Stoff mit guten akustischen Isolationseigenschaften (Ausscheidung aus P 22 35 641.8)
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Stoff mit guten akustischen Isolationseigenschaften, insbesondere gegen Knall, unter
Verwendung von mineralischen oder organischen Fasern mit hoher Zugfestigkeit, insbesondere von Glasfasern, die in
ein thermoplastisches Harz, insbesondere in ein Polyvinylharz, wie etwa plastifiziertes Polyvinylchlorid, getaucht
werden, wobei die Fasern mit dem ein Expansionsmittel enthaltenden Harz imprägniert und derart erwärmt werden, daß
das Expansionsmittel dissoziiert. Der hergestellte Stoff

soll, bis auf die Dickenrichtung in der er weich ist, eine gute Dimensionsstabilität besitzen.
Der Stoff kann dadurch hergestellt werden, daß ein Filz
aus nicht miteinander verbundenen, in übereinander Liefenden
Ebenen unregelmässig angeordneten Fasern verwendet wird, von denen der größte Teil eine Länge von 5° cm besitzt;
daß der Filz mit dem das Expansionsmittel enthaltenden Harz gleichmässig imprägniert wird; daß der Filz derart erwärmt
wird, daß er bei dem unter Atmosphärendruck erfolgenden Aufblähen des plastischen Harzes frei expandiert, wobei sich
die Fasern der einzelnen, übereinanderliegenden Lagen während der Erwärmung voneinander trennen und im wesentlichen homogen
verteilen sowie eine gesteuerte Expansion in Dickenrichtung gestatten, in den Querrichtungen jedoch begrenzen; und daß
das Material abgekühlt wird, nachdem es seine endgültige Dichte erlangt hat, wobei es aus dem plastischen in den
elastischen Zustand gelangt und einen Stoff ergibt, der, bis auf die Dickenrichtung, in der er weich ist, eine gute
Diraensionsstabilität besitzt.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Stoffe besitzen sämtlichst sehr gute
akustische Isolationseigenschaften und eine beträchtliche Dimensionsstabilität, obwohl sie in Dickenrichtung weich sind.
Man kann ihr Aussehen und ihre mechanischen Eigenschaften verändern, indem man folgende Parameter variiert:
Gewichtsanteil der Fasern,
Gewichtsanteil de:; Kunststoffmaterials, Gehalt an Treibmittel,
Gehalt an Plastifizierungsmittel.
Gewichtsanteil de:; Kunststoffmaterials, Gehalt an Treibmittel,

Die Dichte des Stoffes kann durch I-len^e und Art des Expansinns-

mittels verändert werden.
Auch kann man erfindungsgemäß die Elastizität und. die Weichheit des Stoffes dadurch beeinflussen, daß man die Menge an
V/eJchmacher, die im Harz enthalten ist, verändert.
l'sp T nmr M^nieren der Fasern mit dem Hnrz kann in beliebiger
'-peJ '-.neter V/eise erfolgen, und zwar insbesondere durch Eintauchen,
Pesprühen, Übergießen oder durch eine Kombination dieser M<"r?' ichkeiten.
Im folgenden werden zwei Beispiele für eine Zusammensetzung des Harzes gegeben, welche bei der Herstellung des erfinriungsgemäßen
Stoffes eingesetzt v/erden können:

Die Viskosität der Grün ölmischungen kann, wenn nötig, unter
Verwendung eines Lösungsmittels wie etwa Kerosen KSO eingestellt werden:
Dichte bei 15 C: Lichtpunkt 80°C, Destillation:
0,780 Anilinpunkt 81,5
Beginn 195°C, Ende 2550C
Derartige Stoffe besitzen sowohl einen hohen Widerstand gegen ein Dehnen bis zum Zerreißen, und zwar in Längsrichtung und
in Querrichtung, als auch eine hohe Elastizität in Dickenrichtung. So besitzt ein Stoff, der unter Verwendung von
200 g Glasfasern pro m und 874 g expandiertem Polyvinylchlorid gemäß Beispiel 1 hergestellt ist, einen Reißwiderstand
von 8 kg/cm für eine relative Dehnung ·&—L·— von

