Claims (14)

1. Innensohle (1) für einen Schuh, mit einem im wesentlichen dem Umriß des Schuhs entsprechenden Umriß, welche auf ihrer oberen, dem Fuß zugewand­ ten Seite (5) mehrere integral angeformte kissenförmige Erhebungen (2) im Bereich von Reflexzonen der Fußsohle sowie Belüftungsöffnungen (3) auf­ weist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innensohle (1) aus einer Acetat-Verbindung, insbesondere Polyethylen- Verbindung, besteht und sich durch Benutzung aus einer ursprünglich im we­ sentlichen ebenen Grundform an jede Fußbettform bleibend anpaßt.
2. Innensohle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innensohle (1) vor Benutzung eine Härte von 90° bis 100° Shore A, insbesondere eine Härte von 95° Shore A, aufweist.
3. Innensohle nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Acetat- Verbindung ein fußverträgliches Harz in Form eines Ethylen-Vinyl-Acetats (EVA) ist.
4. Innensohle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die kissenförmigen Erhebungen (2) sich auf der oberen Seite (5) um das etwa 0,5-bis 1,5-fache der mittleren Dicke von daran angrenzenden Bereichen der sonstigen Grundform erheben.
5. Innensohle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innensohle (1) eine mittlere Dicke von 1,0 bis 2,0 mm, insbesondere von 1,5 mm aufweist.
6. Innensohle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Belüftungsöffnungen (3) eine Größe von 2 bis 5 mm2 aufweisen.
7. Innensohle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innensohle (1) in ihrer im wesentlichen ebenen Grundform eine im we­ sentlichen ebene untere Seite (6) aufweist.
8. Innensohle nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die untere Seite (6) eine zusätzliche untere Decksohle (9), insbesondere aus einem fußverträgli­ chen und luftdurchlässigen Material, bevorzugt aus einem Textilmaterial, aufweist.
9. Innensohle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innensohle zumindest an ihrer oberen Seite (5) eine zusätzliche obere Decksohle (7) aus einem fußverträglichen Material, insbesondere aus Leder oder aus einem Textilmaterial, aufweist.
10. Innensohle nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zusätzliche obere Decksohle (7) auch die Belüftungsöffnungen (3) auskleidet.
11. Innensohle nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zu­ sätzliche obere Decksohle (7) im wesentlichen luftdurchlässig ist.
12. Innensohle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innensohle (1) Erhebungen aufweist, welche den Umriß der Innensohle (1) für unterschiedliche Fuß- und Schuhgrößen festlegen.
13. Innensohle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innensohle (1) an der oberen Seite (5) Vertiefungen (8) aufweist, welche eine Tiefe von etwa 0,6 mm bezogen auf die obere Seite (5) der Innensohle und eine Größe von 2 bis 5 mm2 aufweisen.
14. Innensohle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innensohle (1) an der oberen Seite (5) Noppen (4) aufweist, welche sich etwa 0,6 mm über die obere Seite (5) der Innensohle erheben und eine Größe von 2 bis 5 mm2 aufweisen.
