Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue 2-tert.-Pentyrylvinyl(thiono)(thiol)-phosphor(phosphon)-säureester,
welche insektizide, akarizide und nematizide Eigenschaften haben sowie ein Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung.
Es ist bereits bekannt, daß O-Vinyl-thiono-phosphor(phosphon)-säureester,
z.B. O-(2-Acetyl-2-methyl-vinyl)-O,O-diäthylthionophosphor-
und 0-(2-Acetyl-l-methyl-vinyl)-0-äthyl-thionophenylphosphon-säureester,
insektizide und akarizide Eigenschaften besitzen (vergleiche bekanntgemachte Japanische
Patentanmeldung 13 278/65 und Kabatschnik u.a. Z. obsk. Khim. 30, Band 7, Seite 2218 bis 2223 (196O)).
Es wurde nun gefunden, daß die neuen 2-tert.-Pentyry1-vinyl-(thiono)(thiol)-phosphor(phosphon)-säureester

Überraschenderweise zeigen die erfindungsgemäßen 2-tert.-Pentyryl-vinyl(thiono)(thiol)-phosphor(phosphon)-säureester
eine bessere insektizide, akarizide und nematizide Wirkung als die bekannten 0-Vinylthionophosphor(phosphon)-säureester analoger
Konstitution und gleicher Wirkungsrichtung. Die Produkte gemäß vorliegender Erfindung stellen somit eine echte Bereicherung
der Technik dar.

Die zu verwendenden Ausgangsstoffe sind durch die Formeln (IV), (V) und (V a) eindeutig allgemein definiert. Vorzugsweise
stehen darin jedoch

Das außerdem als Ausgangsstoff benötigte tert.-Pentyryl-aceton
(V) bzw. (V a) kann durch Kondensation von Pinakolin mit Essigsäurealkylestern
gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines Alkoholate, z.B. Kalium-tert.-butylat, hergestellt werden.
Das Verfahren zur Herstellung der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen wird bevorzugt unter Mitverwendung geeigneter Lösungs- und
Verdünnungsmittel durchgeführt. Als solche kommen praktisch alle inerten organischen Solventien infrage. Hierzu gehören
insbesondere aliphatische und aromatische, gegebenenfalls chlorierte Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Benzol, Toluol, Xylol,
Benzin, Methylenchlorid, Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, Chlorbenzol, oder Äther, z.B. Diäthyl- und Dibutyläther,
Dioxan, ferner Ketone, beispielsweise Aceton', Methyläthyl-, Methylisopropyl- und Methylisobutylketon, außerdem Nitrile,
wie Aceto- und Propionitril.

Als Säureakzeptoren Können alle üblichen Säurebindemittel Verwendung
finden. Besonders bewährt haben sich Alkalicarbonate und -alkoholate, wie Natrium- und Kaliumcarbonat, -methylat bzw.
-äthylat und Kalium-tert.-butylat, ferner aliphatische, aromatische
oder heterocyclische Amine, beispielsweise Triäthylamin, Trimethylamin, Dimethylanilin, Dirnethylbenzylamin und
Pyridin.
Die Reaktionstemperatur kann innerhalb eines größeren Bereichs variiert werden. Im allgemeinen arbeitet man zwischen 0 und
12o°C, vorzugsweise bei Io bis 600C.
Die Umsetzung läßt man im allgemeinen bei Normaldruck ablaufen.
Zur Durchführung des Verfahrens setzt man die Ausgangsstoffe meist in äquivalentem Verhältnis ein. Ein Überschuß der
einen oder anderen Reaktionskomponente bringt keine wesentlichen Vorteile. Die Ausgangsraaterialien werden meist in
einem der oben angeführten Lösungsmittel vereint und bei erhöhter Temperatur zur Vervollständigung der Reaktion eine
oder mehrere Stunden gerührt.
Danach kühlt man die Mischung ab und schüttelt sie »it einem organischen Lösungsmittel, z.B. Toluol, aus. Die organische
Phase wird dann in üblicher Weise durch Waschen, Trocknen und Abdestillieren des Lösungsmittels aufgearbeitet.
Die neuen Verbindungen fallen in Form von Ölen an, die sich
meist nicht unzersetzt destillieren lassen, jedoch durch sogenanntes "Andestillieren", d.h. durch längeres Erhitzen
unter vermindertem Druck auf mäßig erhöhte Temperaturen von den letzten flüchtigen Anteilen befreit und auf diese Weise
gereinigt werden. Zu ihrer Charakterisierung dient der Brechungsindex.

