Patentirt im Deutschen Reiche vom 2. April 1886 ab.
Die vorliegende Sammtruthe A für Wellensammt ist nach der Form der Wellen des zu fertigenden Stoffes geformt, und zwar so, dafs die obere Seite der Ruthe, in welcher sich die Kimme α .zur Führung des Messers befindet, gerade ist, während die untere Seite derselben, welche beim Verweben auf die Grundkette B, Fig. ι bis 3, aufzuliegen kommt, geschweift ist. Die Spannung der' Florfäden D bewirkt, dafs Schufs und Grundkette der Form der Ruthe entsprechende Wellen bilden. Sobald nun die Ruthen A ausgeschnitten sind und das Grundgewebe sich glatt legt, Fig. 3, bilden sich die Wellen ίη entgegengesetzter Lage und treten an der Oberfläche des Sammtes hervor.

  1. Patent-Anspruch:
    Eine Sammtruthe für Wellensammt, bei welcher die zur Führung des Schneidmessers dienende Kimme auf dem geradlinigen (nicht auf dem wellenförmigen) Rande sich befindet.
    Hierzu 1 Blatt Zeichnungen.
