Description
Die Erfindung betrifft 0-(2,2,2-Trihalogenethyl) -S-(alkyl) -(di)- thiophosphonsäureester, mehrere Verfahren zu 60 ihrer Herstellung und ihre Verwendung als Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel, insbesondere als Insektizide, Akarizide und Nematozide.
Es ist bekannt, dass bestimmte 0-(2,2,2-Trihalogenethyl)-S- (alkyl) -(di) thiophosphorsäureester, wie z.B. O-(Ethyl) -O-(2,2,2-trichlorethyl) -S- (n-propyl) -thiophosphorsäureester und O-(Ethyl) -O- (2,2,2-trifluorethyl) -S- (n-propyl) -dithiophosphorsäureester zur Schädlingsbekämpfung verwendet werden können (vgl. DE-OS 2 732 930).
Die insektizide und akarizide Wirkung der bekannten Verbindungen ist jedoch, insbesondere bei niedrigen Wirkstoffkonzentrationen und Aufwandmengen, nicht immer zufriedenstellend.
Es wurden neue 0-(2,2,2-Trihalogenethyl) -S- (alkyl) -(di)thiophosphonsäureester der Formel (1)

Die neuen 0-(2,2,2-Trihalogenethyl) -S- (alkyl)- (di)thio-phosphonsäureester der Formel (I) zeichnen sich durch hohe Wirksamkeit gegen tierische Schädlinge, insbesondere durch hohe insektizide und akarizide Wirksamkeit aus. Die erfin-dungsgemässen Wirkstoffe können ausserdem zur Bekämpfung von Plasmopara-Arten, wie z.B. gegen den Erreger des falschen Mehltaus an Weinreben (Plasmopara viticola) eingesetzt werden. Sie können auch in synergistischen Mischungen

mit anderen Pestiziden verwendet werden. Sie zeigen auch eine sehr gute nematozide Wirksamkeit.
Überraschenderweise zeigen die erfindungsgemässen Verbindungen der Formel (I) vorteilhaftere insektizide und akarizide Eigenschaften als entsprechende bekannte Verbindungen.
Als Alkyl R1 und R2 steht geradkettiges oder verzweigtes Alkyl mit vorzugsweise 1 bis 8, insbesondere 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen und besonders bevorzugt mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen. Beispielhaft seien Methyl, Ethyl, n- und i-Propyl, n-, i-, s- und t-Butyl, genannt.
Als gegebenenfalls substituiertes Aryl R1 steht Aryl mit 6 bis 10 Kohlenstoffatomen, vorzugsweise gegebenenfalls substituiertes Phenyl oder Naphthyl, insbesondere gegebenenfalls substituiertes Phenyl.
Der gegebenenfalls substituierte Arylrest R1 kann einen oder mehrere, vorzugsweise 1 bis 3, insbesondere 1 oder 2 gleiche oder verschiedene Substituenten tragen. Als Substi-tuenten seien beispielhaft aufgeführt:
Alkyl mit vorzugsweise 1 bis 4, insbesondere 1 oder 2 Kohlenstoffatomen, wie Methyl, Ethyl, n- und i-Propyl und n-, i- und t-Butyl; Alkoxy mit vorzugsweise 1 bis 4, insbesondere 1 oder 2 Kohlenstoffatomen, wie Methoxy, Ethoxy, n-und i-Propyloxy und n-, i- und t-Butyloxy; Alkylthio mit vorzugsweise 1 bis 4, insbesondere 1 oder 2 Kohlenstoffatomen, wie Methylthio, Ethylthio, n- und i-Propylthio und n-, i- und t-Butylthio; Halogenalkyl mit vorzugsweise 1 bis 4, insbesondere 1 oder 2 Kohlenstoffatomen und vorzugsweise 1 bis 5, insbesondere 1 bis 3 Halogenatomen, wobei die Halogenatome gleich oder verschieden sind und als Halogenatome, vorzugsweise Fluor, Chlor oder Brom, insbesondere Fluor stehen, wie Trifluormethyl; Halogenalkoxy mit vorzugsweise
1 bis 4, insbesondere 1 oder 2 Kohlenstoffatomen und vorzugsweise 1 bis 5, insbesondere 1 bis 3 Halogenatomen, wobei die Halogenatome gleich oder verschieden sind und als Halogenatome vorzugsweise Fluor, Chlor oder Brom, insbesondere Fluor stehen, wie Trifluormethoxy; Halogen, vorzugsweise Fluor, Chlor, Brom und Jod, insbesondere Chlor und Brom; Cyano und Nitro.
