Description

  • Beschreibung Drahtpalette Paletten verschiedenster Art sind bekannt.Sie alle sind viel zu aufwendig, da sie entweder aus Blechen oder Holz zusammengesetzt werden oder aber aus Kunststoff geformt werden.
  • Alle diese Wege sind, sowohl vom Materialaufwand als auch vom g Investitions- und Arbeitsaufwand, wirtschaftlich zu aufwendig.
  • Der Erfinder hat es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, eine Palette zu entwickeln die durch geringen Material- und Arbeitsaufwand sehr stabil ist und zudem den Anforderungen der Lebensmittelbranche geneigt. Er schlägt eine Palette vor, bei der die Konstruktion von Gitterträgern ausgenutzt wird. Er schlägt vor, Drahtgitter oder
    draht
    Gebilde so zu verformen, daß ein palettenartiges Gebilde, also eine Drahtgitterpalette, entsteht, wobei das Konstruktionsprinzip des Gitterträgers Anwendung findet.
  • Beschreibung Drahtpalette Abb. 1 zeigt eine solche Palette (1) als Beispiel. Sie kann auch in beliebiger anderer Form als verformte und zum gitterträgerartigen Gebilde gefertigte Drahtpalette (Es kann natürlich auch Vierkantmaterial Verwendung finden) hergestellt sein.
  • Die einzelnen Striche (2) bedeuten die Stäbe, die zu diesem gitterträgerartigen Gebilde verbunden sind.
  • Zur Stabilisierung kann diese Palette mit einer Deck platte, dem Lastträger, fest verbunden werden.
  • Sie kann aber auch nur lose eingelegt und somit wegnehmbar und auswechselbar sein. Im Zustand ohne Deckplatte kann dadurch leicht eine große Anzahl bei kleiner Höhe ineinander gestapelt werden.
  • Ist die Deckplatte aus Kunststoff, so ist diese Palette sehr geeignet für die Lebensmittelbranche.
  • Zur Stabilisierung können auch Blechstreifen usw. Verwendung finden.
  • Abb. 2 zeigt einen Schnitt durch die Palette der Abb. 1. Ein Drahtgitter wird, nachdem es z.B. wie Abb. 2a verformt wurde, noch mit Querstreben (3)(4) versehen. Eine Deckplatte (5) wurde gestrichelt angedeutet.

Claims (8)

PatentansPrUche Drahtpalette
1. Palette zum Transportieren usw. von Lasten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie wie ein gitterträgerartiges Gebilde aufgebaut ist.
2. Palette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie durch Verformung einer Stabmatte (Drahtmatte) bzw. eines Drahtgeflechtes (Stabgeflechtesj zu einem palettenartigen Gebilde entsteht, das durch weitere Elemente z,B. Stäbe zu einem gitterträgerartig aufgebauten Gebilde stabilisiert wird.
3. Palette nach Anspruch 1-2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Stabilisierung eine feste Deckplatte verwand wird.(Deckplatte aus Metall, Holz usw.)
4. Palette nach Anspruch 1-2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine lose Deckplatte Verwendung findet.(Deckplatte aus Metall, Holz usw.)
5. Palette nach Anspruch 1-2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine lose oder befestigte Deckplatte aus Kunststoff Verwendung findet.
6. Palette nach Anspruch 1-2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus zusammengepunkteten Drähten, Rundstäblen, Vierkantstäben, Stäben Jeder Form z.B. Blechstreifen besteht.
7. Palette nach Anspruch 1-2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus zusammengeflochtenen Drähten, Rundstäben, Vierkantstäben, Blechstreifen suw. besteht.
8. Palette nach Anspruch 1-2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus Kunststoff besteht.
