Description

  • Sprosseneisen in Z-Form. Den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet eine Oberlichtsprosse für kittlose Verglasung. Während für die Herstellung der bekannten einstegigen Sprosseneisen, deren Rinnen in den Flanschen liegen, da sie unterschnittene Flächen haben, besonders eingerichtete Walzwerke erforderlich sind, kann das Sprosseneisen nach der Erfindung auf jedem gewöhnlichen Formeisenwalzwerk hergestellt werden, da die Formgebung so gewählt ist, daß die Achsen der Rinnen mit dem winklig abgebogenen Teil des Steges in einer Richtung liegen, wodurch unterschnittene Flächen vermieden sind.
  • Die Zeichnung zeigt einen Querschnitt durch das Sprossenprofil. Der Oberflansch ist so ausgebildet, daß er eine Schweißwasserrinne a und eine Außenwasserrinne b für die eine Scheibe bildet. Der Unterfiansch ist zu einer Rinne c ausgebildet. In diese Rinne ergießt sich sowohl das durch das Bohrloch d abfließende Außenwasser der im Oberflansch liegenden Rinne b, als auch das Außenwasser und Schweißwasser der anderen Scheibe. Ober-und Unterflansch sind durch den Steg f verbunden, dessen Oberteil nach der Seite des unteren Flansches hin winklig abgebogen ist. Der Steg des Sprosseneisens kann auch den in der Figur punktiert angedeuteten Verlauf haben.

Claims (1)

  1. PATENTANSPRUCH: Sprosseneisen in Z-Form, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Oberteil des senkrechten Steges (f) nach der Seite des unteren Flansches hin winklig äbgebogen ist und die Flanschen Rinnen (a, b, c) bilden, deren Achsen mit dem abgebogenen Stegteile in gleicher Richtung verlaufen.