2,5 %. Andererseits bleibt der Stoff äußerst elastisch bei

Kompressionsbeanspruchungen.
Fig. 1 zeigt für den genannten Stoff (Kurve X) die Dickenverminderung
in Prozent als Punktion von der Belastung. Um dieses Ergebnis hervorzuheben, sind als Kurve Y die Dickenverminderungen
«einer Platte aus geschäumtem Polyvinylchlorid ohne Verstärkungsfasern bei identischer Dichte aufgetragen.
Es ergibt sich, daß die Elastizität des erfindungsgemäßen Stoffes sehr nahe neben der Bezugskurve Y liegt.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Stoffe können vielfältigen Verwendungszwecken
dienen, und zwar insbesondere als Beschichtun^en von Böden, Wänden und Decken in Form von Platten, Bändern od. dgl.,
um eine Schallisolierung der Gebäude sicherzustellen. Gleichermaßen
hervorzuheben ist ihre Verwendung als Unterschichten in Verbindung mit Verkleidungen von Böden, Wänden oder Decken.
Die Verkleidungen können aus textiler Natur bestehen, beispielsweise aus genadelter Mokette, die karoförmig gemustert ist.
Die Verwendung derartiger Unterschichten trägt zur Verbesserung des Komforts beim Gehen bei und erhöht in erheblichem Maße die
Isolation gegen knallartige Geräusche und Trittschall. Die Verbindung
zwischen den Unterschichten und den Verkleidungen kann durch gegenseitiges Verkleben hergestellt werden.
Die Kurven in Fig. 2 geben die Isolierung gegen knallartige Geräusche wieder, und zwar die Kurve A für eine genadelte
Verkleidung aus Superpolyamid mit Filz und die Kurve B für die gleiche Verkleidung, und zwar aufgeklebt auf eine erfindunirsgemäße
Unterschicht. Diese Unterschicht besitzt eine Masse pro Flächeneinheit von 1 kg/m , wovon 200 g/m~
aus Glasfasern, und zwar aus Stapelfasern, bestehen. Auf der Abszisse sind die Frequenzen in Hz und auf der Ordinate die
Verringerungen der Schallpegel aufgetragen, letztere bezogen

auf eine Platte aus unverkleidetem, tragenden Beton.
Die Stoffe nach der Erfindung kennen insbesondere mit Gebilden
aus mineralischen Fasern und aus thermoplastische.·!
Materialien verbunden werden, wie sie Gegenstand ('er der Anmelderin gehörenden FR-Pf) 1 539 006 vom 8. August 1?f-7
sind.
Es sei eine Verbindung der erfindungsgemaßen Stoffe nls
Unterschicht mit insbesondere für Böden vorgesehenen Verkleidungen
betrachtet, und zwar mit starren Verkleidungen, v/ie Steinplatten, Glasmasse, Parkett, u. dgl.. Man erzielt:
auf diese Weise Böden mit elastischen Eigenschaften. Das Verkleben der starren Verkleidung erfolgt unter Verwendung
von Mastix oder weichem bzv/. starrem Klebstoff.
Die Kurve nach Fig. 3 gibt die Isolierung gegen knall art ige Geräusche für eine keramische Verkleidung wieder, die auf
eine erfindungsgemäße Unterschicht aufgeklebt ist, wobei die
Unterschicht eine Masse pro Flächeneinheit von 1,5 kg/m besitzt, von der 200 g/m aus Glasfasern, und zwar aus Stapelfasern
besteht. Es handelt sich um die Kurve C.
Weiterhin sei eine Verbindung der erfindungsgemäßen Stoffe
in Form von Unterschichten mit Verkleidungen betrachtet,
welche aus Vinyl schichten bestehen. Die Vinylauflage kann
auf einer Unterschicht durch Verkleben oder direktes Aufziehen befestigt sein. Das erhaltene Material besitzt ebenfalls
hervorragende Eigenschaften im Hinblick auf eine Isolation gegen knallartige Geräusche, wie es aus den Kurven
D und E nach Fig. 4 hervorgeht. Die Kurve D gilt f.ir eine
Vinylverkloidung mit einer Unterschicht aus Filz, während
sich die Kurve E &ul dieselbe Verkleidung bezieht, wobei

