Description

  • Kolbenpumpe für die Entleerung von Flüssigkeitsbehältern. Vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf .eine Einrichtung, welche eine bequeme Entleerung von Gefäßen, insbesondere von kleinen Flakons, wie sie die Damen in ihren Handtaschen mit Essenzen gefüllt mit sich zu tragen pflegen, durch Spritzwirkung ermöglicht. Zu diesem Zweck hat man bereits die Verschlußteile der Gefäße mit einer Kolbenpumpe versehen, welche beim Aufsetzen des Verschlußteiles auf den Gefäßhals in die Betriebsstellung gelangte, so daß das Pumpenrohr durch den Verschluß des Behälters hindurch in die die Flüssigkeit aufnehmende Höhlung des Behälters führte. Gemäß vorliegender Erfindung wird nun der Pumpenkolben fest an dem Verschlußkörper des durch die Pumpe zu entleerenden Behälters befestigt bzw. von diesem Verschlußkörper selbst gebildet, während der Körper des Pumpenzylinders, welcher oberhalb des Verschlußstopfens durch den das Pumpenrohr tragenden Deckel abgeschlossen ist, den Flaschenhals übergreift.
  • Eine Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist auf der Zeichnung in Abb. i in einem Achsialschnitt durch das Kopfende eines Flakons mit darauf sitzender Pumpe veranschaulicht, während Abb. 2 einen Querschnitt nach der Linie 2-2 der Abb. i zeigt.
  • Der Flakon ist mit i bezeichnet. In der Halsöffnung desselben sitzt der Stopfen 2; derselbe ist achsias durchbohrt und trägt in seiner Bohrung eine Hülse 3 von viereckigem Querschnitt. In dieser Hülse führt sich ein Rohr q. von vorzugsweise kapillarischem Querschnitt, welches mit seinem oberen Ende an dem Deckel 5 sitzt, der einen als Pumpenkörper dienenden Zylinder 6' einseitig abschließt. Das Innere des Rohres q. steht .mit der Außenluft durch eine Ouerbohrung 7 im Deckel in Verbindung. Der Zylinder 6 umfaßt eine den Flaschenhals. umgebende Verzierungshülse B. Gegen die Oberseite des Stopfens 2 ist eine Kolbenmanschette g durch einen Flansch i o der Hülse 3 angeklemmt. i i ist eine Widerlagsscheibe für die Manschette g. Das Rohr ¢ trägt an dem unterhalb des Stopfens 2 liegenden Ende eine elastische Dichtungsplatte 12, welcher die Mutter 13 als Widerlager dient. 1d. bezeichnet eine Feder, welche bestrebt ist, den Zylinder 6 mit Deckel-5 und Rohr q. dauernd in der Hochstellung zu halten.
  • Die Wirkuxigsweise_ ist .wie folgt: Beim Niederdrücken des Deckels 5 wird Luft durch die Führungshülse 3 am Rohr .I vorbei in das Gefäßinnere gedrückt, wodurch die Flüssigkeit durch das Rohr d. und die Deckelbohrung 7 herausgedrückt wird. In der durch die Feder 14. gesicherten Hochstellung bei Betriebsruhe wird das Gefäßinnere gegen die Außenluft durch die Dichtungsplatte 12 abgeschlossen, so daß mit der Verhinderung des Lufteintritts in das Gefäß zugleich ein unbeabsichtigtes Austreten von Flüssigkeit aus demselben verhindert wird.

Claims (3)

  1. PATEN T-AN SPRÜ CHF: i. Kolbenpumpe für die Entleerung von Flüssigkeitsbehältern, bei welcher das durch den Verschluß des Flüssigkeitsbehälters hindurchgehende Pumpenrohr von dem Deckel des Pumpenzylinders getragen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Pumpenkolben (o) fest am Verschlußkörper (Stopfen 2) für den durch die Pumpe zu entleerenden Flüssigkeitsbehälter angebracht ist bzw. von -diesem selbst gebildet wird, während der Körper des Pumpenzylinders (6) den Flaschenhals übergreift und in seinem Deckel ( 5) eine an das Pumpenrohr (q.) anschließende Querbohrung (7) hat.

Kolbenpumpe nach Anspruch i, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Pumpenrohr (q.) in einer den Verschlußstopfen (2) durchsetzenden Führungshülse (3) läuft, welche den Stopfen auf seiner Oberseite fianschartig abdeckt und mit dein flanschartigen Teil (io) zugleich zum Anklemmen .der Kolbenmanschette (o) an die Stopfenoberseite dient.
  3. 3. Kolbenpumpe nach Anspruch i, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Pumpenrohr (d.) unterhalb des Stopfens (2) einen Ventilkörper (12, 13) trägt, welcher in der Ruhelage das Gefäßinnere gegen den Pulnpenzylinderraum abdichtet.
