Description
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines mehrschichtigen Behälters bzw. Tube aus thermoplastischen Kunststoffen Thermoplastische Kunststoffe sind in der Regel in ihren Eigenschaften einseitig angelegt, sowohl im mechanischen als auch im physikalischen sowie chemischen Verhalten. Man ist deshalb bestrebt, durch mehrschichtige Anordnung unterschiedlicher Kunststoffe die Eigenschaften zu addieren.
- Es sind Verfahren bekannt, bei denen ein mehrschichtiger extrudier-Schlauch in Schlauchabschnitte getrennt wird und in die ter Schlauchabschnitte nachträglich Mündungsschultern und Endstücke angeschweisst werden bzw. angeformt werden.
- Dieses Vorgehen hat den Nachteil, dass Schulter- und Endstücke nur einschichtig gefertigt sind, also in Teilbereichen die gesuchte Optimierung der Eigenschaften fehlt. Zudem sind Schweisseinrichtungen zu kostenaufwendig und schwer zu automatisieren.
- Die Nachteile werden durch vorliegende Erfindung beseitigt.
- Es wird erfahrungsgemäss vorgeschlagen, einen Behälter bzw.
- eine Tube, die aus einem Material 'IA'' vorgefertigt wurde, durch das Material "B" voll auszukleiden durch Einbringung des Materials "B" in Form eines Vorformlings, der sich zu diesem Zeitpunkt in einer thermoplastischen Phase befindet und in den Behälter "A" aufgeblasen wird. Das Verfahren wird an Hand der beiliegenden Zeichnungen wie folgt beschrieben: Abb. I zeigt den vorgefertigten Behälter(l# der Vorformling(2) ist bereits mittels dem Dorn(3)in die Mündung des Behälters(l( eingebracht.
- Abb. II zeigt wie durch Stützluft mittels der Ventilöffnung (4) der Vorformling aufgeweitet als zweite innere Schicht (7) an der Mündung des vorgefertigten Behälters anliegt.
- Abb. III und Abb. IV veranschaulichen den selben Vorgang bei der Herstellung einer Tube.
- Abb. v a bis Abb VI c erläutern einen wesentlichen Verrahrensdetail, durch del verhindert wird, dass zwischen den beiden Schichten TjUft#J' te:rlsvhlüsse gebildet werden.
- Blatt 2 der Beschreib#ung: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines mehrschichtigen Behälters bzw. Tube aus thermoplastischen Kunststoffen Abb. V a zeigt Rippen (1), die am inneren Mündungsbereich des vorgeformten Behälters (2) angebracht sind.
- Abb. V b zeigt die Alternative, bei der die Rippen an der entsprechenden Zone des Vorformlings sich befinden. Im eingetauchten Zustand bilden sich zwischen Vorformling und dem vorgefertigten Behälter Kanäle (Abb. VI a).
- Wenn nun so verfahren wird, dass genuß Abb. VI b zuerst der Ventilteller (3) den Vorformling (5) axial reckt bis zum Anliegen an die untere Behälterwandung und dann erst gemäß Abb. I c die Stützluft einsetzt, wird der Luftraum (5) konsequent verdrängt durch die Ausdehnung des Vorformlings zum Boden hin und die Luft kann restlos über die Kanäle (6) entweichen.
Claims (2)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines mehrschichtigenBehälters bzw. Tube aus thermoplastischen Kunststoffen Patentansprüche 1 Verfahren zur Herstellung eines mehrschichtigen Behälters bzw. Tube aus thermoplastischen Kunststoffen dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einen vorgefertigten Behälter (Abb.I,l), der die äussere Schicht des Behälters darstellt, ein Vorformling (Abb.I,2) in die Mündung eingebracht wird, wobei der Vorformling sich im thermoplastischen Bereich befindet, sowohl durch schnelles Uberbringen aus dem Herstellungsvorgang des Vorformlings thermoplastisch gehalten, als auch durch nachträgliche Wärme in die thermoplastische Phase gebracht, wobei der Vorformling über einen Stützdorn (Abb. 111,3) in das Ventil (Abb. II,4) Stützluft freigibt und den Vorformling aufbläst und sich dadurch als innere Haut (Abb. II) von innen an den vorgefertigten Körper anlegt.
- 2.Verfahren zur Herstellung eines mehrschichtigen Behälters bzw. Tube aus thermoplastischen-Kunststoffen nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennfzeichnet, dass entweder im Mündungsbereich des vorgefertigten Behälters (Abb. V a,2) oder im entsprechenden Bereich des Vorformlings (Abb. V b, 3) axial angeordnete Rippen (Abb. V a, 1; Abb. V b, 1) angebracht sind zur Bildung von Kanälen, durch welche die Luft zwischen den Schichten XAbb. VI, c, 5,6) entweicht.L e e r s e i t e
