  • Furnierbare Schaumstoff - Holzspan- Möbelteile.
  • ieschreibung: Dfs! Erfindung betrifft Möbelteile , deren Material aus Schaum = stoff beliebiger Art und Holzspänen beliebiger Art besteht.
  • Es ist bekannt, Holzspanplatteni zur Herstellung von Möbelreilen zu verwenden. Holzspanplatten haben ein hohes Gewicht. Dadurch verursachen sie hohe Transportkosten. Holzspanplatten lassen sich schwerer als Schaumstoff bearbeiten. Dadurch verursachen sie hohe Bearbeitungskosten. Es ist ferner bekannt, Holzspan = 2 platten mit Schaumstoffplatten zu verkleben. Diese Platten sind auf der Schaumstoffseite nicht genügend druckfest, um furniert werden zu können.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es die Vorteile der Hblzspanplatte mit den Vorteilen der Schaumstoffplatte zu verbinden. Die 3 Aufgabe wird erfindungsmäBig dadurch gelöst, daß geeigneter Schaumstoff mit geeigneten Holzspänen in geeigneten Anteilen vermengt das Material des Möbelteiles bilden. Zur Erhöhung der Festigkeit können auch andere Materialien aus Metall, Kunststoff oder Naturprodukte in geeigneter Form wie Geflechte, Filze und 4 netze zugegeben werden. Die Vorteile der Erfindung bestehen in geringem Gewicht, leichterer Verarbeitung. Ein Ausführungs , beispiel des Schaumstoff - Holzspan - Möbelteils ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt und wird in folgendem näher beschrieben.

Claims (4)

  1. Furnierbare Schaumstoff - Holzspan - Möbelteile.
    Patentansprüche: 1.) Furnierbare Schaumstoff - Hblzspan - Möbelteile dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Schaumstoffanteil beliebiger Art und Größe mit einem Holzspananteil beliebiger Art und Größs vermengt in dem Möbelteil enthalten ist.
  2. 2.) Schaumstoff - Holzspan - Möbelteil nach Anspruch 1.), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Möbelteil ein oder beidseitig furniert ist.
  3. 3.) Schaumstoff - Holzspan - Möbelteil nach Anspruch 1.), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Erhöhung der Festigkeit auch andere Materialien aus Metall, Kunststoff oder Naturprodukten in geeigneter Form wie Geflechte, Filze und Netze zusätzlich verwendet werden.
  4. 4.) Schaumstoff - Holzspan - Möbelteile nach Anspruch 1. ) dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in das Möbelteil bearbeitete Massivholzteile wie Holzprofile, gefräst und geschnitzte Hölzer eingelegt sind.
