Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung von 2,2,6,6-Tetramethyl-4-oxopiperidin
Die Herstellung von 2,2,6,6-Tetramethyl-4-oxopiperidin ist vorbekannt. Sie besteht darin, dass man 2,2,4,4,6-Pentamethyl-2,3,4,5-tetrahydropyrimidin
mit einer Lewis-Säure in Gegenwart von Wasser umsetzt, wie gemäss DT-OS
1.695.753. Gegebenenfalls kann zusätzlich noch ein inertes, z.B. protisches organisches Lösungsmittel verwendet werden.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ausgehend von diesem Stand der Technik ein Verfahren, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man
das 2,2,4,4,6-Pentamethyl-2,3,4,5-tetrahydropyrimidin (Acetonin)
mit 0,2 bis 12 Molprozent, basierend auf Acetonin-Ausgangsmaterial, eines sauren Katalysators, nämlich eines Lewis- oder Protonen-Säure
-Katalysators behandelt, wobei man a) wasserfrei oder mit
weniger als der äquimolaren Menge Wasser bezogen auf das Acetonin,
und in Gegenwart von Aceton und/oder Diacetonalkohol arbeitet, oder b) mit mindestens der äquimolaren Menge Wasser bezogen auf
Acetonin arbeitet.
Gegebenenfalls führt man die Reaktion in Gegenwart von Aceton und/oder Diacetonamin, Triacetondiamin und/oder einem sauren
Kondensationsprodukt von Aceton durch.
Ein saures Kondensationsprodukt von Aceton ist z.B. Phoron und vor allem Mesityloxid und ganz besonders Diacetonalkohol.
Vorteilhaft verwendet man ein organisches Lösungsmittel.
Organische Lösungsmittel, die für das erfindungsgemässe Verfahren
besonders geeignet sind, sind z.B. Kohlenwasserstoffe,
wie Aromaten, z.B. Benzol, Toluol und Xylol, sowie Aliphaten, wie Hexan, Heptan und Cyclohexan, sowie Chlorkohlenwasserstoffe,
wie Methylenchlorid, Trichloräthan, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff,
Chloroform, Aethylenchlorid und Chlorbenzol, sowie Aether, wie Tetrahydrofuran, Dioxan und Diäthyläther, sowie Nitrile, wie
Acetonitril, sowie aprotische polare Lösungsmittel, wie SuIfolan, Mtromethan, Dimethylformamid, Dimethylacetamid,·
Tetramethylharnstoff, Hexamethylphosphorsäureamid und Dimei:hylsulfoxid,
sowie besonders bevorzugt Alkohole, wie mono- oder polyfunktioneile, unsubstituierte oder substituierte aliphatische
Alkohole, z.B. Niederalkanole, wie Methanol, Aethanol, Propanol,
iso-Propanol und tert.-Butanol, sowie Cyclohexanol, Benzylalkohol,
Aethylenglykol-monomethyläther, Glykol und Propan-l,3-diol, sowie Ketone, wie Aceton, Methylethylketon und Cyclohexanon. Vor
allem geeignet ist ein C-.-C,-Alkohol, wie Methanol, sowie Aceton,
Diacetonalkohol, Phoron, Diacetonamin, Triacetondiamin und Mesityloxid. Ebenso geeignet sind auch Mischungen obiger Lösungs-

Die Verbesserung dieses Verfahrens gegenüber dem Stand der
Technik besteht darin, dass bei wesentlich verringerter Katalysatorenmenge die Ausbeute an Produkt höher liegt als bei vorbekannten
Verfahren. Dies ist das überraschende und unerwartete
Merkmal der Verbesserung dieses Verfahrens.
Die Katalysatoren, welche erfindungsgemäss· verwendet werden können sind Lewis-Säure-Katalysatoren, z.B. Zinkchlorid,
Zinnchlorid, Aluminiumchlorid und Bortrifluorid
oder Protonensäuren, wie z.B. Salzsäure, ' Essigsäure, Borsäure und Ammoniumchlorid. Protonensäuren sind allgemeiner
ausgedrückt z.B. Sulfonsäuren oder Carbonsäuren, wie Benzolsulfonsäure oder p-Toluolsulfonsäure, und Ameisensäure,
Essigsäure, Malonsäure, Bernsteinsäure, Maleinsäure, Benzoesäure oder Zimtsäure.