Wie bereits mehrfach erwähnt, zeichnen sich die erfindungsgemäßen 2-tert.-Pentyryl-vinyl(thiono)(thiol)-phosphor(phosphon)-säureester
durch eine hervorragende insektizide, akarizide und nematizide Wirksamkeit aus. Sie wirken gegen
Pflanzen-, Hygiene- und Vorratsschädlinge. Sie besitzen bei geringer Phytotoxizität sowohl eine gute Wirkung gegen saugende als auch fressende Insekten und Milben.

Die Wirkstoffe eignen sich bei guter Pflanzenverträglichkeit und günstiger Warmblütertoxizität zur Bekämpfung von tierischen
Schädlingen, insbesondere Insekten, Spinnentieren und Nematoden,
die in der Landwirtschaft, in Forsten, im Vorrats- und Materialschutz sowie auf dem Hygienesektor vorkommen. Sie sind ge^en

Die Anwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Wirkstoffe erfolgt in
Form ihrer handelsüblichen Formulierungen und/oder den aus diesen Formulierungen bereiteten Anwendungsformen.
Der Wirkstoffgehalt der aus den handelsüblichen Formulierungen bereiteten Anwendungsformen kann in weiten Bereichen variieren.
Die Wirkstoffkonzentration der Anwendungsformen kann von
0,0000001 bis zu 100 Gew.-# Wirkstoff, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,01 und 10 Gew.-% liegen.
Die Anwendung geschieht in einer den Anwendungsformen angepaßten üblichen Weise.

Die Wirkstoffe können in die üblichen Formulierungen übergeführt werden, wie Lösungen, Emulsionen, Spritzpulver, Suspensionen,
Pulver, Stäubemittel, Schäume, Pasten, lösliche Pulver, Granulate, Aerosole, Suspensions-Emulsionskonzentrate, Saatgutpuder,
Wirkstoff-imprägnierte Natur- und synthetische Stoffe,
Feinstverkapselungen in polymeren Stoffen und in Hüllmassen für Saatgut, ferner in Formulierungen mit Brennsätzen, wie Räucherpatronen,
-dosen, -spiralen u.a. sowie ULV-KaIt- und Wannnebel-Formulierungen.
Diese Formulierungen werden in bekannter Weise hergestellt, z.B. durch Vermischen der Wirkstoffe mit Streckmitteln, also
flüssigen Lösungsmitteln, unter Druck stehenden verflüssigten Gasen und/oder festen Trägerstoffen, gegebenenfalls unter Verwendung
von oberflächenaktiven Mitteln, also Emulgiermitteln und/oder Dispergiermitteln und/oder schaumerzeugenden Mitteln.
Im Falle der Benutzung von Wasser als Streckmittel können z.B. auch organische Lösungsmittel als Hilfslösungsmittel verwendet
werden. Als flüssige Lösungsmittel kommen im wesentlichen infrage:
Aromaten, wie Xylol, Toluol, oder Alky!naphthaline, chlorierte
Aromaten oder chlorierte aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Chlorbenzole, Chloräthylene oder Methylenchlorid,
aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Cyclohexan oder Paraffine,
z.B. Erdölfraktionen, Alkohole, wie Butanol oder Glycol sowie deren Äther und Ester, Ketone, wie Aceton, Methyläthylketon,
Methylisobufylketon oder Cyclohexanon, stark polare Lösungsmittel, wie Dimethylformamid und Dimethylsulfoxid,
sowie Wasser; mit verflüssigten gasförmigen Streckmitteln oder Trägerstoffen sind solche Flüssigkeiten gemeint,
welche bei normaler Temperatur und unter Normaldruck gasförmig sind, z.B. Aerosol-Treibgase, wie Halogenkohlenwas-

Alkylsulfonate, Alkylsulfate, Arylsulfonate sowie Eiweißhydrolysate;
als Dispergiermittel: z.B. Lignin, Sulfitablaugen und Methylcellulose.
Es können in den Formulierungen Haftmittel wie Carboxymethylcellulose,
natürliche und synthetische pulverige, körnige oder latexförmige Polymere verwendet werden, wie Gummiarabicum,
Polyvinylalkohol, Polyvinylacetat,
Es können Farbstoffe wie anorganische Pigmente, z.B. Eisenoxid, Titanoxid, Ferrocyanblau und organische Farbstoffe,
wie Alizarin-, Azo-Metallphthalocyaninfarbstoffe und
Spurennährstoffe wie Salze von Eisen, Mangan, Bor, Kupfer, Kobalt, Molybdän und Zink verwendet werden.
Die Formulierungen enthalten im allgemeinen zwischen 0,1
und 95 Gewichtsprozent Wirkstoff, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,5 und 90 %.