Halogen Y steht für Fluor, Chlor, Brom und Jod, vorzugsweise für Chlor und Fluor, wobei Y jeweils für gleiche oder verschiedene, vorzugsweise für gleiche Halogenatome steht.
Die Erfindung betrifft vorzugsweise Verbindungen der Formel (I), in welcher
X für Sauerstoff oder Schwefel steht,
Y für Fluor, Chlor, Brom oder Jod steht,
R1 für Alkyl mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen steht oder für einen Arylrest mit 6 bis 10 Kohlenstoffatomen, welcher durch einen oder mehrere, vorzugsweise 1 bis 3, insbesondere 1 oder
2 gleiche oder verschiedene Substituenten, vorzugsweise Halogene, wie Fluor, Chlor oder Brom, Cyano, Nitro, Halogenalkyl oder Halogenalkoxy mit vorzugsweise 1 bis 5, insbesondere 1 bis 3 Kohlenstoffatomen und 1 bis 5 gleichen oder verschiedenen Halogenatomen, wie Fluor, Chlor oder Brom und/oder Cr-C4-Alkyl, substituiert sein kann, steht und
R2 für Alkyl mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen steht.
Die Erfindung betrifft insbesondere Verbindungen der Formel (I), in welcher
X für Sauerstoff oder Schwefel steht,

Die als Ausgangsstoffe benötigten Verbindungen der Formel (VI) sind neu. Die Herstellung geschieht beispielsweise nach allgemein üblichen Methoden, indem man z.B. Trihalo-20 genethanol mit Thionophosphonsäurehalogeniden in Gegenwart von starken Basen bzw. metallorganischen Verbindungen, wie z.B. Butyllithium bei Temperaturen zwischen 20 C und 60 °C, versetzt (vgl. Herstellungsbeispiele).
Die ausserdem als Ausgangsstoffe benötigten Xanthoge-25 nate sind durch die Formel (VII) definiert. In dieser Formel steht R4 für Ci~C4-Alkyl und Z steht bevorzugt für ein Natrium-, Kalium-, Lithium- oder Ammoniumion.
Als Beispiele für die Verbindungen der Formel (VII) seien genannt: die Natrium-, Kalium-, Lithium- und Ammonium-3o salze von Xanthogensäure-methyl-, -ethyl-, -n-propyl-, -i-pro-pyl-, -n-butyl- und -i-butylester.
Die Xanthogenate der Formel (VII) sind allgemein bekannte Verbindungen der organischen Chemie.
Die weiterhin für die erfindungsgemässe Verfahrensva-35 riante (a) als Ausgangsstoffe zu verwendenden Alkylhaloge-nide sind durch die Formel (III) definiert. In dieser Formel hat R2 die bei Formel (I) angegebene Bedeutung. Hai steht für Halogen, vorzugsweise Chlor, Brom oder Jod.
Als Beispiele für die Verbindungen der Formel (III) seien 40 genannt: Methyl-, Ethyl-, n-Propyl-, i-Propyl-, n-Butyl-, i-Butyl-, sec.-Butyl- und tert.-Butyl-chlorid, -bromid bzw. -jodid.
Die Verbindungen der Formel (III) sind allgemein bekannte Verbindungen der organischen Chemie.
