Die Erfindung betrifft neue organische Phosphorsäureesteranhydride, ein Verfahren zxi ihrer Herstellung
und ihre Verwendung als Arthropodizide, insbesondere Insektizide, und als Nematizide .
In der FR-PS 1 1*50 U00 ist beschrieben, daß

Die langfristige Verwendung großer Mengen von organischen Phosphorverbindungen wie z.B. Parathion, EPN,
BAYCID und Sumithion, von organischen Chlorverbindungen wie BHC und DDT und Carbamatverbindungen wie z.B. Sevin ist
mit der nachteiligen Nebenerscheinung verbunden, daß die Schädlinge diesen Chemikalien gegenüber resistent werden.
Es besteht daher die Nachfrage nach neuen Schädlingsbekämpfungsmitteln,
die nur gering toxisch gegenüber Warmblütern, jedoch wirksam gegenüber jenen Schädlingen
sind, wolche gegenüber den aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten Schädlingsbekämpfungsmitte]η resistent sind.
Gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung werden als neue Verbindungen die organischen Phosphorsäureesteranhydride
der allgemeinen Formel

Es wurde gefunden, daß die Verbindungen der
Formel (i) eine ungewöhnlich starke insektizide, akarizide
und nematizide Wirkung besitzen und sich ihre Wirkung über einen weiteren Bereich als jene der Verbindungen der
Formel (Vl) erstreckt. Die Verbindungen sind besonders wirksam gegenüber Blattspinnniilben, die gegenüber verschiedene
bekannte Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel auf Organo-

phosphorbasis resistent geworden sind.
Bevorzugt bedeutet R Alkyl mit 1-4 C-Atomen (insbesondere Methyl oder Äthyl) und R Alkoxy, Alkylthio,
Alkylamino oder Dialkylamino mit 1-6 (insbesondere 1 - V)
C-Atomen in der oder in jeder Alkylgruppe. Besonders

bevorzugte R -Reste sind jene, in welchen die oder jede

Die erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrensvarianten a) und
b) werden vorzugsweise in Gegenwart eines Lösungs- oder Verdünnungsmittels durchgeführt. Beispiele für derartige
Lösungs- oder Verdünnungsmittel sind Wasser und inerte, organische Lösungsmittel wie z.B. aliphatische, alicyclische
und aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe (die gegebenenfalls chloriert sein können) wie z.B. Hexan, Cyclohexan, Petroläther,
Ligroin, Benzol, Toluol, Xylol, Methylenchlorid, Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, Äthylenchlorid, Trichloräthylen
und Chlorbenzol; Äther wie Diäthyläther, Methyläthyläther, Diisopropyläther, Dibutyläther, Propylenoxid,
Dioxan und Tetrahydrofuran; Ketone wie z.B. Aceton, Methyläthylketon, Methylisopropylketon und Methylisobutylketon;
Nitrile wie z.B. Acetonitril, Propionitril und Acrylnitril; Alkohole wie z.B. Methanol, Äthanol, Isopropanol, tert,-Butanol
und Äthylenglycol; Ester wie z.B. Äthylacetat und Amylacetat; Säureamide wie z.B. Dimethylformamid und
Dimethylacetamid; Sulfone und Sulfoxide wie z.B. Dimethylsulfoxid und Dimethylsulfon; und Basen wie z.B. Pyridin.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrensvarianten a) und b) können innerhalb eines weiten Temperaturbereichs durchgeführt
werden. Im allgemeinen wird das Verfahren bei