Lösungsmittel: 3 Gewichtsteile Aceton Emulgator : 1 Gewichtsteil Alkylarylpolyglykolather
Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt
man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Menge Lösungsmittel und der angegebenen Menge Emulgator und verdünnt
das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration.
Mit der Wirkstoffzubereitung besprüht man Kohlblätter (Brassica oleracea) taufeucht und besetzt sie mit Raupen der
Kohlschabe (Plutella maculipennis).
Nach den angegebenen Zeiten wird die Abtötung in % bestimmt.
Dabei bedeutet 100 %, daß alle Raupen abgetötet wurden; 0 %
bedeutet, daß keine Raupen abgetötet wurden.

Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen
Menge Lösungsmittel und der angegebenen Menge Emulgator und verdünnt das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration
.
Mit der Wirkstoffzubereitung werden Bohnenpflanzen (Phaseolus
vulgaris), die stark von allen Entwicklungsstadien der gemeinen Spinnmilbe oder Bohnenspinnmilbe (Tetranychus urticae)
befallen sind, tropfnaß besprüht.
Nach den angegebenen Zeiten wird die Abtötung in % bestimmt.
Dabei bedeutet 100 %, daß alle Spinnmilben abgetötet wurden;
0 % bedeutet, daß keine Spinnmilben abgetötet wurden.

Testinsekt: Tenebrio molitor-Larven im Boden Lösungsmittel: 3 Gewichtsteile Aceton
Emulgator: 1 Gewichtsteil Alkylarylpolyglykolather
Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt
man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Menge Lösungsmittel, gibt die angegebene Menge Emulgator zu'und verdünnt
das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration.
Die Wirkstoffzubereitung wird innig mit dem Boden vermischt.
Dabei spielt die Konzentration des Wirkstoffs in der Zubereitung praktisch keine Rolle, entscheidend ist allein die Wirkstoffgewichtsmenge pro Volumeneinheit Boden, welche in ppm
(= mg/1) angegeben wird'. Man füllt den Boden in Töpfe und läßt diese bei Raumtemperatur stehen.
Nach 24 Stunden werden die Testtiere in den behandelten Boden gegeben und nach weiteren 2 bis 7 Tagen wird der Wirkungsgrad des Wirkstoffs durch Auszählen der toten und lebenden
Testinsekten in % bestimmt. Der Wirkungsgrad ist 100 %, wenn
alle Testinsekten abgetötet worden sind, er ist 0 #, wenn
noch genau so viele Testinsekten leben wie bei der unbehandelten Kontrolle.

Zur Herstellung einer zweckmäßigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt
man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Menge Lösungsmittel, gibt die angegebene Menge Emulgator zu und
verdünnt das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration.
Die Wirkstoffzubereitung wird innig mit Boden vermischt, der
mit den Testnemateden stark verseucht ist. Dabei spielt die
Konzentration des Wirkstoffs in der Zubereitung praktisch keine Rolle, entscheidend ist allein die Wirkstoffmenge pro
Volumeneinheit Boden, welche in ppm angegeben wird. Man füllt den Boden in Töpfe, sät Salat ein und hält die Töpfe bei einer
Gewächshaus-Temperatur von 27° C. Nach 4 Wochen werden die
Salatwurzeln auf Nematodenbefall untersucht und der Wirkungsgrad des Wirkstoffes in % bestimmt. Der Wirkungsgrad ist
100 %, wenn der Befall vollständig vermieden wird, er ist
0 %t wenn der Befall genau so hoch ist wie bei den Kontrollpflanzen
in unbehandeltem, aber in gleicher Weise verseuchtem Boden.