« Die bei der erfindungsgemässen Verfahrensvariante (b) als Ausgangsstoffe zu verwendenden Dithiophosphonsäureester-halogenide sind durch die Formel (IV) definiert. In dieser Formel haben R1 und R2 die oben bei Formel (I) angegebene Bedeutung. Hai1 steht für Halogen, vorzugsweise Chlor oder so Brom.

Die Verbindungen der Formel (IV) sind bekannt (vgl.EP 25 270 und DE-OS 2 702 049.
Die ausserdem bei der Verfahrensvariante (b) benötigten Trihalogenethanol-Derivate sind durch die Formel (V) definiert. In dieser Formel steht Y vorzugsweise für Fluor, Chlor oder Brom und Z steht vorzugsweise für ein Natrium-, Kalium-, Lithium- oder Ammoniumion.
Als Beispiele für die Verbindungen der Formel (V) seien genannt: die Natrium-, Kalium-, Lithium- oder Ammonium-trifluor- bzw. -trichlor- oder -tribrom-ethanolate.
Die Verbindungen der Formel (V) sind allgemein bekannte Verbindungen der organischen Chemie.
Als Verdünnungsmittel für die erfindungsgemässe Verfahrensvariante (a) kommen praktisch alle inerten organischen Verdünnungsmittel in Frage. Hierzu gehören insbesondere aliphatische und aromatische, gegebenenfalls halogenierte Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Pentan, Hexan, Heptan, Cyclo-hexan, Petrolether, Benzin, Ligroin, Benzol, Toluol, Xylol, Methylenchlorid, Ethylenchlorid, Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, Chlorbenzol und o-Dichlorbenzol, Ether, wie Diethyl- und Dibutylether, Glycoldimethylether und Digly-coldimethylether, Tetrahydrofuran und Dioxan, Ketone, wie Aceton, Methylethyl-, Methylisopropyl- und Methylisobutyl-keton, Ester, wie Essigsäuremethylester und -ethylester, Ni-trile, wie z.B. Acetonitril und Propionitril, Amide, wie z.B. Dimethylformamid, Dimethylacetamid und N-Methylpyrro-lidon, sowie Dimethylsulfoxid, Tetramethylensulfon und Hexamethylphosphorsäuretriamid.
Das erfindungsgemässe Verfahren (a) wird im allgemeinen bei Temperaturen zwischen 0 "C und 120 C durchgeführt. Bevorzugt wird der Bereich zwischen 20 °C und 100 C. Die Umsetzungen werden im allgemeinen bei Normaldruck durchgeführt.
Zur Durchführung des erfindungsgemässen Verfahrens (a) setzt man auf 1 Mol Thiophosphonsäure-Derivat der Formel (II) 1,2 bis 2 Mol, vorzugsweise 1,4 bis 1,8 Mol Alkylha-logenid der Formel (III) ein.
Die Umsetzung wird im allgemeinen in einem geeigneten Verdünnungsmittel durchgeführt. Die Aufarbeitung geschieht nach üblichen Methoden. Die neuen Verbindungen fallen zum Teil in Form von Ölen an, die sich zum Teil nicht unzersetzt destillieren lassen, jedoch durch sogenanntes 'An-destillieren', d.h. durch längeres Erhitzen unter vermindertem Druck auf mässig erhöhte Temperaturen von den letzten flüchtigen Anteilen befreit und auf diese Weise gereinigt werden. Zu ihrer Charakterisierung dient der Brechungsindex.
Als Verdünnungsmittel für die erfindungsgemässe Verfahrensvariante (b) können praktisch alle inerten organischen Verdünnungsmittel verwendet werden. Vorzugsweise werden die Verdünnungsmittel verwendet, die im Zusammenhang mit der Beschreibung des erfindungsgemässen Verfahrens (a) genannt wurden.
