Claims (7)
- Patentansprüche1 )J Verfahren zum Kontaktieren von auf Hableiterkörpern
befindlichen Metall- Anschlußkontakten mit durch eine
Kapillare geführten Anschlußdrähten, dadurch gekannzeichnet, daß mindestens die Enden zweier durch Kapillaröffnungen (11,12) geführter Anschlußdrähte (9,10) gleichzeitig mit zwei auf einer Oberflächenseite des Halbleiterkörpers (3) befindlichen Metallkontakten (4,5) durch Thermokompression verbunden werden, daß die Drähte danach in einem bestimmten Abstand von den Matalikontakten abgetrennt und so zu xtfeiteren Anschlußteilen (6,7) hin umgebogen werden, daß die freien Drahtenden mit diesen fest verbunden werden können. - 2) Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß nach dar Befestigung der Anschlußdrähta 0,10} un d-u Metallkontakten (4,5) die Kapillare(n) (11,12) bis zu einem bestimmten Abstand-über die Halbleiteroberflache weggeführt wird,- daß dann die Drähte unter den Kapillaröffnungen abgebrannt werden und daß zwischen die hochstehenden Drahtstücke ein Keil (18) geführt wird, der die Drähte gleichzeitig709836/0096
ORIGINALauseinanderspreizt und so umbiegt, daß die freien Drahtenden mit den zugeordneten Z inken (6,7) eines strukturierten Xontaktierungsstreifens (8) in Berührung gelangen, und daß schließlich diese freien Drahtenden mit Hilfe eines Andruckmittels. (20) mit den Zinken durch Thermokompression fest verbunden werden. - 3) Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigung der Drähte an den Metall-Kontakten des Halbleiterkörpers bei einer ersten Anordnung. gleichzeitig mit dem Spreizen und Umbiegen der Drähte bei einer zweiten Anordnung und gleichseitig mit dem Befestigen der Drähte an Anschlußteile (677) bei einer dritten Anordnung in drei nebeneinanderliegenden Arbeitspositionen.
- 4) Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spreizen, Umbiegen und Befestigen der Drähte an den zugeordneten Anschlußteilen vollautomatisch erfolgt.
- 5) Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der vorangehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei oder mehr Kapillaren (11,12) so aneinander befestigt sindf daß der Abstand zwischen den Kapillaröffnungen identisch ist mit dem Abstand, zwischen den Metall- Kontaktflächen (4,5) auf dem Halbleiterkörper.709836/0096

- 7) Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kapillaren an.den äußersten Enden (27) der horizontal verlaufenden Teile (24) von zwei gegeneinander gestellten L-förmigen Tragarmen (23) angeordnet sind und daß diese Tragarme nach außen ausschwenkbar sind.709836/0096
