Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Schmieröl für stomatologi­ sche Instrumente, das auf der Basis einer mit Schmiererhöhungs-, polymerischen Verdickungs-, Antioxi­ dations-, Rostschutz- und anderen Zusätzen veredelten Erdölfraktion beruht.
Zum Schmieren von Turbinenköpfen der stomatologischen Bohrmaschinen wurde bisher ein unlegiertes, d. h. reines Vaseline-Medizinalöl verwendet. Dieses besteht in der Regel aus einem Gemisch von flüssigen, aus Erdöl hochraffinierten Kohlenwasserstoffen mit einem Siedepunkt von mehr als 360°.
Funktionelle Reibflächen, insbesondere Kugellager und Wellen, erfahren in kurzer Zeit Verschleiß, Öl oxidiert, altert und verursacht Korrosion an den Bestandteilen eines gewöhnlich aus Buntmetall gefertig­ ten Zerstäubers. Darüber hinaus beeinträchtigt die Bildung von polymerischen klebrigen Ölprodukten die funktionellen Nutzwerte des Schmieröls auf der Basis von unlegiertem Vaseline-Medizinalöl.
Die vorliegende Erfindung vermeidet die Nachteile des Standes der Technik. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein verbessertes Schmieröl auf der Basis von Vaselin-Medizinalöl mit einer kinematischen Viskosität von 32 bis 65 mm2·s-1 bei 20°C zu schaffen.
Die Erfindung besteht darin, daß das Schmieröl Öle von pflanzlicher und/oder animalischer Herkunft in einer Menge von 0-28 Gewichts-% und/oder Ester auf der Basis von Monokarboxylsäuren und einwertigen Alkoholen und/oder Polyole und/oder aliphatischen Dikarboxylsäuren, Zitronen-, Isozitronen-, Phtal- oder Therephtalsäure und einwertigen aliphatischen geradkettigen oder verzweigten Alkoholen von durchschnittlichem Molekulargewicht von 80 bis 800 oder deren Gemischen, in einer Menge von 0-10%, weiter Hochpolymere mit durchschnittlichem relativem Moleku­ largewicht von 3000 bis 120 000 in einer Menge von 0,1 bis 1,5 Gew.-%, Antioxidationsmittel vom Phenoltyp in einer Menge von 0,0001 bis 0,10 Gew.-% und Polysiloxanöle mit unterschiedlichem Molekulargewicht als Schaumdämpfungsmittel, in einer Menge von 0,0001 bis 0,002 Gew.-%, gerechnet auf das Finalölprodukt, enthält.
Dieses Schmieröl ist erfindungsgemäß mit wirksamen Schmierfähigkeitserhöhungsmitteln sowie Reglern von Reibung und Verschleiß wie nachstehende Pflanzenöle bzw. deren Produkte veredelt: Olivenöl, Leinöl, Palm­ kernöl, Erdnußöl, Kastoröl, Maisöl, Sonnenblumenöl, Sojabohnenöl, Rapsöl, dehydratisiertes (geblasenes) Rapsöl bzw. Rizinusöl, Destillierungs- und Raffinierungsfraktionen von den genannten Pflanzenölen, ungesättigte Säuren von Pflanzenölen bzw. deren Gemische, weiter Öle, Fette resp. Trane von animalischer Herkunft, wie Spermöl, Fischtran, Klauenöl, Lanolinöl, Knochenöl, Talg, Schweineschmalz u. a.
Als weitere Schmierfähigkeit erhöhende Zusätze wurden der erfindungsgemäß gesundheitlich und hygienisch harmlose und untoxische Ester von Mono- und Dikarboxylsäuren mit 4 bis 30 Kohlenstoffatomen sowie Ester von Zitronen- und Isozitronen-, Phtal-, Terephtalsäure und von einwertigen, geradkettigen oder verzweigten Alkoholen mit 1 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatomen, Ester von Monokarboxylsäuren und Polyolen wie Pentaerythritol, Dipentaerythritol, Trimethylolpropan, Neopentylglykol, Glyzerin, Polymethylolpropan, Trimethylhexandiol bzw. deren Gemische angewendet.