Temperaturen von -20 C bis zum Siedepunkt des Gemisches,
vorzugsweise bei O - 100°Ct vorgenommen. Die Umsetzung
wird gewöhnlich bei atmosphärischem Druck durchgeführt, sie kann jedoch auch bei erhöhtem oder verringertem Druck
vor sich gehen.
Die Umsetzung im erfindungsgemäßen Herstellungsverfahren kann in Gegenwart eines Säurebindemittels vorgenommen werden. Beispiele für geeignete Säurebindemittel
sind die üblichen Hydroxide, Carbonate, Bicarbonate und Alkoholate von Alkalimetallen und tertiäre Amine wie
z.B. Triethylamin, Diäthylanilin und Pyridin.
Wie schon erwähnt, besitzen die erfindungsgemäßen
Verbindungen ausgezeichnete insektizide, akarizide und nematizide Wirkung. Sie sind daher wirksam gegen Pflanzenschädlinge sowie gegen Schädlinge, welche gesundheitsschädlich sind oder gelagerte Produkte befallen und vereinen
geringe Phytotoxizität mit guter Wirkung gegenüber beißenden und stechenden Insekten und Milben.
Aus diesem Grund können die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen mit gutem Erfolg als Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel
auf den Gebieten des Pflanzenschutzes, der Gesundheitspflege und des Schutzes von gelagerten Produkten eingesetzt
werden.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen können auch auf
dem Gebiet der Tiermedizin eingesetzt werden, da sie wirksam gegenüber Tierparasiten, insbesondere Ectoparasiten
wie parasitären Fliegenlarven Arachniden, Zecken und Nematoden (Fadenwürmern).
Die Wirkstoffe sind gegenüber Pflanzen gut verträglich, besitzen eine geringe Toxizität gegenüber Warmblütern und können zur Bekämpfung von arthropoden Schädlingen,
insbesondere Insekten und Akariden, und nematoden Schädlingen, wie sie in der Land- und Forstwirtschaft auftreten,
zum Schutz von gelagerten Produkten und auf dem Gebiet der Gesundheitspflege eingesetzt werden. Sie sind wirksam

gegenüber normal empfindlichen und resistenten Gattungen

Suspensionen, Pulver, Stäube, Schäume, Pasten, lösliche Pulver, Granulate, Aerosole, Suspensions-Emulsions-Konzentrage,
Samenbehandlungspulver, natürliche und synthetische, mit dem Wirkstoff imprägnierte Materialien, Feinstverkapselungen
in polymeren Substanzen und in Hüllmassen für Saatgut und in Formulierungen mit Brennsätzen, wie z.B.
Räucherpatronen, -dosen und -Spiralen sowie in ULV (Ultra-Low-Volume)-Kalt- und WarmnebeIformulierungen übergeführt
werden.

Die genannten Formulierungen können nach bekannten Verfahren wie z.B. Vermischen des Wirkstoffs mit Streck-,
mitteln, d.h.fluss igen, festen oder verflüssigten gasförmigen
Verdünnungs- oder Trägermitteln, gegebenenfalls unter Verwendung von oberflächenaktiven Mitteln, also
Kmulgatoren und/oder Dispergiermitteln und/oder schaumerzeugenden
Mittein hergestellt werden. Bei Verwendung von Wasser als Streckmittel können z.B. auch organische Lösungsmittel
als Hi1fslösungsmittel eingesetzt werden.
Als flüssige Verdünnungs- oder Trägermittel, insbesondere
als Lösungsmittel, sind vor allem aromatische
Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie z.B. Xylol, Toluol, Benzol oder

Chlorii thy leno oder Methylenchlorid, aliphatische oder

Paraffine, z.B. ErdöIfraktionen, Alkohole wie Butanol oder
Glycol sowie deren Äther und Ester, Ketone wie z.B. Aceton, Methylethylketon, Methylisobutylketon oder Cyclohexanon
oder stark polare Lösungsmittel wie z.B. Dimethylformamid
und DimethylsuLfoxid sowie Wasser geeignet.
Unter verflüssigten gasförmigen Verdünnungsoder Trägermitteln sind Flüssigkeiten zu verstehen,
welche unter normalen Temperatur- und Druckverhältnissen gasförmig sind, z.B. Aerosoltreibgase, wie Dichlordifluorrnethan
oder Tri chlorf luormethan.
Als feste Trägermittel werden vorzugsweise vermahlcne natürliche Gesteinsmehle wie z.B. Kaoline, Tonerde,
TaLk, Kreide, Quarz, Attapulgit, Montmorillonit oder Kieselgur und vermahlene synthetische Gesteinsmehle wie
hochdisperse Kieselsäure, Aluminiumoxid und Silikate ve rvende t.
Bevorzugte Beispiele für Emulgatoren und Schaumbildner sind nicht ionische und anionische Emulgatoren, wie
z.B. Polyoxyäthylenfettsäureester, Polyoxyäthylenfett-