Das Verfahren (b) wird insbesondere dann in Gegenwart «von Säureakzeptoren durchgeführt, wenn 2,2,2-Trihalogen-ethanol verwendet wird. Als Säureakzeptoren können alle üblichen Säurebindemittel Verwendung finden. Besonders bewährt haben sich Alkalicarbonate und -alkoholate, wie Natrium* und Kaliumcarbonat, Natrium- und Kaliummethylat io bzw. -ethylat, ferner aliphatische, aromatische oder hetero-cyclische Amine, beispielsweise Triethylamin, Trimethyl-amin, Dimethylanilin, Dimethylbenzylamin und Pyridin.
Das erfindungsgemässe Verfahren (b) wird im allgemeinen bei Temperaturen zwischen — 20 °C und +110 °C durch-15 geführt. Bevorzugt wird der Bereich zwischen 20 °C und 80 °C.
Die Umsetzungen werden im allgemeinen bei Normaldruck durchgeführt.
Zur Durchführung des erfindungsgemässen Verfahrens 20 (b) setzt man auf 1 Mol der Verbindung der Formel (IV) 1 bis 1,6 Mol, vorzugsweise 1,1 bis 1,4 Mol Trihalogenethanol-De-rivat der Formel (V) ein.
Die Umsetzung wird im allgemeinen in einem geeigneten Verdünnungsmittel und in Gegenwart eines Säureakzeptors 25 durchgeführt, wenn 2,2,2-Trihalogenethanol eingesetzt wird. Die Aufarbeitung geschieht nach üblichen Methoden.
Die neuen Verbindungen falten zum Teil in Form von Ölen an, die sich zum Teil nicht unzersetzt destillieren lassen, jedoch durch sogenanntes 'Andestillieren', d.h. durch länge-30 res Erhitzen unter vermindertem Druck auf mässig erhöhte Temperaturen von den letzten flüchtigen Anteilen befreit und auf diese Weise gereinigt werden. Zu ihrer Charakterisierung dient der Brechungsindex.
Die Wirkstoffe eignen sich bei guter Pflanzenverträglich-35 keit zur Bekämpfung von tierischen Schädlingen, insbesondere Insekten, Spinnentieren und Nematoden, die in der Landwirtschaft, in Forsten, im Vorrats- und Materialschutz sowie auf dem Hygienesektor vorkommen. Sie sind gegen normal sensible und resistente Arten sowie gegen alle oder ein-40 zelne Entwicklungsstadien wirksam. Zu den oben erwähnten Schädlingen gehören:

Der Wirkstoffgehalt der aus den handelsüblichen Formulierungen bereiteten Anwendungsformen kann in weiten Bereichen variieren. Die Wirkstoffkonzentration der Anwendungsformen kann von 0,0000001 bis zu 95 Gew.-% Wirkstoff, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,0001 und 1 Gew.-% liegen.
Die Anwendung geschieht in einer den Anwendungsformen angepassten üblichen Weise.
Bei der Anwendung gegen Hygiene- und Vorratsschädlinge zeichnen sich die Wirkstoffe durch eine hervorragende Residualwirkung auf Holz und Ton sowie durch eine gute Alkalistabilität auf gekälkten Unterlagen aus.
Die erfindungsgemässen Wirkstoffe eignen sich auch zur Bekämpfung von Ekto- und Endoparasiten auf dem Gebiet der Tierhaltung und Viehzucht, wobei durch die Bekämpfung der Schädlinge bessere Ergebnisse, z.B. höhere Milchleistungen, höheres Gewicht, längere Lebensdauer usw. erreicht werden können.
Die Anwendung der erfindungsgemässen Wirkstoffe geschieht auf diesen Gebieten in bekannter Weise, vorzugsweise durch dermale Anwendung in Form beispielsweise des Tauchens (Dippen), Sprühens (Sprayen), Aufgiessens (pour-on and spot-on) und des Einpuderns.