Katalysatoren sind ferner Salze von Protonensäuren mit Ammoniak
oder organischen Basen. Organische Basen sind vor allem organische Stickstoffbasen, insbesondere primäre, sekundäre oder tertiäre
Stickstoffbasen. Beispiele für solche Protonensäuren bzw. für Säurekomponenten in als saure Katalysatoren verwendeten
Salzen sind insbesondere:
Mineralsäuren, wie Salzsäure, Bromwasserstoffsäure, Jodwasserstoff-
Mineralsäuren, wie Salzsäure, Bromwasserstoffsäure, Jodwasserstoff-
säure, Salpetersäure, Schwefelsäure und. Phosphorsäure, sowie
Sulfonsäuren, wie aliphatische oder aromatische Sulfonsäuren, z.B. Methansulfonsäure, Benzolsulfonsäure, p-Toluolsulfonsäure
oder Naphtalinsulfonsäure, Phosphonsäuren und Phosphinsäuren,
wie aliphatische oder aromatische, z.B. Methyl-, Benzyl- oder Phenylphosphonsäure, oder Dimethyl-, Diäthyl- oder Phenylphosphinsäure,
und Carbonsäuren, wie einbasische, zweibasische oder dreibasische aliphatische oder aromatische Carbonsäuren,
z.B. gesättigte oder ungesättigte einbasische aliphatische Carbonsäuren mit 1-18 C-Atomen, wie Ameisensäure. Essigsäure,
Chloressigsäure, Dichloressigsäure, TrichloressigsäüreTTPropionsäure,
Buttersäure, Laurinsäure, Palmitinsäure, Stearinsäure,
Acrylsäure, Methacrylsäure und Zimtsäure, gesättigte und ungesättigte zweibasische aliphatische Carbonsäuren, wie Oxalsäure,
Malonsäure, Bernsteinsäure, Adipinsäure, Sebacinsäure, Weinsäure, Aepfeisäure, Fumarsäure und Maleinsäure, dreibasische

aliphatische Carbonsäuren, wie Zitronensäure, einbasische
aromatische Carbonsäuren, wie gegebenenfalls substituierte Benzoesäure und Naphthoesäure, und zweibasische aromatische
Carbonsäuren, wie Phthalsäure und Terephthalsäure. Bevorzugt sind einbasische und zweibasische aliphatische oder aromatische
Carbonsäuren und einbasische aromatische Sulfonsäuren, wie Essigsäure, Bernsteinsäure, Maleinsäure, Benzoesäure,
m-Methy!benzoesäure, p-tert.-Butylbenzoesäure,
p-Toluolsulfonsäure und Zimtsäure. Als organische Basen sind
geeignet: aliphatische, alicyclische und aromatische, primäre, sekundäre und tertiäre Amine, gesättigte und ungesättigte Stickstoff
basen, Harnstoff, Thioharnstoff und basische Ionenaustauscherharze. So sind aliphatische, primäre Amine z.B. Methylamin,
Aethylamin, n-Butylamin, Octylamin, Dodecylamin und Hexamethylen-diamin,
aliphatische sekundäre Amine z.B. Dimethylamin, Diäthylamin, Di-n-propylamin und Di-isobutylamin, aliphatische
tertiäre Amine z.B. Triethylamin, alicyclische primäre Amine z.B. Cyclohexylamin, aromatische primäre Amine z.B. Anilin,
Toluidin, Naphthylamin und Benzidin, aromatische sekundäre Amine z.B. N-Methylanilin und Diphenylamin, aromatische tertiäre
Amine z.B. N,N-Diäthylanilin, gesättigte und ungesättigte Stickstoffbasen z.B. heterocyclische Basen ,z.B. Pyrrolidin,
Piperidin, N-Methyl-2-pyrrolidon, Pyrazolidin, Piperazin, Pyridin,
Picolin, Indol, Chinuclidin, Morpholin, N-Methylmorpholin,
1,4-Diazabicyclo[2,2,2J-octan und Triacetonamin, Harnstoff,
Thioharnstoff und stark und schwach basische Ionenaustauscherharze. Bevorzugt sind auch Acetonin sowie Diacetonamin und
Triacetonamin. Beispiele für bevorzugte Salze sind: Cyclohexylamin- for miat, Pyridinformiat, Pyridin-p-toluolsulfonat, Di-nhutyläminacetat,
Di-n-butylamin-benzoat, Morpholinsuccinat,
Morpholin-maleat, Triäthylamin-acetat, Triäthylamin-succinat,
Triäthylamin-maleat, Anilin-acetat, Triacetonamin-p-toluolsulfonat
und Acetonin-hydrochlorid.