alkoholäther, wie z.B. Alkylarylpolyglycoläther, Alkylsulfonate,
Alkylsulfate und Arylsulfonate sowie Eiweißhydrolyseprodukte.
Als bevorzugte Beispiele für Dispergiermittel seien Lignin, Sulfitablaugen und Methylzellulose
genannt.
Es können in den Formulierungen Haftmittel, wie
z.D. Carboxymethylzellulose und natürliche und synthetische
Polymere in Form von Pulvern, Granulaten oder Latices, wie z.B. Gummi arabicum, Polyvinylalkohol und Polyvinylacetat,
verwendet werden.
Es ist möglich, Karbst.offe wie z.B. anorganische
Pigmente, z.B. Eisenoxid, Titanoxid und Ferrocyan und organische Farbstoffe wie z.B. Alizarinfarbstoffe,
Azofarbstoffe oder Metal!phthalocyaninfarbstoffe und
Spurennährstoffe wie z.B. die Salze von Eisen, Mangan,
Bor, Kupfer, Kobalt, Molybdän und Zink einzusetzen.
Die erfimiungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe können in den
Formulierungen vermischt mit anderen Wirkstoffen wie z.B.
Fungiziden, Insektiziden, Akariziden, Nematiziden,
Herbiziden, Vogelabschreckmitte Ln, Wachstumsregulatoren,
Pflanzennährstoffen und Mitteln zur Verbesserung der Erdreichstruktur
verwendet werden.
Die Formulierungen enthalten im allgemeinen 0,1 bis 95 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,5 - 90 Gew. -c/o, Wirkstoff.
Die erfindungsgemüßen Wirkstoffe können in Form
von handelsüblichen Formulierungen oder in aus diesen hergestellten Formulierungen eingesetzt werden.
Der Wirkstoffgehalt der aus den handelsüblichen
Formulierungen hergestellten Präparate kann innerhalb eines weiten Bereichs variieren. Die Wirkstoffkonzentration
der eingesetzten Präparate kann 0,0001 - 20 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,005 - 10 Gew.-% Wirkstoff betragen.
Die den erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoff enthaltenden Formulierungen können nach herkömmlichen Verfahren wie
z.B. Bewässern, Besprühen, Zerstäuben, Verstreuen,

Bos täuben, Schäumen und Vergasen eingesetzt werden. Es ist waiters möglich, den Wirkstoff nach dem Ultra-Low-Volume-Vorfahron
einzusetzen, welches darin besteht, daß der Wirkst ο ί'Γ selbst oder das den Wirkstoff enthaltende
I'riipiirai auf (lie Pflanzen oder auf Teile derselben aufgebracht
o«ler in das Erdreich eingebracht wird. Es können auch dio Samen der Pflanzen behandelt werden.
Im allgemeinen werden O,03 - IO kg, bevorzugt 0,3 6
kg Wirkstoff pro Ar Bodenfläche eingesetzt. Diese Mengen
können jedoch nach Bedarf über- oder unterschritten werden.
Dei Verwendung gegen Hygiene- und Vorratsschädlin.^e
zeichnen sich die Wirkstoffe durch ausgezeichnete Hesidualwirkung auf Holz und Ton und durch gute A.lkalistabilität
auf gekalkten Unterlagen aus.
Gemäß der Erfindung ist auch eine arthropodizide oder nematizide Komposition vorgesehen, welche als Wirkstoff
eine erfindungsgemäße Verbindung vermischt mit einem festen
oder verflüssigten gasförmigen Verdünnungs- oder Trägermittel
oder vermischt mit einem flüssigen Verdünnungs- oder Trägermittel enthält, das einen Gehalt an oberflächenaktivem
Mittel aufweist.
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft auch ein Verfahren zur Bekämpfung von Arthropoden (insbesondere Insekten
oder Akariden) oder Nematoden, welches darin besteht, daß auf die Arthropoden oder Nematoden oder deren Lebensraum
eine erfindungsgemäße Verbindung allein oder in Form
einer Komposition, die als Wirkstoff eine erfindungsgemäße Verbindung vermischt mit einem Verdünnungs- oder
rägermittel enthält, aufgebracht wird.
Bei Anwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Mittel
werden Ackerbauprodukte geerntet, die vor dem Befall mit Arthropoden oder Nematoden dadurch geschützt wurden, daß
sie in Gebieten gezogen werden, auf welche unmittelbar vor und/oder während des Wachstums der Pflanzen eine erfin-

