 15 is reciprocally movable, with the proviso in this case that each shelf wall 2, a product gripper 14 is arranged on a common carriage 16 and that preferred in the present and Ausführungsbei game, both product grippers 14 are driven synchronously on the carriage 16 .
The latter takes into account the fact that only one product gripper 14 is actually actively handling a pharmacy product 7 originating from a shelf wall 2 , while the other product gripper 14 is not being used at this moment. Consequently, both can be driven by one and the same drive in the housing of the carriage 16 . The two product grippers 14 , here including the carriage 16 , can be pivoted about the longitudinal axis of the arrangement by approximately 20 ° to both sides, so that their position can be adjusted to the inclination angle of the sorting compartments 5 . This allows the Ab from the sorting compartments 5 to be reduced to a minimum, since the removal-we effect axis runs in the plane of the sorting compartments 5 . In practice, 14 packs of any length can be removed from a sorting compartment with the corresponding drive of the product gripper.
Fig. 4 further shows a special construction in that the Sam melwand 15 od or the like from a bottom flap. Closed discharge opening 17 . This discharge opening 17 is indicated in the center of FIG. 4. Through them, a fully collected group, that is, a completely sorted order, can be dropped down from the collecting trough 15 as soon as the gripping and collecting device 6 has reached the delivery position. In particular in the pharmaceutical wholesale trade, where a large number of orders often have to be processed at the same time, it can be recommended that a plurality of picking trays 18 are arranged in an adjustable manner under the discharge opening 17 of the collecting tray 15 . The picking pan 18 can be moved under the discharge opening 17 , so that several groups can be put together in one pass, which are then handed over at the end at the delivery position.
Figs. 2 and 3 make it clear that the motorized drive means Elek carried tromotoren, namely by means of a first electric motor 19 for turning on operating the longitudinal drive beam 11, which here is a conventional tow cable is 20 indicated for energy supply and control. A second electric motor 21 drives the vertical trolley on the vertical support 12 . Finally, a third electric motor 22 is provided for driving the carriage 16 with the product grippers 14 on the height trolley 13 .
For the working speed of a picking according to the invention the drives and power transmission are essential.
It must be possible to generate high accelerations and decelerations. This should be associated with the lowest possible noise. It has proven to be useful that the power transmission from the respective electric motor 19 , 21 , 22 to the element to be driven for some or all of the elements by means of a toothed belt 23 . The system is largely maintained in the present case, one recognizes the wide drive timing belt 23 for the first electric motor 19 of the longitudinal drive beam 11 as well as the further toothed belt 23 for the second electric motor 21 for the trolley height. 13 The use of such a toothed belt has in this case the advantage that the second electric motor 21 can be arranged at the bottom of the vertical support 12 , namely in the longitudinal drive support 11 , the toothed belt 23 itself at the upper end of the vertical support 12 via a deflection roller 24 is performed.
For the third electric motor shows the toothed belt 23 Fig. 4 particularly clearly Lich, you can see the catch hook with which the carriage 16 with the two product grippers 14 is coupled to the toothed belt 23 above the sump 15 . In the background on the vertical support 12 one can also recognize the toothed belt 23 , which is then coupled to the second electric motor 21 below.
The toothed belts 23 are made in the illustrated embodiment from a flexible plastic / fabric mixture and run extremely quietly.
With regard to the control of the gripping and collecting device 6, it has already been pointed out that a computer control is implemented here. It can now be particularly expedient that using the computer control of the gripping and collecting device 6 to access various pharmacy products 7 belonging to a given group (completely sorted order) in a way that takes into account the travel distances taking into account accelerating and delaying masses as short as possible, from the positions of the pharmacy products 7 in the shelf wall 2 and not from the order in the order. Traversing paths on the one hand and masses to be accelerated or decelerated, on the other hand, are the main criteria for optimizing the control in this context.
In the drawing it is not shown that a conveyor, z. B. can connect a conveyor belt or a chain container conveyor. This will be the case in particular if the pharmacy products then grouped together depending on the order are to be conveyed forward from the back storage room of a pharmacy to a sales counter. Starting from a computer terminal at the sales counter, the pharmacy products 7 can be put together in a group, these are then automatically searched for after triggering the search command by the gripping and collecting device 6 and fed to the dispensing position in a commissioning tub 18 , where they are transported onto the conveyor belt long and promoted forward to the sales counter. Time and costly footpaths can be completely eliminated with this system.
So far, nothing has been said about the construction of the shelf wall 2 . In Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 particularly well recognizable embodiment, it can be seen that the sorting compartments 5 of the shelf wall 2 are inclined towards the front so that the pharmacy products 7 stored in the sorting compartments 5 slide under their own gravity to the front.
Especially with the large number of pharmacy products 7 that have to be stored and sorted in such a commissioning system, changes in pack sizes and sales quantities occur very frequently. It will therefore be welcomed if the picking system according to the invention can be converted relatively easily to new boundary conditions. The fact realized according to the invention that the width of the sorting compartments 5 can be adjusted, preferably by means of displaceable partition walls 25 , serves this purpose. The partitions 25 can be seen quite clearly in FIG. 1.
A further embodiment corresponds to the changeability of the position and width of the sorting compartments 5 , which is characterized in that the position and the width of the sorting compartments 5 can be defined in a defined manner by means of a grid. This creates a prerequisite that makes the work with a computer control particularly easy, since the locking means that the organization of the shelf wall 2 is digitized. There then corresponds to the fact that the grid is indexed by index information on the back of the shelf wall 2 . This is particularly important when the sorting compartments 5 of the shelf wall 2 are open or open at the rear, so that refill loading with pharmacy products 7 takes place from the rear.
