  1. Patent-Anspruch:

    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Kaffee-Ersatzmittels aus Hefe und Malzkeimen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Malzkeime mit verflüssigter Hefe vermischt und geröstet werden, wonach das Produkt in an sich bekannter Weise mit Kaffeeröstdämpfen imprägniert wird.