dungsgemäße Verbindung allein oder vermischt mit einem Verdünnungs- oder Trägermittel aufgebracht worden war.
Aus der nachstehenden Beschreibung ist ersichtlich, • lau die herkömmlichen Verfahren zur Erzielung einer
Ernte an Ackerbnuprodukten durch die vorliegende Erfindung
verbessert werden können.
In den nachstehenden Beispielen werden verschiedene er I'i ndungsgemäße Kompositionen von Schädlingsbekämpfungsmitteln
beschrieben. Die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen sind jeweils mit der Zahl der entsprechenden Herstellungsbeispiele bezeichnet. Teile bedeuten Gewichtsteile.
Ein benetzbares Pulver wurde durch Pulverisieren und Vermischen von 15 Teilen der Verbindung Nr. 1,
80 Teilen eines Gemisches 1 : 5 Kieselgur und Kaolin und
5 Teilen eines Emulgators (eines Polyathylenalkylphenyliitlicrs)
hergestellt. Dieses wurde mit Wasser vor dem Versprühen auf eine Konzentration von 0,05 °/o verdünnt.
Ein emulgierbares Konzentrat wurde durch Vermischen und Verrühren von 30 Teilen der Verbindung Nr. 2,
3O Teilen Xylol, 30 Teilen Methylnaphthalin und 10 Teilen
eines Polyoxyäthylenalkylphenyläthers hergestellt. Dieses
wurde mit Wasser vor dem Versprühen auf eine Konzentration von 0,05 ''/ο verdünnt.
Ein Staub wurde durch Pulverisieren und Vermischen von 2 Teilen der Verbindung Nr. 2 und 98 Teilen eines
Gemisches 1 : 3 aus Talk und Ton hergestellt und verstreut.
Ein Staub wurde durch Pulverisieren und Vermischen von 1,5 Teilen der Verbindung Nr. 4, 0,5 Teilen Isopropylhydrogenphosphat
und 98 Teilen eines Gemisches 1:3 von Talk und Ton hergestellt.

10 Teile der Verbindung Nr. 5, 10 Teile Bentonit,
?H Teilen eines Gemisches 1:3 von Talk und Ton und
2 Teile Ligninsulfonat wurden vermischt. Das Gemisch wurde
mit 25 Teilen Wasser versetzt, innig vermengt und mittels
Extrusionsgranulator in ein Granulat mit einer Teilchengröße von 350 - 7OO u übergeführt, das bei 'K) - 5O0C
getrocknet wurde.

9 5 Teile Tonpulver mit einer Korngrößenverteilung
von 0,2 - 2 mm wurden in einen Drehmischer eingebracht. Wahrem) des Dreliens wurden die Teilchen mit einer Lösung
voii 5 Teilen der Verbindung Nr. 6 in einem organischen
Lösungsmittel besprüht, um sie gleichmäßig zu benetzen,
darauf wurde durch Trocknen der Teilchen bei *tO - 50 C
ein Granulat hergestellt.
Ein öliges Präparat wurde durch Mischen und Verrühren von 0,5 Teilen der Verbindung Nr. 6, 20 Teilen einer
hochsiedenden aromatischen Verbindung und 79,5 Teilen
Kerosin hergestellt.
Die schadlingsbekämpfende Wirkung der erfindungsgoinäUen
Verbindungen ist aus den nachstehenden Biotestbeispielen ersichtlich.
In den Beispielen werden die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen
jeweils mit der Zahl (in Klammern) des entsprechenden
Herstellungsbeispiels bezeichnet, das später in der
Beschreibung angeführt ist.
Als bekannte Vergleichsverbindung wurde folgende, in der FR-PS 1 h'jO 400 geoffenbarte Verbindung eingesetzt:

