Claims (1)

  1. Patentanspruch:
    Mehrfachscheibe, bestehend aus vier Glasscheiben, nämlich zwei Innenscheiben und zwei Außenscheiben, aus einem inneren, zwischen den Innenscheiben vorgesehenen Abstandhalter, aus einem äußeren, als Hohlprofil ausgeführten und mit den Außenscheiben verklebten Abstandhalter, der mit Trocknungsmittel gefüllt ist und dessen dem inneren Abstandhalter zugewandte Seite wasserdampfdurchlässig ist, sowie aus je einem Zwischenabstandhalter zwischen je einer Innenscheibe und einer Außenscheibe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der innere Abstandhalter (3) aus glasfaserhaltigem oder glasfaserverstärktem Kunststoff, aus Polyurethanschaumstoff oder aus glasfaserhaltigem oder glasfaserverstärktem Polyurethanschaumstoff besteht und ausschließlich zwischen den beiden Innenscheiben (Ic und id) angeordnet ist, daß die Breite (B) des äußeren Abstandhalters (2) durchgehend geringer ist als der lichte Abstand (A) der Außenscheiben (la, \b) und daß die Zwischenabstandhalter gemeinsam von einem einstückigen, die Ränder der Innenscheiben (lc, Id) umfassenden Klebeband (4) gebildet sind.
    Die Erfindung betrifft eine Mehrfachscheibe, bestehend aus vier Glasscheiben, nämlich zwei Innenscheiben und zwei AußenscheiLrerr, aus einem inneren, zwischen den Innenscheiben vorgesehenen Abstandhalter, aus einem äußeren, als Hohlprofil ausgeführten und mit den Außenscheiben verklebtet» Abstandhalter, der mit Trocknungsmittel gefüllt ist und dessen dem inneren Abstandhalter zugewandte Seite wasserdampfdurchlässig ist, sowie aus je einem Zwischenabstandhalter zwischen je einer Innenscheibe und einer Außenscheibe.
    Eine bekannte Mehrfachscheibe der eingangs beschriebenen Art (DE-GM 71 39 560) ist hinsichtlich der Wärmeisolation noch weiter verbesserungsfähig. Bei dieser Mehrfachscheibe ist einerseits zwischen den Außenscheiben ein äußerer Abstandhalter und andererseits zwischen der Innenscheibe und der gegenüberliegenden Außenscheibe bzw. zwischen den Innenscheiben ein innerer, den Abstand zwischen der Innenscheibe und der gegenüberliegenden Außenscheibe bzw. zwischen den tnnenscheiben sichernder Abstandhalter vorgesehen. Mit den beiden genannten Abstandhaltern, die jeweils einstückig ausgeführt sind, wird eine direkte Verbindung zwischen den beiden Außenscheiben hergestellt Sind diese beiden Abstandhalter, wie vorgesehen aus Metall hergestellt, so ergeben sich dadurch Kältebrüeken zwischen den beiden Außenscheiben, den Außenscheiben und den Innenscheiben sowie den Innenscheiben. Diese Kältebrüeken mindern die grundsätzlich mit einer solchen Mehrfachscheibe erreichbare Wärmeisolation,
    Der Erfindung liegt folglich die Aufgabe zugrunde, die bekannte Mehrfachscheibe in bezug auf eine verbesserte Wärmeisolation auszugestalten und weiterzubilden.
    Die erfindungsgemäße Mehrfachscheibe, bei der die zuvor aufgezeigte Aufgabe gelöst ist, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der innere Abstandhalter aus glasfaserhattigem oder glasfaserverstärktem Kunststoff, aus Polyurethanschaumstoff oder aus glasfaserhaltigem oder glasfaserverstärktem Polyurethanschaumstoff besteht und ausschließlich zwischen den beiden Innenscheiben angeordnet ist, daß die Breite des äußeren Abstandhalters durchgehend geringer ist als der lichte Abstand der Außenscheiben und daß die Zwischenabstandbalter gemeinsam von einem einstöckigen, die Ränder der Innenscheiben umfassenden Klebeband gebildet sind. Die verbesserte Wärmeisolation wird zum einen dadurch erreicht, daß der innere Abstandhalter aus Kunststoff besteht, zum anderen dadurch, daß zwischen den Außenscheiben und dem äußeren Abstandhalter ein wärmedämmendes Klebemittel vorgesehen werden kann, und schließlich dadurch, daß die Zwischenabstandhalter zwischen den Innen- und Außenscheiben von einem Klebeband gebildet werden. An keiner Stelle also entstehen direkte Kältebrücken, insbesondere keine direkten metallischen Kältebrüeken zwischen den Außenscheiben.
    Im folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand einer lediglich ein Ausführungsbeispiel darstellenden Zeichnung ausführlich erläutert; die einzige Figur zeigt in schematischer Darstellung und ausschnittsweise einen Querschnitt durch eine erfindungsgemäße Mehrfachscheibe in ihrem Randbereich.
    Die in der Figur ausschnittsweise dargestellte Mehrfachscheibe besteht in ihrem grundsätzlichen Aufbau aus vier Glasscheiben 1, nämlich zwei Außenscheiben la, IΛ und zwei Innenscheiben lc, id, aus einem äußeren, zwischen den Außenscheiben la, \b vorgesehenen Abstandhalter 2 und aus einem inneren Abstandhalter 3. Der äußere Abstandhalter 2 ist als Hohlprofil ausgeführt, mit den Außenscheiben la, Xb verklebt, mit einem Trocknungsmittel 5 gefüllt und an seiner dem inneren Abstandhalter 3 zugewandten Seite wasserdampfdurchlässig, z. B. perforiert Die Breite B des äußeren Abstandhalters 2 ist durchgehend geringer als der lichte Abstand A der Außenscheiben la, ib.     Der innere Abstandhalter 3 besteht aus glasfaserhaltigem oder glasfaserverstärktem Kunststoff, aus Polyurethanschaumstoff oder aus glasfaserhaltigem oder glasfaserverstärktem Polyurethanschaumstoff.
