Claims (1)
- Patent-Anspruch:Verfahren der Einsäuerung der Kartoffeln gemäß dem Hauptpat'-nt 286106, dahin abgeändert, daß die Anwärmung der geriebenen rohen Kartoffeln durch miteinzusäuernde heiße Brennereischlempe geschient, und daß zur Herstellung des Impfsauergutes gleichfalls Schlempe, eventuell unter Zusatz von süßer Maische oder anderem zuckerhaltigen Material, zur Anwendung gelangt.
