Claims (4)
1. Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Kohlenstoff-Kohlenstoff-Verbundstoffes,
beinhaltend:
a) Anordnen eines geharzten, kohlenstoffaserverstärkten
Prepregs in einem Druckgefäß;
b) im wesentlichen Füllen des Druckgefäßes mit einem festen, fließfähigen,teilchenförmigen Polymer;
c) Beaufschlagen des Prepregs mit Temperaturen und Drücken, die ausreichen, um das Prepreg zu härten und einen
Kohlenstoff-Kohlenstoff-Zwischenstoff zu bilden; d) Beaufschlagen des Kohlenstoff-Kohlenstoff-Zwischenstoffes
mit Temperaturen und Drücken, die ausreichen, um den Kohlenstoff-Kohlenstoff-Zwischenstoff nachzuhärten; und
e) Beaufschlagen des nachgehärteten Kohlenstoff-Kohlenstoff-Zwischenstoffes
mit Temperaturen und Drücken, die ausreichen, um den nachgehärteten Kohlenstoff-Kohlenstoff-Zwischenstoff
zu karbonisieren, um einen Kohlenstoff-Kohlenstoff -Verbundstoff zu bilden;
wobei der Kohlenstoff-Kohlenstoff-Verbundstoff eine hohe
Festigkeit hat.
2. Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Kohlenstoff-Kohlenstoff-Verbundstoffes
nach Anspruch 1, wobei das feste, fließfähige Polymer ein teilchenförmiges Silikonpolymer umfaßt, das einen
Nenndurchsatz von wenigstens 0,6 Gramm pro Sekunde in einem Rohr mit 1,1 Zentimeter Durchmesser und 7,6 cm Länge
bei einem ausgeübten Druck von 10,34 MPa hat.
3. Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Kohlenstoff-Kohlenstoff-Verbundstoffes
nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Kohlenstoff-Kohlenstoff-Verbundstoff
mit Temperaturen und Drücken beauf-
schlagt wird, die ausreichen, um den Kohlenstoff-Kohlenstoff-Verbundstoff
zu graphitieren.
4. Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Kohlenstoff-Kohlenstoff Verbundstoffes
nach Anspruch 1, wobei der graphitierte Kohlenstoff-Kohlenstoff-Verbundstoff nachverdichtet wird.