Die Herstellung der erfindungsgemässen Verbindungen soll anhand der folgenden Beispiele erläutert werden:
Beispiel 1 (Verfahrensvariante a)

15 Zu einem Gemisch von 74,7 g (0,5 Mol) 2,2,2-Trichlor-ethanol und 500 ml Tetrahydrofuran wird bei —60 °C eine 20%ige Lösung von 33,9 g (0,53 Mol) Butyllithium in n-He-xan getropft. Man erwärmt langsam auf 20 C und versetzt tropfenweise mit 86 g (0,5 Mol) O-Ethyl-ethanthiophosphon-2Csäureesterchlorid. Nach 18-stündigem Rühren bei 20 °C wird eine Stunde auf 60 ~C erwärmt, abgekühlt und das Lösungsmittel wird im Vakuum entfernt. Nach Aufnehmen in 300 ml Dichlormethan wird mit verdünnter Natronlauge und anschliessend mit Wasser gewaschen. Die organische Phase wird 2j abgetrennt und über Magnesiumsulfat getrocknet. Das Lösungsmittel wird im Vakuum entfernt.
Man erhält 77,5 g (54% der Theorie) O-Ethyl-O-2,2,2-trichlorethylethanthiophosphonsäureester mit einem 20

Zur Herstellung einer zweckmässigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Menge Lösungsmittel, gibt die angegebene Menge Emulgator zu und verdünnt das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration.
Die Wirkstoffzubereitung wird innig mit dem Boden vermischt. Dabei spielt die Konzentration des Wirkstoffs in der Zubereitung praktisch keine Rolle, entscheidend ist allein die Wirkstoffgewichtsmenge pro Volumeneinheit Boden, welche in ppm ( = mg/1) angegeben wird. Man füllt den Boden in Töpfe und lässt diese bei Raumtemperatur stehen.
Nach 24 Stunden werden die Testtiere in den behandelten Boden gegeben und nach weiteren 2 bis 7 Tagen wird der Wirkungsgrad des Wirkstoffs durch Auszählen der toten und lebenden Testinsekten in % bestimmt. Der Wirkungsgrad ist 100%, wenn alle Testinsekten abgetötet worden sind, er ist 0%, wenn noch genau so viele Testinsekten leben wie bei der unbehandelten Kontrolle.
Bei diesem Test zeigten z.B. bei einer Konzentration von 5 ppm die Verbindungen der Herstellungsbeispiele (1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (7), (9), (12) und (13) eine Abtötung von 100%, während die Vergleichsverbindung A keine Abtötung (0%) 5 ergab.
Beispiel B
Plutella-Test Lösungsmittel: 3 Gewichtsteile Aceton io Emulgator: 1 Gewichtsteil Alkylarylpolyglykolether
Zur Herstellung einer zweckmässigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Menge Emulgator und verdünnt das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration.
i5 Kohlblätter (Brassica oleracea) werden durch Tauchen in die Wirkstoffzubereitung der gewünschten Konzentration behandelt und mit Raupen der Kohlschabe (Plutella maculipen-nis) besetzt, solange die Blätter noch feucht sind.
Nach der gewünschten Zeit wird die Abtötung in % be-20 stimmt. Dabei bedeutet 100%, dass alle Raupen abgetötet wurden; 0% bedeutet, dass keine Raupen abgetötet wurden.
Bei diesem Test zeigten z.B. bei einer Wirkstoffkonzentration von 0,01 % nach 3 Tagen die Verbindungen der Herstellungsbeispiele (1), (2), (8), (9), (10), (12), (13) und (14) eine 25 Abtötung von 100%, während Vergleichsverbindung (B) keine Abtötung (0%) ergab.
Beispiel C
Tetranychus-Test (resistent)
30 Lösungsmittel: 3 Gewichtsteile Aceton Emulgator: 1 Gewichtsteil Alkylarylpolyglykolether
Zur Herstellung einer zweckmässigen Wirkstoffzuberei-tung vermischt man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Menge Lösungsmittel und der angegebenen Menge 35 Emulgator und verdünnt das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration.