Als effektive Verdickungsmittel polymerischen Charakters wurden im erfindungsgemäßen Schmieröl Polybuten, Polyisobuten, Polymethakrylate, Äthylen/Propylen-, Styrol/Butadien-, Styrol/Isobutylen­ und Styrol/Isopren-Mischpolymerisate von verschiedenen Molekulargewichten und Scherungseigenschaften bzw. deren Gemische eingesetzt. Die Verwendung geeigneter Typen von Verdickungsmitteln, d. h. Viskositätsreglern, hängt von den erwünschten Viskositäts- und Aerosoleigenschaften des Finalproduktes ab.
Das erfindungsgemäße Schmieröl für zahnärztliche Instrumente enthält weiter gesundheitlich harmlose, untoxische, hochraffinierte Antioxidationsmittel, wie 2,6-Ditert.butyl-4-methylphenol, 2,6-Ditert.butylphe­ nol, 2-Tert.butyl-4-methoxyphenol, 2-Tert.butylhy­ drochinon, Dodecylester von Gallussäure, Propylester von Gallussäure, Tokopherol bzw. deren Gemische.
Zum Unterdrücken der Schaumbildung im Schmieröl, das mit Hilfe von Zerstäubern mittels Preßluft appliziert wird, benutzt man erfindungsgemäß Polysiloxanöle.
Das erfindungsgemäße Schmieröl ist zum Schmieren von Kugellagern von Turbinenköpfen und Reiboberflächen von stomatologischen Bohrmaschinen bestimmt. Es wird mit Hilfe eines speziellen Zerstäubers in Öldunstform mittels Preßluft auf alle Reiboberflächen des Turbinenkopfes von stomatologischen Bohrmaschinen auf­ getragen.
Da das Schmieröl bei dieser Schmierungsart einem Oxidationseffekt von Luftsauerstoff ausgesetzt wird, muß es wirksame, es gegen Oxidation nicht nur während der Applizierung, sondern auch der Lagerung schützende Antioxidationsmittel enthalten. Außerdem entspricht das Öl allen anderen beim Schmieren mit Ölnebel erforderli­ chen Kriterien: Es weist gute Aerosolcharakteristiken, Kondensationseigenschaften, Luftabtrennfähigkeit, Ther­ mooxidationseigenschaften, Schmierfähigkeit und Rost­ beständigkeit auf, schäumt nicht und hat eine relativ lange Lebensdauer.
Das erfindungsgemäße Schmieröl eignet sich auch für andere Schmierungsarten, wie drucklose Schmierung, Druckölschmierung von Hand, Schmierung mit einer Ölkanne, Spritzschmierung, Mikronebelschmierung, Öl­ fadenschmierung usw.
Das erfindungsgemäße Schmieröl, das zum Schmieren von stomatologischen Instrumenten bestimmt ist, besteht auf der Basis eines dem tschechoslowakischen Arzneibuch CsL 3 entsprechenden Vaseline-Medizinalöls und enthält andere untoxische, gesundheitlich und hygienisch harmlose, geruchlose, veredelnde Zusätze.
Das Öl verursacht keine Korrosion in feinen Lagern und an Gleitflächen von Turbinenköpfen von stomatologi­ schen Bohrmaschinen sowie auch von exponierten Bestandteilen des speziellen aus Buntmetallen gefertigten Zerstäubers.
Gegenüber dem bisher benutzten unlegierten Vaseline- Medizinalöl weist das erfindungsgemäße Schmieröl bessere Schmierfähigkeit, Reibfestigkeit, höhere Thermooxidationsstabilität auf und verursacht keinerlei Korrosion von Stahl (tschl. Norm 4 14 220) und Kupfer (4 23 001).
Neben dem Schmieren der stomatologischen Instrumente ist das Öl zum Schmieren von anderen feinen Apparaten und Mechanismen anwendbar.
Das grundlegende Vaseline-Medizinalöl von einer kinema­ tischen Viskosität von 55 mm2·s-1 bei 20°C zeigte beim Test im Vierkugelapparat den Steckwert von 784/882 N und die durchschnittliche Abriebspur von ⌀ 1,23 mm bei 40 kg Belastung innerhalb einer Stunde.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Schmieröl für stomato­ logische Instrumente, das jedoch auch zum Schmieren von feinen Apparaten und Mechanismen anwendbar ist. Es besteht auf der Basis eines aus Erdöl hochraffinierten Vaseline-Medizinalöls mit einer kinematischen Viskosität von 32 bis 65 mm2·s-1, das mit Schmierfähigkeitserhöhungs-, Polymer-, Antioxidations­ und Schaumdämpfungszusätzen veredelt ist.