Zusätzlich können zum sauren Katalysator von diesen verschiedenen Co-Katalysatoren, insbesondere in Mengen von 0,01-0,5
Mol-%, bezogen auf Acetonin verwendet werden, z.B.:
Kaliumiodid, Natriumiodid, Lithiumbromid, Lithiumiodid,
Lithiumrhodanid, Ammoniumrhodanid, Lithiumcyanid, Lithiumnitrat, Ammoniumsulfid, Brom, Jod, oder ein Brömid, Jodid,
Nitrat, Methansulfonat, Benzolsulfonat oder p-Toluolsulfonat
von Ammoniak, Triäthylamin, . Harnstoff
oder Thioharnstoff.
Bevorzugte Katalysatoren sind Ammoniumchlorid und Bortrifluorid.
Die Menge an verwendetem Katalysator beträgt zwischen 0,2 und 12 Mol/%, basierend auf Pyrimidin-Ausgangsmaterial und liegt
vorzugsweise zwischen 0,2 - 7, insbesondere zwischen 2 und 4 Mol/%. Die Reaktion wird insbesondere zwischen 40 und 1200C, vorzugsweise
zwischen 50 und 1000C durchgeführt. In Gegenwart von
Aceton beträgt die bevorzugte Reaktionstemperatur 40 - 65°C, insbesondere 50 - 55°C, in Gegenwart von Diacetonalkohol oder
Mesityloxid 90 - 1000C, ohne Coreaktantenzusatz vorzugsweise
50 - 1000C. Verwendet man andere Ketone als a) Aceton bzw. b)
dessen saure Selbstkondensationsprodukte, so beträgt die Reaktionstemperatur vorteilhaft -15°C bis +400C Schliesslich kann
auch, vorteilhat unter Druck gearbeitet werden, z.B. bei 1-30, insbesondere 1-10, vor allem. 1-3 Atmosphären Ueberdruck.
Die Reaktionszeit beträgt bevorzugt ^-ji - 15 Stunden,mit Aceton
als Coreaktant bevorzugt 7-14, insbesondere 8-12 Stunden, und mit Diacetonalkohol als Coreaktant bevorzugt /2 - 2, insbesondere
1 -. 1/2 Stunden.
Die zu verwendende Menge Aceton, Diacetonamin, Triacetondiamin
bzw. Kondensationsprodukt liegt bei mindestens 1,5 Molen pro Mol Pyrimidin-Ausgangsmaterial, kann aber bis zu 10 Molen be-

tragen. Aus praktischen Gründen beträgt der bevorzugte Bereich 2 bis 6 Mole, insbesondere 3 bis 4 Mole. Es können aber auch
mit Vorteil weniger als 1,5 Mol Coreaktant verwendet werden.
Besonders geeignet ist die Verwendung von Diacetonalkohol als
Coreaktant, da eine schnellere Durchführung der Reaktion wegen der Möglichkeit erhöhter Reaktionstemperatur gegeben ist.
Die Aufarbeitung kann in an sich bekannter Weise erfolgen, z.B. durch Zusatz von Wasser und Abtrennen als Hydrat, oder durch Zusatz
von Säure, wie Salzsäure, Schwefelsäure oder Oxalsäure und Abtrennen als Salz, oder durch Zusatz von einem Ueberschuss an
Lauge, insbesondere konzentrierter Lauge, wie wässriger Natronlauge oder Kalilauge, und Abtrennen als organische Schicht, oder
insbesondere durch Destillation, gegebenenfalls nach Neutralisation des Katalysators durch Zugabe von Base, wie Natriumhydroxid,
Kaliumhydroxid oder Natriumcarbonat.
Es ist vorteilhaft, bei der erfindungsgemässen Reaktion etwas
Wasser zu verwenden, entweder als Pyrimidin-Hydratwasser und/oder als kleine Menge zugesetztes Wasser. Arbeitet man gemäss a) wasserfrei,
so verwendet man als Protonen-Säure-Katalysatoren bevorzugt schwache Säuren bzw. deren Salze, arbeitet man gemäss b) wasserhaltig,
so verwendet man als Protonen-Säure-Katalysatoren bevorzugt starke Säuren, wie Mineral- oder Sulfonsäuren. Als Wasserlieferant
kann man auch ein Hydrat eines Salzes verwenden.
