Bau-Montageplatte
Ea sind mehrere Arten derartiger Bau-Montageplatten bekannt. Generell können hierbei Montageplatten für den Innenausbau unterschieden werden, die insbesondere auf der Basis von Gips hergestellt werden und solche Bau-Montageplatten die auch wetterbeständig sind, im allgemeinen daher aus Beton, Asbest oder Metall bestehen. Weiter bekannt sind Mehrschioht- oder Sandwiohplatten die im allgemeinen aus äußeren tragenden Schichten bestehen zwischen die eine Wärme/Schall-Isoliersehioht eingefügt ist. Die tragende Schicht besteht hierbei im allgemeinen aus Holz oder Gips, auf die die Schaumstoff a ohioht aufgeklebt ist. Derartige Platten sind allerdings nur für den Innenausbau geeignet.
Die Bau-Montageplatte nach der Erfindung betrifft eine derartige Mehrsohichtplatte, die jedoch sowohl für Innen- als auch für Außenausbau geeignet ist· Sie ist gekennzeichnet duroh eine nicht waaseraufnehmende Schaumstoffplatte die einseitig, beidseitig oder umsohliessend mit einer Betonschicht verbunden ist. Die Schaumstoffplatte wird hierbei vorzugsweise aus gesohlossenzellegem Schaumstoff hergestellt, zweckmäßiger-· weise aus Polystyrolsohaum·

Eine derart hergestellte Bau-Montageplatte kann beispielsweise zum Ausriegeln von Stahlbauten oder zum Belegen von Dächern etc., wie auch zum Innenausbau verwendet werden. Hierbei kann die Betonschicht relativ zur Schaumstoffplatte verhältnismäßig dünn sein, da ihr nur eine geringe tragende Punktion zukommt, die durch die Verbindung mit der Schaumstoffplatte voll erfüllt ist. Darüber hinaus dient sie lediglich der Versteifung der Platte, sowie dem Schutz vor mechanischen Beschädigungen. Dadurch, daß vorzugsweise geschlossenzelliger Schaumstoff verwendet wird, ist außerdem eine hervorragende Dampfsperre gegeben, wie auch eine Isolierung gegen Wasserdurchtritt. Da die Schaumstoffe dieser Art außerdem hervorragend gegen Schall- und Wärmedurchgang isolieren, weist die erfindungsgemäße Bau-Montageplatte auch diese Eigenschaften auf.
Zur Verbesserung der Bau-Montageplatte nach der Erfindung kann zur Herstellung des Betons der Betonschicht Tonerdeschmelzzement verwendet werden, der nicht nur äußerst dicht ist und damit eine gute Sperrwirkung aufweist, sondern der Platte auch noch eine hohe Feuerfestigkeit verleiht. Außerdem ist hervorzuheben, daß die mit einem solchen Beton hergestellten Bau-Montageplatten, bei Verwendung einer entsprechenden Form, eine glatte, ästhetisch äußerst befriedigende Oberfläche aufweisen.
Nach der Erfindung wird die Bau-Montageplatte derart hergestellt, daß die Betonschicht in einer Metallform ausgebreitet und gerüttelt wird, und daß eine ober-

flächenrauhe Schaumstoffplatte auf die nach dem Rütteln einen verhältnismäßig hohen Wasser/Zement-Paktor aufweisenden Oberschicht aufgelegt und zur Vermeidung des Aufschwimmens beschwert wird.
Durch das Rütteln des in der Metallform ausgebreiteten Betons sinken die festen Bestandteile nach unten, während sich auf der ausgebreiteten Betonschicht eine dünne Schicht bildet die einen verhältnismäßig hohen Wasser/ Zement-Paktor aufweist und auch als Betonmilch, besser jedoch als Zementleim, bezeichnet wird. Dieser verhältnismäßig dünnflüssige Zementleim dringt in die Poren der Schaumstoffp]£fcte ein und krallt sich darin naoh dem Erhärten fest. Da der Zementleim außerdem homogen mit dem Beton verbunden ist, bildet sich eine verhältnismäßig gute Haftung zwischen dem oberflächenrauhen Schaumstoff und der Betonschicht, die für die praktischen Verhältnisse bei der Verwendung einer derartigen Bau-Montageplatte voll ausreichend ist.
Sollte die Schaumstoffplatte zu glatt sein, so daß die Haftung zwischen der Betonschicht und der Schaumstoffplatte nicht ausreichend ist, so kann die Schaumstoffplatte mit Kleber beschichtet und besandet werden, wodurch wiederum der oben beschriebene Hafteffekt eintritt.

beidseitig beschichtete Bau-Montageplatte, wobei die Betonschicht 1 auf beiden Seiten einer Schaumstoffplatte 2 aufgebracht ist. Eine derartige "Sandwich^ Platte weist eine außerordentlich hohe Festigkeit auf, so daß eine solche Bau-Montageplatte auch tragende Funktion übernehmen kann.
In Fig. 2 ist auf einen Rütteltisch 3 aufgelegt eine Metallform 4 in der Beton 5 ausgebreitet ist. Nach Rütteln des Betons 5 in der Form 4 bildet sich auf der Oberfläche der Betonschicht eine einen verhältnismäßig hohen Wasser/Zement-Faktor aufweisende Oberschicht, auf die nunmehr die Schaumstoffplatte 2 aufgelegt wird. Die Schaumstoffplatte 2 wird mit einer Gewichtsplatte 6 beschwert, so daß die Schaumstoffplatte 2 etwas in die verhältnismäßig flüssige Oberschicht des Betons 5 eindringt, wodurch sich eine innige Verbindung nach Erstarren des Betons 5 ergibt.

Claims (6)

  1. Patentansprüche
    1j Bau-Montageplatte,
    gekennzeichnet
    durch eine nicht wasseraufnehmende Schaumstoffplatte (2), die einseitig, beidseitig oder umschliessend mit einer Betonschicht (1) verbunden ist.
  2. 2. Bau-Montageplatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Schaumstoff geschlossenzellig ist.
  3. 3. Bau-Montageplatte nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Schaumstoffplatte (2) aus Polystyrolschaum gebildet ist.
  4. 4. Bau-Montageplatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Beton der Betonschicht (1) unter Verwendung von Tonerde-Schmelzzement hergestellt ist.
  5. 5. Verfahren zur Herstellung der Bau-Montageplatte nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Betonschicht (1, 5) in einer Metallform (4) ausgebreitet und gerüttelt wird, und daß eine oberflächenrauhe Schaumstoffplatte (2) auf die nach dem Rütteln einen verhältnismäßig hohen Wasser/Zement-Faktor aufweisende Oberschicht aufgelegt und zur Vermeidung des Aufscüwimmens beschwert wird.

  6. 6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schaumstoffplatte (2) mit Kleber beschichtet und besandet wird.