Das erfindungsgemäße, zum Schmieren von stomatologi­ schen Instrumenten bestimmte Öl entspricht allen gesundheitlichen und hygienischen Vorschriften.
Die Erfindung soll weiterhin anhand der nachfolgenden, ihren Gegenstand keinesfalls beschränkenden Ausführungsbeispiele näher erläutert werden:
Beispiel 1
Dem Vaseline-Medizinalöl (55 mm2·s-1 Viskosität -20°C) wurden 2 Gew.-% Dioktyladipat, 0,25 Gew.-% Polyisobu­ tylen (12 000 relatives Molekulargewicht), 0,0002 Gew.-%, 2,6 Ditert.butyl4-metylphenol und 0,0001 Gew.-% Polysiloxanöl zugegeben. Das Gemisch wies im Vierkugelapparat den Steckwert von 1177/1275 N und die durchschnittliche Abriebspur von ⌀ 1,0 bei der einstündigen Belastung von 40 kg auf. Das Finalölpro­ dukt verursachte keine Korrosion von Kupfer und Stahl (tschl. Normen 4 23 001 resp. 4 14 220) und schäumte nicht.
Beispiel 2
Dem Vaseline-Medizinalöl (kinematische Viskosität von 65 mm2·s-1 bei 20°C) wurden 5 Gew.-% raffinierten Rapsöls, 0,25 Gew.-% Polyisobutylen (relatives Molekulargewicht von 12 000), 0,0001 Gew.-% 2,6- Ditert.butyl-4-methylphenol und 0,0001 Gew.-% Poly­ siloxanöl zugegeben. Das Gemisch zeigte im Vierkugelapparat den Steckwert von 1275/1372 N und die durchschnittliche Abriebspur von ⌀ 0,92 mm bei einstündiger Belastung von 40 kg. Keine Stahl- und Kupferkorrosion (tschl. Normen 4 14 220 resp. 4 23 001) und auch keine Schaumbildung wurden beobachtet.
Beispiel 3
Dem Vaseline-Medzinalöl der Viskosität von 60 mm2·s-1 wurden 8 Gew.-% raffinierten Rapsöls, 0,5 Gew.-% Polymethakrylat, 0,002 Gew.-% 2,6-Ditert.butyl-4­ methylphenol und 0,0001 Gew.-% Polysiloxanöl zugegeben. Das derart zubereitete Öl wies im Vierkugelapparat den Steckwert von 1383/1550 H und die durchschnittliche Abriebspur von ⌀ 0,49 mm bei einstündiger Belastung von 40 kg auf. Keine Stahl- und Kupferkorrosion (tschl. Normen 4 14 220 resp. 4 23 001) und keine Schaumbildung wurden beobachtet.

Claims (2)

1. Schmieröl für stomatologische Instrumente, das aus 70 bis 99,8 Gew.-% von hochraffiniertem Vaseline- Medizinalöl mit einer kinematischen Viskosität von 32 bis 65 mm2·s-1 bei 20°C und Erstar­ rungstemperatur von maximal minus 50°C besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es Öle von pflanzlicher und/oder animalischer Herkunft in einer Menge von 0-28 Gewichts-% und/oder Ester auf der Basis von Monokarboxylsäuren und einwertigen Alkoholen und/oder Polyole und/oder aliphatischen Dikarboxylsäuren, Zitronen-, Isozitronen-, Phtal­ oder Therephtalsäure und einwertigen aliphatischen geradkettigen oder verzweigten Alkoholen von durchschnittlichem Molekulargewicht von 80 bis 800 oder deren Gemischen, in einer Menge von 0-10 96, weiter Hochpolymere mit durchschnittlichem relativem Molekulargewicht von 3000 bis 1 20 000 in einer Menge von 0,1 bis 1,5 Gew.-%, Antioxidationsmittel vom Phenoltyp in einer Menge von 0,0001 bis 0,10 Gew.-% und Polysiloxanöle mit unterschiedlichem Moleku­ largewicht als Schaumdämpfungsmittel, in einer Menge von 0,0001 bis 0,002 Gew.-%, gerechnet auf das Finalölprodukt, enthält.
2. Schmieröl nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es aromatische ätherische Öle wie Menthol enthält.