Die vorliegende Erfindung wird durch folgende Beispiel illustriert:

Zu einer Mischung aus 300 g Aceton, 40 g Methanol und 0,4 g Bortrifluorid in Aetherlösung werden' 172 g
2,2,4,4, 6-Pentamethyl-2,3,4,5~teti-ahydropyrimidin-Hydrat,
hergestellt nach den Angaben im J.Chem.Soc. 1947, 1394,
gegeben. Die resultierende Lösung wird 12 Stunden lang bei 50 bis 55 C gerührt, ansch.liessend unter Vakuum
eingeengt und das resultierende OeI im Vakuum destilliert, Man erhält 246 g eines leicht gelblichen, teilweise
kristallisierenden OeIs vom Kp,2: 80-86 C, welches 228 g
2,2,6,6-Tetramethyl-4-oxopiperidin (bestimmt durch GLC)
enthält.
Man verfährt wie in Beispiel 1 beschrieben, ausgenommen, dass'man Bortrifluorid durch Ammoniumchlorid ersetzt und
das Reaktionsprodukt als Hydrat, Smp. 55-6O°C, durch Zusatz von einem Mol Wasser pro Mol Produkt abtrennt,
anstatt das Produkt wie im Beispiel 1 zu destillieren.
In einem weiteren Versuch wird das Produkt als Oxalat-SaIz
abgetrennt, indem die Reaktionslösung mit Oxalsäure neutralisiert wird. In dieser Form weist das Produkt
einen Zersetzungspunkt von > 180°C auf.

10 g Acetoninhydrat, 10 g Diacetonalkohol und 0,3 g Ammoniumchlorid
werden vermischt, auf .ca. 1000C erwärmt. In regelmässigen
Abständen wird der Gehalt des Reaktionsgemisches an Acetonin bzw. Triacetonamin gaschromatographisch bestimmt.
Nach 1 Stunde Reaktionsdauer-bei 90-100° sind weniger als
5% der ursprünglichen Acetoninmenge nachweisbar. Der Rest ist zu Triacetonamin umgelagert, das durch fraktionierte
Destillation isoliert wird.
10 g Acetoninhydrat, 10 g Aceton und 0,3 g Ammoniumchlorid werden auf 55° erwärmt. In regelmässigen Zeitabständen wird
der Gehalt des Reaktionsgemisches an Acetonin bzw. Triacetonamin gaschromatographisch bestimmt. Nach 12 Stunden Reaktionsdauer bei 55° sind weniger als 3% der ursprünglichen Acetoninmenge
nachweisbar. Der Rest ist zu Triacetonamin umgelagert, das durch fraktionierte Destillation isoliert wird.
Verwendet man in diesem Beispiel anstelle von 0,3g Ammoniumchlorid
ein Gemisch von 0,3g Ammoniumchlorid und 0,1 Mol %, berechnet auf Acetoninhydrat eines der folgenden Cokatalysatoren:
NH, Br, NH4NO3, NH,J, LiBr, LiNO3, LiJ, NaJ, KJ, J2, Harnstoffnitrat,
Triäthylammonium-p-toluolsulfonat, NH/SCN, LiSCN oder
(NH4)2S
so ist die Reaktion bei gleich guten Ausbeuten bereits nach ca. 5 Stunden beendet.
10 g Acetoninhydrat, 10 g Mesityloxid und 0,3 g Ammoniumchlorid werden auf ca. 100° erwärmt. In regelmässigen Zeit- '
abständen wird der Gehalt des Reaktionsgemisches in Acetonin bzw. Triacetonamin gaschromatographisch bestimmt. Nach 5
Stunden Reaktionsdauer bei 90-100° sind weniger als 5% der · ursprünglichen Acetoninmenge nachweisbar. Das entstandene
Triacetonamin wird durch fraktionierte Destillation isoliert.

10 g Acetoninhydrat, 5 g Mesityloxid, 2,6 g Aceton und 0,3 g Ammoniumchlorid werden auf 55° erwärmt. In regelmässigen
Zeitabständen wird^ der Gehalt des Reaktionsgemisches an Acetonin bzw. Triacetonamin gaschroraatographis bestimmt.