In Fig. 1 and 2 show an embodiment of a shelf wall 2 of the type described above, the discrimination to a complete automation of the COMMISSIO contributing of pharmacy products. 7
Fig. 5 shows a preferred embodiment of a Kommissionierungsan location at which the products gripper shown in FIG. 4 can detect products 14 lying in the respective sorting tray 5 in a particularly simple and unequivocal. In the illustrated embodiment, the shelf wall 2 is characterized in that at the front of each sorting compartment 5 in the bottom 26 , preferably in the middle, a slightly extending from the edge into the bottom 26 he extends engaging opening 27 for the product gripper 14 or the like and that an existing upstanding edge 28 is interrupted in the area of the engagement opening 27 . In the area of the engaging opening 27 , the pack of the pharmacy product 7 to be gripped is free above and below and can be gripped sensitively by the gripper fingers of the product gripper from above and below. The different heights of the packs are recognized electronically. Regardless of the size and weight, the computer control ensures that the product gripper 14 is closed so sensitively that the packs are not damaged. Incorrect access or empty access are almost impossible with this technology.
The illustrated embodiment is also in terms of the arrangement of the engaging openings 27 consistently abge on an arrangement in pitch. The approach points for the product gripper 14 are clearly defined in a digital manner.
Fig. 6 shows a further embodiment of a commissioning system for pharmacy products, which is characterized in that not only an automated removal of pharmacy products from the shelf wall is realized in any desired sorting and denomination, but also that an automated refill loading of the shelf wall with Apothekenpro products from the back is possible. For this purpose, it is provided in principle in the embodiment shown in FIG. 6 and in FIG. 7 that the gripping and collecting device 6 can also be moved to the rear of the shelf wall 2 and 8 and can also be moved there both in the longitudinal direction and in height as can also be adjusted in the transverse direction from the rear to the sorting compartments 5 . In this position, the refill loading with pharmacy products 7 can take place by means of the gripping and collecting device 6 . In this embodiment, which is shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 in two alternatives, the gripping and collecting device 6 can carry out the picking in the delivery area between the shelf walls 2 , 8 during the business hours of a pharmacy or a pharmaceutical wholesale warehouse. The refill picking can then take place at night from the rear of the shelf wall 2 or the rear sides of the shelf walls 2 and 8 .
In principle, it would be possible to run the gripping and collecting device 6 independently of any guide devices. In principle, the travel technology would be easily implemented with a corresponding wireless control. However, the exemplary embodiments described so far assume a rail guide (lower rails 9 and preferably also parallel upper rails 10 ). With this conception Fig. 6 shows a first embodiment, for which the rails 9 and 10 are guided in an arc from the front of the shelf wall 2 to the back of the shelf wall 2 . This initially applies to a shelf wall 2 , in which case the rail arch 30 can simply be continuous. The illustrated embodiment, however, shows two Re gall walls 2 , 8th It applies that corresponding rails 9 and 10 are arranged on the back of both shelf walls 2 , 8 and that these rails 9 and 10 are connected by rail arches 30 and a switch 31 to the rails 9 and 10 between the shelf walls 2 , 8 .
The embodiment shown in FIG. 7 realizes a somewhat different conception that requires less space in front of the front sides of the shelf walls 2 , 8 . It is provided that corresponding rails 9 and 10 are arranged on the rear sides of both shelf walls 2 , 8 and that these rails 9 and 10 are connected to the rails between the shelf walls 2 , 8 by cross rails 32 and turntables 33 . This version is technically somewhat more complex, but as can be seen, it takes up much less space.
Another alternative is that on the back of both Re galwand 2 , 8 corresponding rails 9 and 10 are arranged and that these rails 9 and 10 by a transverse section in front of the shelf walls 2 , 8 movable rail section with the rails 9 and 10 between the shelf walls 2 , 8 are connected. This alternative is not shown. It requires a rail piece that can be moved in the transverse direction, so it is possibly relatively complex in terms of drive technology. An alternative to this could be to give the gripping and collecting device 6 its own travel drive only for transverse travel in front of the shelf walls 2 , 8 . Then the transversely movable rail section and its drive could be dispensed with. A mixed drive technology would be implemented on rails and, for cross-travel, on wheels.
The exemplary embodiments described above, which are shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, use the gripping and collecting device 6 two times for the delivery picking and for the refill loading. An alternative would of course also be to provide an additional gripping and collecting device or two additional gripping and collecting devices in addition to two shelf walls for the refill loading.
For refill loading, it is generally useful that a receiving position for refillable pharmacy products is provided and that the refillable pharmacy products are picked up by the gripping and collecting device 6 or the other gripping and collecting device at the receiving position and in the assigned sorting compartments 5 can be refilled. It is recommended that an automatic product recognition device is provided at the recording position, for example in the form of a bar code reader, and by means of the computer control, an assignment to a certain sorting compartment is made. By means of the computer control of the gripping and collecting device 6 , the product detection can be used, for example, to actually realize a fully automatic after-loading of the shelf walls 2 , 8 at night. For this purpose, it might be necessary to provide an automatic feeder device at the pick-up position that replenishes pharmacy products to be refilled from a buffer store. The barcode reader can be part of a barcode reader tunnel through which the pharmacy products are conveyed to the receiving position. At the receiving position there is expediently a product handling device which produces computer-controlled products for the pharmacy in the correct position, so that the product recognition can run without errors.
In the embodiments of FIGS. 6 and 7, a busbar grinder system for energy supply of the gripping and collecting device 6 is provided instead of a Schleppka cable for energy supply, without this being shown in detail.
30.The subject of the teaching is not just a picking system for Apo Counter products of the type described above in their entirety, but are also shelf walls or shelf wall parts that are used for such cons sioning can be used, especially in the Ausgestal device according to claim 19 or 30.