diese jedoch auf eine erfindungsgemäß hergeste]Ite Unterschicht
aufgeklebt ist. Diese Unterschicht besitzt eine Masse pro Flächeneinheit von 1 kg/m , von der 200 g/m
aus Glasfasern, und zwar aus Stapelfasern, bestehen..
Die erfindungsgemäßen Stoffe können auch Verwendung finden
als Dehnfugen für Bauwerke, als Isolierungen für Kanalisationen, als Verpackungsmaterialien, als schwingungsdämpfende Verkleidungen
usw.
Auch kann man sie zur Geräuschabschirmung von Fahrzeugen verwenden. Weiterhin besteht die Möglichkeit, die Stoffe
gewünschtenfalls zu vergießen, um bestimmte Formen auszubilden.
Auch kann man sie mit Verkleidungen verbinden, die eine dekorative Oberfläche besitzen, wie es bei Verkleidungen
für Böden, Wände und Decken der Fall ist.

Claims (9)
- Patentansprüche/1.) Stoff mit guten akustischen Isolationseigenschaften, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß er aus einem Filz aus mineralischen oder organischen Fasern mit hoher Zugfestigkeit besteht, insbesondere aus Glasfasern, und in einem thermoplastischen Harzschaum expandiert ist, insbesondere in einem Polyvinylharz, wie etwa plastifiziertem Polyvinylchlorid, und daß er sehr gute akustische Isolationseigenschaften, insbesondere gegen knallartige Geräusche, sowie, bis auf die Dickenrichtung in der er weich isty eine gute Dimensionsstabilität besitzt.
- 2. Stoff mit guten akustischen Isolationseigenschaften nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß der thermoplastische Harzschaum folgende Zusammensetzung aufweist:Emulsionspolymerisiertes Polyvinylchlorid100 GewichtsanteileÄthyl-2-hexyl-phtalat100 GewichtsanteileAzodicarbonamid1,7 GewichtsanteileKaliumstearat und Zinkstearat (teils mit dreibasischem Bleisulfat )Farbstoffe (gegebenenfalls)1,5 bis 2 Gewichtsanteile nach Belieben409886/0540
- 3. Stoff mit guten akustischen Isolationseigenschaften nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß der thermoplastische Harzschaum folgende Bestandteile aufv/eist:EmulsionspolymerisiertesPolyvinylchlorid 100 GewichtsanteileÄthyl-2-hexyl-phtalat 60 GewichtsanteileAzodicarbonamid 1,7 GewichtsanteileKaliumstearat und Zinkstearat(teils mit dreibasischem Bleistearat) 1,5 bis 2 GewichtsanteileFarbstoffe (gegebenenfalls) nach Belieben.
- 4. Stoff mit guten akustischen Isolationseigenschaften nach den Ansprüchen 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er als Verkleidung für Böden, Wände oder Decken verwendbar ist.
- 5. Stoff mit guten akustischen Isolationseigenschaften nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß der in dem Harzschaum expandierte Faservlies durch Kleben mit einem Band oder Vlies verbunden ist, das aus einem mittels mineralischer oder organischer Fasern verstärkten Elastomer besteht.
- 6. Stoff mit guten akustischen Isolationseigenschaften nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch g e k e η η ζ e ichnet, daß er mit Verkleidungen aus Textilien, wie409886/0540 - 10 -etwa aus genadelter Mokette, mit beflockten Verkleidungen, mit starren Verkleidungen, wie etwa Steinplatten, Glasmasse, Parkett etc., oder mit Verkleidungen aus Vinylüberzügen verbunden ist.
- 7. Stoff mit guten akustischen IsolationseifTenschaften nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß er karoförmig ausgebildet ist, insbesondere als Teppichbodenfliese.
- 8. Stoff mit guten akustischen Isolationseigenschaften nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß er vergossen ist und insbesondere zur Lärmabschirmung, vorzugsweise von Fahrzeugen dient.
- 9. Stoff nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß er für Verpackungszwecke Verwendung findet.409886/0540ΛΑLeerseite