Nach 12 Stunden Reaktionsdauer bei 55° sind weniger als 5% der ursprünglichen Acetoninmenge nachweisbar. Der Rest ist
zu Triacetonamin umgelagert, das durch fraktionierte Destillation isoliert wird.
10 g Acetoninhydrat werden mit 0,3 g Ammoniumchlorid auf 100° erwärmt. In regelmässigen Zeitabständen wird der Gehalt
des Reaktionsgemisches an Acetonin bzw. Triacetonamin gaschromatographisch bestimmt. Nach -3 Stunden Reaktionsdauer
bei 100° sind weniger als 5% der ursprünglichen Acetoninmenge nachweisbar. Der Rest ist zu Triacetonamin umgelagert,
das durch fraktionierte Destillation isoliert wird.
15,4 g wasserfreies Acetonin, 20 g Aceton und 0,4 g Ammoniumchlorid
werden auf 550C erwärmt. In regelmässigen Zeitabständen
wird der Gehalt des Reaktionsgemisches an Acetonin bzw. Triacetonamin gaschromatographisch bestimmt. Nach 15 Stunden Reaktionsdauer bei 55°C sind mindestens 95 % Triacetonamin, bezogen auf
die eingesetzte Acetoninmenge, entstanden. Das gebildete Triacetonamin
w.ird nach Neutralisation des Katalysators mit Natriumhydroxyd durch fraktionierte Destillation isoliert.
Verwendet man anstelle von Aceton die gleiche Menge Diacetonalkohol
oder ein Gemisch aus 20 g Aceton und 0,9 g Wasser und verfährt man im Übrigen wie oben beschrieben,so erhält man eine annährend
gleich gute Umlagerung des Acetonins in Triacetonamin.

17,2 g Acetoninhydrat, 20 g Aceton und 0,5 g Essigsäure werden
auf 55°C erwärmt. In regelmässigen Zeitabständen wird der Gehalt
des Reaktionsgemisches an Acetonin bzw. Triacetonamin gaschromatographisch
bestimmt. Nach 12 Stunden Reaktionsdauer ist das eingesetzte Acetoninhydrat in mindestens 95 % Ausbeute zu Triacetonamin
umgelagert, das durch fraktionierte Destillation isoliert wird.
Verwendet man anstelle von Essigsäure eine entsprechende Menge
Ameisensäure, Benzoesäure, Dichloressigsäure, Maleinsäure, Zimtsäure, Trichloressigsäure, p-Toluolsulfonsäure, Methansulfonsäure
oder eine entsprechende Menge eines Salzes wie Ammoniumbromid, Triäthylamin-p-toluölsulfonat, Pyridinformiat, Harnstoffnitrat,
Triacetonaminhydrochlorid, Thioharnstoffhydrochlorid, Ammoniumacetat, Triäthylaminhydrochlorid oder Ammoniumtosylat,
und verfährt man im übrigen wie oben beschrieben, so erhält man das Triacetonamin in ähnlich guten Ausbeuten.
17,2 g Acetoninhydrat, 50 g Dimethylformamid und 0,5g Ammoniumchlorid
werden auf 60°C erwärmt. In regelmässigen Zeitabständen wird der Gehalt des Reaktionsgemisches an Acetonin bzw. Triacetonamin
gaschromatographisch bestimmt. Nach 15 Stunden Reaktionsdauer sind weniger als 5 % der ursprünglichen Acetoninmenge nachweisbar.
Der Rest ist zu Triacetonamin umgelagert, das durch fraktionierte Destillation isoliert wird.
Verwendet man anstelle von Dimethylformamid 40 g Dioxan, 20 g Isopropanol, 15 g Aethylenglykolmonomethyläther oder ein Gemisch
aus 30 g Benzol und 20 g Aceton und verfährt man im übrigen wie
vorstehend beschrieben, so erhält man das Triacetonamin in ähnlich guten Ausbeuten.
17,2 g Acetoninhydrat, 30 g Methyläthylketon und 0,5 g Ammoniumbromid
werden 24 Stunden bei 400C gerührt. Nach dieser Reaktions-

zeit sind, wie eine gaschromatographische Analyse zeigt, ca. 70 % der eingesetzten Acetoninmenge in Triacetonamin umgelagert,
das durch Destillation isoliert wird.