2 Gewichtsteile Wirkstoff werden in 1000 Volumenteilen
Lösungsmittel aufgenommen. Die so erhaltene Lösung wird mit weiterem Lösungsmittel auf die gewünschten Konzentrationen
verdünnt.
2,5 ml Wirkstofflösung werden in eine Petrischale pipettiert.
Auf dem Boden der Petrischale befindet sich ein Filterpapier mit einem Durchmesser von etwa 9,5 cm. Die Petrischale bleibt
so lange offen stehen, bis das Lösungsmittel vollständig verdunstet ist. Je nach Konzentration der Wirkstofflösung
ist die Menge Wirkstoff pro m Filterpapier verschieden hoch. Anschließend gibt man etwa 25 Testtiere in die Petrischale
und bedeckt äie mit einem Glasdeckel.
Der Zustand der Testtiere wird 3 Tage nach Ansetzen der Versuche kontrolliert. Bestimmt wird die Abtötung in 96. Dabei
bedeutet 100 %, daß alle Testtiere abgetötet wurden; 0 %
bedeutet, daß keine Testtiere abgetötet wurden.

Beispiel 1 (C2H5O)2P-O-C(CH3)=CH-CO-C4H9-tert.
Beispiel 1 (C2H5O)2P-O-C(CH3)=CH-CO-C4H9-tert.
Zu einer Mischung von 14,2 g (0,1 Mol) tert.-Pentyrylaceton,
12,3 g (0,11 Mol) Kalium-tert.-butylat und 200 ml Acetonitril
werden bei 20°C 18,8 g (0,1 Mol) 0,0-Diäthyltnionophosphorsäureesterchlorid
getropft. Man rührt den Ansatz 3 Stunden bei 50°C nach, kühlt ihn dann ab und gießt das Reaktionsgemisch in 3OO
ml Toluol. Die Toluollösung wird zweimal mit je 200 ml Wasser gewaschen, über Natriumsulfat getrocknet und eingeengt. Nach
dem Andestillieren erhält man 18g (61 % der Theorie) 0,0-Diäthyl-0-(1-methyl-2-tert.-pentyryl-vinyl)-thionophosphorsäureester
in Form eines braunen Öles mit dem Brechungsindex nj?1:1,4813.
In analoger Weise können die folgenden Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel

Das als Ausgangsmaterial benötigte tert.-Pentyryl-aceton
kann z.B. wie im folgenden beschrieben hergestellt werden:
CH3-CO-CH2-CO-C4H9-tert. -
Zu einer Mischung aus 10Og (1 Mol) Pinakolin und 88 g (1 Mol)
Essigsäureäthylester werden unter Eiskühlung portionsweise 112 g
(1 Mol) Kalium-tert.-Butylat in der Weise gefügt, daß eine
Innentemperatur von 20 C nicht überschritten wird. Anschließend wird der Ansatz 20 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur nachgerührt. Dann
werden zu der Reaktionsmischung 800 ml Wasser gegeben. Letztere wird einmal mit 300 ml Methylenchlorid extrahiert, die Methylenchloridphase
verworfen und die wäßrige Lösung mit konzentrierter Salzsäure angesäuert. Danach wird die Mischung dreimal
mit je 300 ml Methylenchlorid extrahiert. Die vereinigten organischen Auszüge werden über Natriumsulfat getrocknet und dann
fraktioniert destilliert. Man erhält 52 g (38 % der Theorie) tert.-Pentyrylaceton in Form eines farblosen Öls mit einem
Siedepunkt von 6O0C/12 Torr.

- 2. Verfahren zur Herstellung von 2-tert.-Pentyryl-vinyl (thiono)(thiol)-phosphor(phosphon)-säureestern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man (Thiono)(Thiol)Phosphor-(phosphon)-saureesterhalogenide der FormelROv*1 .>P-Hal
Rin welcherR, R und X die in Anspruch 1 angegebene Bedeutung haben undHai für Halogen, vorzugsweise Chlor, steht,mit tert.-Pentyryl-aceton der Formel tert*~C4H9~CO~CH2"Cü"CH3QH bzw. dessen Enolform der Formel tert..C4H9-CO-CH=C-CH3gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart von Säureakzeptoren und gegebenenfalls in Anwesenheit von Lösungs- oder Verdünnungsmitteln umsetzt.Le A 17 372 - 27 -809808/0048 - 3. Insektizide, akarizide und nematizide Mittel, gekennzeichnet durch einen Gehalt an Verbindungen gemäß Anspruch
- 4. Verfahren zur Bekämpfung von Insekten, Milben und Nematoden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man Verbindungen gemäß Anspruch 1 auf die genannten Schädlinge bzw. deren Lebensraum einwirken läßt.
- 5. Verwendung von Verbindungen gemäß Anspruch 1 zur Bekämpfung von Insekten, Milben und Nematoden.
