Universalverschlußdeckel für Lebensmittelbehälter
Viele Einweglebensmittel-Behälter haben den großen Nachteil, daß, wenn sie einmal geöffnet wurden, ein Wiederverschließen nicht mehr möglich ist. Daraus folgt, daß man diese geöffneten Behälter mit einem Inhalt nicht aufbewahren kann. Außerhalb des Kühlschranks sind diese Lebensmittel vor Fliegen, Wespen, etc. gefährdet. Innerhalb des Kühlschranks nehmen solche Lebensmittel schnell einen Umgebungsgeruch auf.. Danach sind diese Lebensmittel verdorben und müssen weggeworfen werden.
Desweiteren sind im Sommer einfache Trinkgläser nicht gegen den Eintritt von Ungeziefer geschützt. Es kann z.B. eine Wespe leicht eine Limonade verderben.
Danach muß diese Limonade weggeleert werden, damit nicht noch schlimmeres passiert! Genannte Behälter können Joghurt- und Sahnebecher sowie Konservendosen oder Trinkgläser sein.
Auf dem Markt erhältliche Schutzeinrichtungen sind nur für Joghurt- und Sahnebecher eines bestimmten Durchmessers passend.
Der in den Schutzansprüchen angegebenen Erfindung liegt das Problem zugrunde eine Schutzvorrichtung zu schaffen, die einen universellen Einsatz auf vielen verschiedenen Behältern ermöglicht; dies ist durch die spezielle Bauart möglich. Der konstruierte Konus ermöglicht zusätzlich, daß dieser Universaldeckel auf Joghurtbecher verschiedenen Durchmessers paßt. Der Universaldeckel hat den großen Vorteil, daß er sich kinderleicht handhaben läßt, da er nur übergestülpt werden muß. Somit ist ein wirkungsvoller Einsatz jederzeit und überall möglich.
Ein Ausfuhrungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird anhand der Figuren erläutert

Der Universaldeckel wird am besten aus Kunststoff hergestellt. Dadurch ist eine günstige Produktion möglich. Der Gegenstand wäre dann in einem Fertigungsprozess produzierbar, so daß keine zusätzlichen Montagearbeiten nötig wären.

  1. Schutzansprüche
    l.)Universelle Schließ- und Schutzvorrichtung fur handelsübliche Lebensmittelbehälter gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die Schließ- und Schutzvorrichtung (Fig. 1) aus einem kreisrunden Körper besteht mit einem inneren Konus (1) und einem daraus resultierenden äußeren Konus (2), um passend fur verschiedenste Durchmesser zu sein.
  2. 2.)Universelle Schließ- und Schutzvorrichtung für handelsübliche Lebensmittelbehälter nach dem vorhergehenden Schutzanspruch gekennzeichnet dadurch,
    daß der äußere Rand (3) zum zusätzlichen Verschluß für weitere Durchmesser konstruiert ist.
  3. 3,)Universelle Schließ- und Schutzvorrichtung für handelsübliche Lebensmittelbehälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Schutzansprüchen gekennzeichnet dadurch,
    daß der innere Rand (4) zum Verschluß von Behältnissen mit kleinerem Durchmesser bestimmt ist.
  4. 4.)Universelle Schließ- und Schutzvorrichtung fur handelsübliche Lebensmittelbehälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Schutzansprüchen gekennzeichnet dadurch,
    daß der innere(l) sowie äußere Konus (2) mehrere kleine Erhabungen(5) aufweist, um ein festes Verschließen der zu schließenden Behältnisse zu ermöglichen.