17,2 g Acetoninhydrat, 20 g Aceton, 1,8 g Wasser und 0,4 g Ammoniumchlorid
werden auf 55 0C erwärmt. Nach 12 Stunden Reaktionsdauer
haben sich, wie.eine gaschromatographische Analyse zeigt, mindestens
95 % des eingesetzten Acetonin zu Triacetonamin umgelagert, das durch Destillation isoliert wird.
Gibt man anstelle der 1,8 g Wasser 3,6 g oder 5,4 g Wasser zum obigen Reakt ions gemisch und verfährt man im Übrigen wie dort beschrieben,
so erhält man das Triacetonamin mit praktisch den gleich guten Ausbeuten.
Beispiel 13 .
17,2 g Acetoninhydrat, 3 g Methanol und 0,5 g Ammoniumchlorid werden auf 600C erwärmt.. Nach 12 Stunden Reaktionsdauer haben
sich, wie eine gaschromatographische Analyse zeigt, ca. 80 % des eingesetzten Acetonins zu Triacetonamin umgelagert, das durch
Destillation isoliert wird.
Gibt man anstelle der 3 g Methanol 2 g Wasser zum obigen Reaktionsgemisch
und verfährt'man im übrigen wie dort beschrieben, so ernält
man das Triacetonamin mit praktisch der gleichen Ausbeute.
17,2 g Acetoninhydrat, 30 g Aceton und 0,5 g Ammoniumchlorid
werden im Einschlussrohr 6 Stunden auf 45°C erwärmt. Nach dieser Zeit haben sich, wie eine gaschromatographische Analyse zeigt,
mindestens 95 % des eingesetzten Acetonin zu Triacetonamin umgelagert
, das durch Destillation isoliert wird.

Claims (1)
- PatentansprücheDR. ERLEND DINNEPATENTANWALTVerfahren zur Herstellung von 2,2,6,6-Tetramethyl-4-oxopiperidin aus 2,2,4,4,6-Pentamethyl-2,3,4,5,-tetrahydropyrimidin (Acetonin), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man das Acetonin mit 0,2 bis 12 Molprozent, basierend auf Acetonin-Ausgangsmaterial, eines sauren Katalysators behandelt, wobei man a) wasserfrei oder mit weniger als der Mquimolaren Menge Wasser, bezogen auf das Acetonin, und in Gegenwart von Aceton und/oder Diacetonalkohol arbeitet, oder b) mit mindestens der äquimolaren Menge Wasser bezogen auf Acetonin arbeitet.Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Reaktion in Gegenwart eines organischen Lösungsmittels oder Lösungsmittelgemisches durchführt.Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man als Lösungsmittel andere Ketone als a) Aceton oder b) dessen saure Selbstkondensationsprodukte Diacetonamin, Mesityloxid, Diacetonalkohol, Triacetondiamin oder Phoron verwendet, und die Reaktion bei -15 bis + 400C durchführt.Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man als Lösungsmittel Aceton, Diacetonalkohol, Mesityloxid, Diacetonamin, Triacetondiamin, Phoron, einen C^-C/-Alkohol, Aethylenglycolmonomethyläther oder Mischungen davon verwendet .Verfahren nach Anspruch 4» dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der C^-C^-Alkohol Methanol ist.409883/13645. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Lösungsmittel Aceton ist.7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Lösungsmittel Diacetonalkohol ist.8. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Reaktion, unte:: erhöhtem Druck, wie 1-30, besonders 1 -10, vor allem 1-3 Atmosphären, durchführt .9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man als sauren Katalysator * .ein Salz einer Protonensäure mit Ammoniak oder mit einer organischen Stickstoffbase, verwendet.10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man eine Mineralsäure, Sulfonsäure oder Carbonsäure als Protonensäure verwendet.11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man ein Ammoniumsalz verwendet.12. Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man ein Salz einer organischen Stickstoffbase verwendet.13. Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die organische Stickstoffbase Triacetonamin, Triäthylamin, Hexamethylendiamin, 1,4-Diazabicyclo ]~2,2,2^octan, Harnstoff oder Thioharnstoff ist.409883/136414. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Protonensäure Salzsäure, Bromwasserstoffsäure, Jodwasserstoff säure, Salpetersäure, eine organische Sulfonsäure, Ameisensäure oder eine Halogenessigsäure ist.15. Verfahren nach Anspruch "9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Salz der Protonensäure eine Ammoniumsalζ von Salzsäure, Bromwasserstoff säure, Jodwasserstoffsäure, Salpetersäure, Benzolsulfonsäure, p-Toluolsulfonsäure, Methansulfonsäure, Ameisensäure, Dichloressigsäure , Trieliloressigsäurs oder Cyanessigsäure ist.16. