Verfahren zur Herstellung von zusammenhängenden Körpern aus Nitriden.
Patentiert im Deutschen Reiche, vom 25. Dezember 1913 ab.
Längste Dauer: 22. Oktober 1928.
In dem Patent 282748 ist auseinandergesetzt, daß man Körper aus Nitriden erhält, wenn
man sinterungsfähige Stoffe, nämlich Verbindungen (Oxyde) des Bors, Titans usw., zuerst
zusammensintert und dann in die Nitride überführt. An Stelle von Verbindungen der fraglichen
Grundmetalle kann man auch Bor, Titan, Aluminium, selbst in gesintertem Zustand als Ausgangsmaterial für die Nitridbildung
benutzen. Man erhält dann feste Nitridkörper, wenn die Umwandlung langsam genug
geschieht. Selbstverständlich braucht nur ein Teil des Ausgangsmaterials aus den Elementen
zu bestehen; man kann sie auch mit Karbiden oder anderen Verbindungen zusammenbringen.
Dabei gelingt es auch, im Stickstoffstrom Nitrierung^ vorzunehmen.
Claims (1)
- Patent-Anspruch:Verfahren zur Herstellung von zusammenhängenden Körpern aus Nitriden nach Patent 282748, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Bor, Titan ο. dgl. in zusammenhängenden Stücken einem langsamen Nitrierungsprozeß in einer Ammoniak-, Stickstoffoder dergleichen Atmosphäre unterworfen werden.