Bohnenpflanzen (Phaseolus vulgaris), die stark von allen Entwicklungsstadien der gemeinenSpinnmilbe oder Bohnen-spinnmilbe (Tetranychus urticae) befallen sind, werden durch 40 Tauchen in die Wirkstoffzubereitung der gewünschten Konzentration behandelt.
Nach der gewünschten Zeit wird die Abtötung in % bestimmt. Dabei bedeutet 100%, dass alle Spinnmilben abgetötet wurden; 0% bedeutet, dass keine Spinnmilben abgetötet 45 wurden.
Bei diesem Test zeigten z.B. bei einer Wirkstoffkonzentration von 0,1 % nach 2 Tagen die Verbindungen der Herstellungsbeispiele (1), (2), (8) und (13) eine Abtötung von 95 bis 100%, während die Vergleichsverbindung (B) keine Abtö-50 tung (0%) ergab.
Beispiel D
Test mit parasitierenden Fliegenlarven (Lucilia cuprina) Lösungsmittel: 35 Gew.-Teile Ethylenglykolmonomethyl-55 ether
Emulgator: 35 Gew.-Teile Nonylphenolpolyglykolether
Zur Herstellung einer zweckmässigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt man 30 Gew.-Teile der betreffenden aktiven Substanz mit der angegebenen Menge Lösungsmittel, das den 60 obengenannten Anteil Emulgator enthält und verdünnt das so erhaltene Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration.
Etwa 20 Fliegenlarven (Lucilia cuprina) werden in ein Teströhrchen gebracht, welches ca. 2 cm3 Pferdemuskulatur 65 enthält. Auf dieses Pferdefleisch werden 0,5 ml der Wirkstoffzubereitung gebracht. Nach 24 Stunden wird der Abtötungs-grad in % bestimmt. Dabei bedeuten 100%, dass alle, und 0% (Kontrolle), dass keine Larven abgetötet worden sind.

Bei einem Test z.B. mit einer Wirkstoffkonzentration von 100 ppm zeigten beispielsweise die Verbindungen der Herstellungsbeispiele (5) und (7) eine 100%ige Abtötung.

Zur Herstellung einer zweckmässigen Wirkstoffzubereitung vermischt man 1 Gewichtsteil Wirkstoff mit der angegebenen Menge Lösungsmittel, gibt die angegebene Menge Emulgator zu und verdünnt das Konzentrat mit Wasser auf die gewünschte Konzentration.
Die Wirkstoffzubereitung wird innig mit Boden vermischt, der mit den Testnematoden stark verseucht ist. Dabei spielt die Konzentration des Wirkstoffs in der Zubereitung praktisch keine Rolle, entscheidend ist allein die Wirkstoffmenge pro Volumeneinheit Boden, welche in ppm angegeben wird. Man füllt den behandelten Boden in Töpfe, sät Salat ein 5 und hält die Töpfe bei einer Gewächshaus-Temperatur von 27 C.
Nach vier Wochen werden die Salatwurzeln auf Nemato-denbefall (Wurzelgallen) untersucht und der Wirkungsgrad io des Wirkstoffs in % bestimmt. Der Wirkungsgrad ist 100%, wenn der Befall vollständig vermieden wird, er ist 0%, wenn der Befall genau so hoch ist wie bei den Kontrollpflanzen in unbehandeltem, aber in gleicher Weise verseuchtem Boden.

Claims (8)
- 657 621 2PATENTANSPRÜCHE R^-Hal1.0-(2,2,2-Trihalogenethyl) -S- (alkyl)- (di)-thiophos-phonsäureester der Forme! (I)XIIR]-P-OCH2-CY3 (I)ISR2(III)in welcherX für Sauerstoff oder Schwefel steht,Y für Halogen steht,R1 für Alkyl oder gegebenenfalls substituiertes Aryl steht undR2 für Alkyl steht.
