Description

KAISERLICHES
PATENTAMT.
Die hier näher beschriebene Erfindung betrifft eine Trommel-Mischmaschine mit inneren Hebeleisten zum innigen Mischen verschiedener Materialien, wie Erz, Sand u. dgl., hauptsächlieh trockener, körniger Materialien.
Die Erfindung besteht in der Anordnung eines in die umlaufende Trommel eingebauten Behälters, dessen schräge, mit Schaufeln besetzte obere Wand als Drehklappe ausgebildet

Die Maschine ist dargestellt durch Fig. ι in einem Schnitt längs der Achse, durch Fig. 2 in einem Schnitt senkrecht zur Achse; Fig. 3 zeigt eine Ansicht der Schaufeln auf dem abgedeckten Behälter.
Das zu mischende Material kommt durch eine vorgebaute Schnecke a oder einen schiefen Kanal in die Mischtrommel b. Diese hat zylindrische Form, dreht sich fortgesetzt immer in einer Richtung um ihre Achse, welche horizontal gelagert ist. An der Innenwand der Trommel b sind schräge Schaufeln c angebracht, die den Zweck haben, das Mischgut hochzuheben und es oben auf eine schräge Blechwand d zu werfen, welche den eingebauten Behälter e abdeckt. Außerdem sind auf dieser Blechwand d Schaufeln f im Zickzack angebracht, welche zum innigen Mischen des Gutes dienen. Nachdem das Mischgut. die schräge Blechwand d und die Schaufeln f verlassen hat, fällt es wieder nach unten, um den Weg wieder von neuem zu machen. Ist das Material auf "diese Weise genügend gemischt, so wird es abgeführt. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, daß die eine Hälfte der Blechwand d als Drehklappe g ausgebildet ist, so daß das fertig gemischte Gut in den Behälter e gelangen und mittels der Schnecke i oder durch einen schiefen Kanal abgeführt werden kann. Die Klappe g wird durch einen Hebelzug h von außen geöffnet.

Claims (1)

  1. Patent-Anspruch:
    Trommel-Mischmaschine mit inneren Hebeschaufeln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die umlaufende Trommel ein Behälter eingebaut ist, welcher durch eine schräge, mit Schaufeln besetzte und gleichzeitig als Drehklappe ausgebildete Wand abgedeckt ist.
