Koordinations-Komplex nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekenn-1 2zeichnet, daß R ein Morpholino-Rest und R ein Wasserstoff atom sind, und daß pro Mol Rhodium zwei Mole des Phosphin-Liganden vorliegen.^O 14. Verfahren zur homogenen katalytischen Hydrierung von„u Olefinen, bei dem(a) ein Olefin, das eine razemische Mischung bilden kann, hydriert wird, wobei dieses Olefin mindestens ein Kohlenstoffatom aufweist, das von der olefinisehen Doppelbindung gebunden wird und ein asymmetrisches Kohlenstoffatom bilden kann,(b) wobei die Hydrierung in Gegenwart eines metallischen Spordinations-Komplexes erfolgt, der in der Lage ist, einen aktiven Katalysator für die asymmetrische Hydrierung von Olefinen zu bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorläufer des Katalysators das Metall Rhodium und zwei Mole eines Phosphin-Liganden pro Mol des Metalles enthält, wobei derLigand ein Phosphin der folgenden Formel ist: 3bÖ P-* β β οwobei in der Formel die Reste wie foücjt definiert sind:R ist ein Alkyl-, Aryl- oder ein Dialkylamino-Rest, in denen die Alkyl- und Aryl-Reste Kohlenwasserstoffe sein können oder mit organischen oder anorganischen Resten substituiert sein können, mit der Maßgabe, daß R weder die erforderlichen Löslichkeitseigenschaften, noch das katalytische Verfahren stört;2

Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Komplex in der Lage ist, einen aktiven Katalysator zu bilden, der in der Lage ist, die asymmetrische Hydrierüng von Olefinen in einem wäßrigen Medium zu katalysieren.16. Verfahren nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß2R ein Methyl-Rest und R .ein Wasserstoffatom sind, unddaß pro Mol .Rhodium zwei Mole des Phosphin-Liganden vorliegen.17. Verfahren nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß2R ein Dimethylamino-Rest und R ein Wasserstoffatomsind, und daß pro Mol Rhodium zwei Mole von Phosphin-Liganden vorliegen.18. Verfahren nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß1R ein Morpholino-Rest und R ein Wasserstoffatoin sind, und daß pro Mol Rhodium zwei Mole von Phosphin-Liganden vorliegen,19. Verfahren nach Anspruch 15, 16, 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das hydrierte Olefin Z-dC- Acetamidoi-.imtsäure oder deren Natriumsalz ist.