- 2. Verbindungen der Formel I gemäss Anspruch 1, in welcherX für Sauerstoff oder Schwefel steht,Y für Fluor, Chlor, Brom oder Jod steht,R1 für Alkyl mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen steht oder für einen Arylrest mit 6 bis 10 Kohlenstoffatomen, welcher durch einen oder mehrere, vorzugsweise 1 bis 3, insbesondere 1 oder 2 gleiche oder verschiedene Substituenten, vorzugsweise Halogene, wie Fluor, Chlor oder Brom; Cyano, Nitro, Halogen-alkyl oder Halogenalkoxy mit vorzugsweise 1 bis 5, insbesondere 1 bis 3 Kohlenstoffatomen und 1 bis 5 gleichen oder verschiedenen Halogenatomen, wie Fluor, Chlor oder Brom, und/oder Q-CrAlkyl, substituiert sein kann, steht undR2 für Alkyl mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen steht.

Verbindungen der Formel I gemäss Anspruch 1, in welcherX für Sauerstoff oder Schwefel steht,Y für Fluor oder Chlor steht,R1 für einen Alkylrest mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen oder für einen gegebenenfalls durch Fluor, Chlor, Brom, Cyano, Nitro, Methyl, Trifluormethyl und/oder Trifluormethoxy substituierten Phenylrest steht, undR2 für einen Alkylrest mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen steht.
- 4. Verbindungen der Formel I gemäss Anspruch 1, in welcherX für Sauerstoff oder Schwefel steht,Y für Fluor oder Chlor steht,R' für Methyl, Ethyl oder Phenyl steht undR2 für n-Propyl oder s.-Butyl steht.
- 5. Verfahren zur Herstellung von 0-(2,2,2-Trihalogen-ethyl) -S- (alkyl)-thiophosphonsäureestern der Formel (I')in welcherR2 die oben angegebene Bedeutung hat, und Hai für Ha-5 logen steht, umsetzt.
- 6. Verfahren zur Herstellung von 0-(2,2,2-Trihalogen-ethyl) -S- (alkyl)-dithiophosphonsäureestern der Formel (I")S)R1-P-OCH2-CY3ISR2(I")in welcherY für Halogen steht,15 R1 für Alkyl oder gegebenenfalls substituiertes Aryl steht undR2 für Alkyl steht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Di-thiophosphonsäureesterhalogenide der Formel (IV)S2025R'-P-SR2 (IV)IHai1 in welcherR1 und R2 die oben angegebene Bedeutung haben und Hai1 für Halogen steht, mit Alkohol bzw. Alkoholat der Formel (V)30Z'-O-CHo-CY,(V)in welcherY die oben angegebene Bedeutung hat undZ1 für Wasserstoff oder ein Äquivalent eines Alkalimetall-35 oder Ammoniumions steht, in Gegenwart von Säureakzeptoren, wenn Z1 = H ist umsetzt.
- 7. Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel, gekennzeichnet durch einen Gehalt an mindestens einer Verbindung der Formel I gemäss Anspruch 1.40 8. Verwendung von Verbindungen der Formel I gemäss Anspruch 1 zur Bekämpfung von Schädlingen.
- 9. Thiophosphonsäure-Derivate der Formel (II)O45 R'-P-OCH2-CY3 IS-Z(II)0IIRI_P_OCH2-CY31SR2d')in welcherY für Halogen steht,R1 für Alkyl oder gegebenenfalls substituiertes Aryl steht undR2 für Alkyl steht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Thiophosphonsäure-Derivate der Formel (II)Oin welcherY für Halogen steht,50 R1 für Alkyl oder gegebenenfalls substituiertes Aryl steht undZ für ein Äquivalent eines Alkalimetall- oder Ammoniumions steht, als Zwischenprodukt zur Herstellung von Verbindungen der Formel I gemäss Anspruch 1.55IIRI_P_OCH2-CY3IS-Z(II)in welcherR' und Y die oben angegebene Bedeutung haben und Z für ein Äquivalent eines Alkalimetall- oder Ammoniumions steht, mit Alkylhalogeniden der Formel (III)
