Abstract

A floor-cleaning machine consists of a housing (1) with guide bar (2), supporting-wheel pair (3) and also a motor (4) for driving two cleaning discs (5) in counterrotation; these discs (5) are in the shape of an ellipse or polygon, so that, without being offset in the travelling or working direction (F), the circles of action of the two cleaning discs (5) partially overlap. <IMAGE>

Description

The invention relates to a floor cleaning ge advises on the preamble of the main claim.

Known devices of this two-pane design have against the advantage over so-called single-disc machines to be motion neutral due to their in work direction to achieve a coverage of the disc effect  areas, however, previously required, shifted shit benanordnung but also the disadvantage of relatively large Construction depth and power consumption.

The object of the present invention is therefore also primarily in an embodiment of the Reini to find washers with sufficient counteractivity coverage at the same time a small depth of the Ge velvet device results.

This task is solved in a convincingly simple manner Way by the specified in the claims, structural features as well as the arrangement of the cleaning disks in the devices in question. Wei Further details are from the drawing and its Be take spelling.

Es zeigtIt shows

Fig. 1 die Seitenansicht einer Fußbodenreini gungsmaschine, Fig. 1 is a side view of a floor cleaning machine supply,

Fig. 2 als schematische Draufsicht eine neue Ausführung der Reinigungsscheiben, Fig. 2 as a schematic plan view of a new embodiment of cleaning discs,

Fig. 3 eine Alternativausführung zu Fig. 2 und Fig. 3 shows an alternative embodiment to Fig. 2 and

Fig. 4 eine weitere Alternative zu Fig. 2 und 3. Fig. 4 shows a further alternative to Fig. 2 and 3.

6 bzw. 7 deren Arbeitsbereiche sich einander teilweise überdecken ü bzw. ü 1 bzw. ü 2.The floor-cleaning shown in the drawings supply device is in its well-known basic structure of a housing 1 with a guide rod 2, Stützradpaar 3 and two bottom-side, counter-rotatingly driven by a seated in the housing 1. Motor 4 Purification discs 5, 6 and 7 whose work areas to each other partially cover ü or ü 1 or ü 2 .

New in such a device is that the Rotati on body 5 or 6 or 7 are transverse to the direction of travel "F" on the same line of action "L" and in their basic form as an ellipse 5 or polygon 6 or 7 are formed. Through this general design and arrangement of the cleaning discs 5 to 7 , the object already mentioned at the beginning of the present invention is achieved in a simple manner.

A particularly favorable embodiment of the cleaning disks is still achieved according to FIG. 3 in that the elliptical disk basic shape 5 of the polygon 6 has radial indentations 6 a directed towards the longitudinal axis of the disk to enlarge the overlap u 1 radially to the disk rotation axis "D" . This preferred embodiment has the lowest ring torque and is therefore particularly suitable for use on battery-operated devices because of the low power consumption.

In FIG. 4 is ultimately still a further possible Vari ante a polygonal cleaning disc training 7 shown with structurally case the axis of rotation D 1 due to each polygon 7 outside the respective discs focal point "S" is located.
