Description
Claims (4)
eine Bestrahlungseinrichtung (6) zum Aussenden eines Therapiestrahlenbündels;
einen Therapietisch (4), auf dem ein Patient (3) positioniert wird;
eine erste Bildaufnahmevorrichtung (11) zum Aufnehmen eines Bildes von zumindest einem Teil des Patienten, das die Position eines kranken, zu bestrahlenden Bereichs (K) anzeigt;
Einrichtungen zum Anzeigen der Lage des Therapie strahlenbündels in bezug auf die Lage des erkrankten Bereiches beim Positionieren des Patienten unter Bezugnahme auf die zuvor aufgenommene Lage dieses Bereichs im Patienten; und
Einrichtungen, die den Patienten in Abhängigkeit von dieser Anzeige relativ zum Therapiestrahlenbündel bewegen, bis dessen Lage mit der des erkrankten Bereichs im Pa tienten zusammenfällt;
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Einrichtungen zum Anzeigen der Lage des Therapie strahlenbündels in bezug auf die Lage des erkrankten Bereichs (K) aufweisen:
eine erste Darstellungsvorrichtung (20) zum Darstellen eines ersten Bildes, das mit der ersten Bildaufnahmevorrichtung (11) aufgenommen worden ist, während der Positionierung des Patienten im Therapiegerät;
eine zweite Bildaufnahmevorrichtung (2, 12, 13, 14, 15), bestehend aus einer Röntgen-Strahlröhre mit Bildverstärker zum Aufnehmen eines Bildes von zumindest einem Teil des Patienten, das die Position des Therapiestrahls anzeigt;
eine zweite Dartellungsvorrichtung (16, 17) zum Dar stellen eines zweiten Bildes, das mit der zweiten Bildauf nahmevorrichtung aufgenommen worden ist, während das erste Bild ebenfalls dargestellt wird;
eine Eingabevorrichtung (25) zur Eingabe der Posi tionen charakteristischer Stellen (Mi, Ni), die im ersten und zweiten Bild identifizierbar sind;
eine Rechenvorrichtung (19), die auf der Grundlage der ihr zugeführten Daten des ersten Bildes und zweiten Bildes mit den jeweils hinzugefügten Positionen der charakteristischen Stellen die Bewegungsdistanz des Therapietisches berechnet, die nötig ist, damit das Therapiestrahlenbündel auf den kranken Bereich des Pa tienten gestrahlt wird, und die diese Distanz anzeigt, so daß der Patient mit dem Therapietisch relativ zum Therapiestrahlenbündel auf der Grundlage der berechneten Distanz bewegt werden kann.
daß die Rechenvorrichtung (19) an Hand der Daten des ersten Bildes, das zumindest einen Teil des Patienten einschließt und die Position des kranken Bereiches (K) anzeigt, sowie die Positionsinformationen (Mi) enthält, erste Distanzen (Pfeile AMi) von durch die Positionsinformationen ange zeigten ersten vorbestimmten Positionen außerhalb des kranken, zu bestrahlenden Bereichs zu diesem bestimmt,
daß die Rechenvorrichtung (19) an Hand der Daten des zwei ten Bildes, das zumindest einen Teil des Patienten ein schließt und die Position des Therapiestrahlenbündels an zeigt sowie die Positionsinformationen (Ni) enthält, zweite Distanzen (Pfeile ONi) von durch die Positions informationen angezeigten zweiten Positionen, die den ersten vorbestimmten Positionen entsprechen, zur Position des Therapiestrahlenbündels berechnet; und
daß die Rechenvorrichtung die Bewegungsdistanz (Pfeil OB) des Therapietisches auf der Grundlage der ersten und zweiten Distanzen berechnet.
