Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein pulvermetallurgisch hergestelltes Bauteil aus Hartmetall, das zumindest einen kornwachstumshemmenden Zusatz der Gruppe V, Cr, Ti, Ta und Nb mit zumindest lokal gradiertem Konzentrationsverlauf aufweist. Dadurch weisen auch die mechanischen Eigenschaften einen gradierten Verlauf auf. Weiters wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Bauteils mit einem gradierten Konzentrationsverlauf des kornwachstumshemmenden Zusatzes angegeben. Dabei wird eine Dispersion oder Lösung, die den kornwachstumshemmenden Zusatz in fein verteilter oder gelöster Form enthält, oberflächlich auf einen Grünling aufgebracht. Durch Eindringen dieser Dispersion oder Lösung entlang offener Porenkanäle, wird der kornwachstumshemmende Zusatz gradiert im Grünling verteilt. Des weiteren wird ein Verfahren beschrieben, bei dem der kornwachstumshemmende Zusatz in Form einer Lösung gleichmäßig im Grünling verteilt wird und anschließend aus randnahen Bereichen durch eine thermische Behandlung oder ein Lösungsmittel graduell abgebaut wird.
