Claims (10)

02"660£ Ansprüche
1. Behälter, insbesondere zum Nahrungsmittelgebrauch, wie ein kahnförmiger Behälter, der Gattung, die einen mit einem nicht kreisförmigen oberen Rand ausgerüsteten Körper bildenden Teil und einen eine zur Aufnahme des besagten Rands des besagten Körpers gebildete Nut aufweisenden deckeiförmigen Teil, der eine radiale äußere Rille in Bezug auf die besagte Nut aufweist, aufweist, wobei die Rille unter der Nut zum Inneren des besagten Körpers ausragt und mit dem besagten Rand des Körpers in Kontakt kommt, wenn der Behälter geschlossen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die besagte Rille (6) eine kleinere Tiefe aufweist in den Teilen mit kleinem Krümmungsradius, wie den winkelbildenden Teilen (A), als in den Seitenteilen
(L) des Deckels, die einen größeren Krümmungsradius aufweisen oder die im wesentlichen geradlinig sind.

Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß in jedem Teil (A) mit einem kleinen Krümmungsradius, die Tiefe der besagten Rille (6) von der Länge des den besagten Teil mit einem kleinen Krümmungsradius bildenden Bogens abhängt, und daß in jedem Seitenteil (L) die Tiefe der Rille von der Länge des besagten Seitenteils abhängt.
3. Behälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die Tiefe der besagten Rille (6) ca. 0,3 bis 0,8 mm beträgt, wenn die Bogenlänge ca. 35 bis 40 mm beträgt.
4. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Anschlußteil der Rille, zwischen einem Teil mit größerem Krümmungsradius und dem anliegenden Teil mit einem kleinen Krümmungsradius ein konkaves Profil und dann ein konvexes Profil aufweist.
5. Behälter nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die Länge jedes besagten Anschlußteils in Abhängigkeit insbesondere von der Länge des vom Teil mit einem kleinen Krümmungsradius gebildeten Bogens gewählt ist.
6. Behälter nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß jeder besagte Anschlußteil eine Länge von ca. 12 bis 15 mm aufweist, wenn die Länge des besagten Teils mit einem kleinen Krümmungsradius ca. 35 bis 40 mm beträgt.

Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, in welchem der besagte obere Rand (3) im wesentlichen rechteckig ist, d a durch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tiefe der besagten Rille (6) in den Seitenteilen (L) des Deckels 0,8 bis 1,1 mm beträgt und in den winkelförmigen Teilen (A) mit einem kleinen Krümmungsradius 0,3 bis 0,4 mm beträgt.
8. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er aus einem Thermoplast, wie insbesondere Polypropylän, besteht.
9. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, insbesondere zur dichten Packung von Nahrungsmitteln, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß der besagte deckelförmige Teil (4) einen vorgeformten, verformbaren Teil (8) aufweist, der unter einer Vakuumwirkung verformbar ist, um das Profil der im besagten Behälter enthaltenen Nahrungsmittel anzunehmen.
10. Behälter nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß der besagte verformbare Teil (8) des Deckels eine ballige, im nicht verformten Zustand konvexe Wand ist.
