Description
Es ist die Funktion der Vorblasform 22, wenn immer möglich in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Blaskern 30, den Zwischenformling 29 in eineF Umgebung zu halten, welche wirksam geeignet ist, um die Verteilung der Temperatur innerhalb der Wandung des Zwischenformlings 29 auszugleichen.
Claims (1)
- Patentanspruch:Verfahren zum Herstellen eines biaxial orientierten Hohlkörpers aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff, bei dem in einer temperaturgesteuerten Vorform ein Vorformling hergestellt, rasch gekühlt danach in eine Form übertragen wird, in der der Vorformling mit oder ohne Formkontakt auf die Orientierungstemperatur des Kunststoffes eingestellt wird, und bei dem dann der Vorformling in einer Blasform bei der Orientierungstemperatur geformt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kühlen des Vorformlings auf eine der Orientierungstemperatur im wesentlichen entsprechende Durchschnittstemperatur der Vorformlingswand und das Einstellen der Orientierungstemperatur im wesentlichen durch den Ausgleich der Temperaturunterschiede in der Vorformlingswand durch Wärmeaustausch mit der Form erfolgt