Um den Wirkstoff in ein geeignetes Präparat überzuführen,
wurde 1 Gew.-Te Ll Wirkstoff in L t der oben angeführten
Menge Lösungsmittel, das die oben angeführte Menge
Emulgator enthielt, vermischt, die Mischung wurde mit
Wasser auf eine vorgegebene Konzentration verdünnt.
Süßkartoffelblätter wurden in ein wässeriges
Präparat mit einer vorgegebenen Wirkstoffkonzentration
eingetaucht. Nach Lufttrocknen wurden die Blätter in eine
Vc t r isclial e voti 9 ein Durchmesser eingebracht. Darauf
wurden K) Larven der Prodenia litura Fabricius im dritten Knrwicklungsstadium in die Petrischale gebracht. Die Schale
wurde in einer Klimakammer bei 28 C gehalten. Nach 2k Stunden
wurde die Zahl der toten Larven bestimmt, um die Abtötungsrate zu berechnen. Die Ergebnisse sind aus Tabelle A

wurde mit einem wässerigen Präparat, das den Wirkstoff in einer vorgegebenen Konzentration enthielt, getränkt.
(Herstellung nach Beispiel A). Dann wurden 20 Käfer der Art Callosobruchus chinensis in die Schale eingebracht und
diese wurde in einer Klimakammer bei einer Temperatur von 2b°C 2k Stunden lang gehalten. Nach Ablauf dieses
Zeitraums wurde die Anzahl der toten Käfer festgestellt, um die Abtb'tungsrate zu berechnen. Die Ergebnisse sind aus

Die Blätter von Feuerbohnenpflanzen im Zwe.iblatts

Tost auf Wirkung gegenüber Meloidogyne incognita acrita
Ein Wirkstoffpräparat wurde durch Pulverisieren und Mischen von 2 Teilen Wirkstoff und 98 Teilen Talk
hergestellt.
Der wie oben beschrieben verarbeitete Wirkstoff wurde in Erdreich, das mit Meloidogyne incognita acrita
beimpft worden war, in solchen Mengen eingebracht, daß sich Wirkstoffkonzentrationen von jeweils 50, 25, 10 und 5 PPM
ergaben. Das Gemisch wurde gerührt und gleichmäßig vermischt und dann in Töpfe von jeweils 0,0002 a Oberfläche eingebracht.
In das so behandelte Erdreich wurden etwa 20 Samen der Tomatenvarietät Kurihara pro Topf eingebracht. Die
Tomatensamon wurden in einem Treibhaus gezogen. Nach vier
Wochen wurden die Wurzeln ohne sie zu beschädigen herausf^ezoften
und der Befallsgrad von 10 Wurzeln wurde nach der folgenden Skala bewertet, um einen Wurzelknotenindex zu

Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren wird anhand der
nachstehenden Herstellungsbeispiele erläutert.

50 ml Acetonitril wurden mit 26 g Kalium
O-äthyl-S-n-propyldithiophosphat und 18,9 g 0,0-Diäthylthiophosphoryl-chlorid
versetzt. Nach 5 Stunden langem Rühren bei 80 C wurde die Mischung in 300 ml Eiswasser
eingebracht und durch Zugabe von 100 ml Toluol extrahiert. Der Extrakt wurde mit einer 2 %-igen wässerigen Natriumcarbonatlösung
und Wasser gewaschen, über wasserfreiem Natriumsulfat getrocknet und destilliert, um das
Toluol zu entfernen. Bei der Destillation unter vermindertem Druck erhielt man 26,2 g des gemischten Anhydrides von
O-Athyl-S-propylphosphor-dithioat) und (θ,Ο-Diäthylphosphorthioat)
als Endprodukt.

Fine Mischung aus 22,6 g O-Äthyl-N-isopropylamidthiophos
