Claims (8)
- a) Vorlegen einer wäßrigen Lösung von Alkalisilikat mit einem Anfangsgehalt von Alkalioxid von 5,6 bis 7,2 g/l und einer Temperatur zwischen 88°C und 92°C,
- b) langsames Zugeben von weiterem Alkalisilikat zur wäßrigen Lösung in einer Menge vom Zwei- bis Fünffachen der anfangs in der wäßrigen Lösung vorhandenen Alkalisilikatmenge, wobei der wäßrigen Lösung gleichzeitig ein Ansäuerungsmittel in einer Menge, die ausreicht, um die Alkalioxidkonzentration in der wäßrigen Lösung im wesentlichen auf Anfangsniveau zu halten, zugesetzt wird, und Ausbilden einer wäßrigen Aufschlämmung von ausgefälltem Siliziumdioxid,
- c) Zufügen von zusätzlichem Ansäuerungsmittel zur Aufschlämmung des Schrittes (b), bis der pH-Wert von 8 bis 9 beträgt,
- d) Altern der Aufschlämmung des Schrittes (c) während 15 bis 90 Minuten bei einer Temperatur zwischen 87 und 92°C und anschließendes
- e) Zufügen von weiterem Ansäuerungsmittel zur Aufschlämmung von Schritt (d), bis der pH-Wert von 4,0 bis 4,7 beträgt.
- f) Abtrennen und Trocknen des Siliziumdioxids und Ausbilden eines Siliziumdioxids mit einer BET-Oberfläche zwischen 130 und 180 m² und einer Ölabsorption zwischen 200 und 270 ml/100 g.