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Salz ein solches aus Salzsäure, Bromwasserstoffsäure, Jodwasserstoffsäure, Salpetersäure, Benzolsulfonsäure, p-Toluolsulfonsäure, Methansulfonsäure, Dichloressigsäure oder Trichloressigsäure als Säure und Triacetonamin, Triethylamin, Hexamethylendiamin , 1,4-Diazabicyclo [2,2,2 Joctan, Harnstoff oder■Thioharnstoff als Base ist.17. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Salz Ammoniumchlorid, Ammoniumbromid, Ammoniumjodid, Ammoniumformiat, Ammoniumtosylat, Harnstoffnitrat, Harnstoff tosylat, Thioharnstoffhydrochlorid, Hexamethylendiamindihydrochlorid oder Triacetonaminhydrochlorid ist.18. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Salz Hexamethylendiaminhydrochlorid ist.19. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der saure Katalysator ein Lewis-Säure-Katalysator ist.409883/136420. Verfahren nach Anspruchl9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lewis-Säure-Katalysator Bortrifluorid ist.21. Verfahren nach Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man als sauren Katalysator einen Protonen-Säure-Katalysator verwendet.22. Verfahren nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man als Protonensäure eine Mineralsäure verwendet.23. Verfahren nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man als Protonensäure eine SuIfon- oder Carbonsäure verwendet .24. Verfahren nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Salzsäure, Bromwasserstoffsäure, Jodwasserstoffsäure, Salpetersäure, Ameisensäure, Essigsäure, Dichloressigsäure, Trichloressigsäure, Malonsäure, Bernsteinsäure, Maleinsäure, Benzoesäure, Zimtsäure, Methansulfonsäure, Benzolsulfonsäure oder p-Toluolsulfonsäure verwendet.25. Verfahren nach Anspruch Ib, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Acetonin zu Wasser im Verhältnis 1:1 bis 1:5 verwendet.26. Verfahren nach Ansprüche 1 bis 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man zusätzlich zu dem Katalysator als Cokatalysator Kaliumjodid, Natriumiodid, Lithiumbromid, Lithiumiodid, Lithiumrhodanid, Ammoniumrhodanid, Lithiumcyanid, Lithiumnitrat, Ammoniumsulfids Brom, Jod, oder ein Bromid, Jodid, Nitrat, Methansulfonat, Benzolsulfonat oder p-Toluolsulfonat von Ammoniak, Triäthylamin, Harnstoff oder Thioharnstoff verwendet.409883/136427. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Reaktion in Gegenwart von Aceton und/oder Diacetonamin, Triacetondiamin und/oder einem sauren Kondensationsprodukt von Aceton durchführt.28. Verfahren nach Anspruch "27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man als saures Kondensationsprodukt von Aceton, Diacetonalkohol und/oder Mesityloxid verwendet.29. Verfahren nach Anspruch 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Reaktion mit dem Acetonin-Hydrat in mindestens 1,5 Molen Aceton pro Mol Acetonin-Ausgangsmaterial in Gegenwart von 0,2-7 Molprozent, basierend auf Acetonin-Ausgangsmaterial, eines Lewis- oder Protonen-Säure-Katalysators bei Temperaturen zwischen 40 und 650C in einem organischen protischen Lösungsmittel durchführt.30. Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Katalysator 0,2 bis 7 Molprozent Bortrifluorid ist und die Reaktion in 3 bis 4 Molen Aceton pro Mol Acetonin-Ausgangsmaterial in einem organischen protischen Lösungsmittel durchgeführt wird.31. Verfahren nach Anspruch 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass anstatt Bortrifluorid 0,2 bis 7 Molprozent Ammoniumchlorid verwendet wird.32. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2 und 4-31, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Reaktion bei 40 - 1200C durchführt.33. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1,2 und 4-28,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Reaktion bei 40 - 65°C durchführt.409883/1364- Lr-34. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man zusätzlich zum sauren Katalysator 0,01-0,5 Mol-% bezogen auf Acetonin einen von diesem verschiedenen Co-Katalysator verwendet .37.
