2. Verfahren zur Herstellung der Verbindungen gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß >■>
man in an sich bekannter Weise 3-Hydroxy-l,3-benzisoxazol der Formel

in Anwesenheit eines Säureakzeptors oder in Form der Alkali-, Erdalkali- oder Ammoniumsalze mit
einem (Thiono)- Phosphor-(Phosphon)-säureesterhalogenid der Formel

umsetzt, wobei
Hai ein Halogenatom darstellt.
3. Verwendung von Verbindungen gemäß Anspruch 1, zur Bekämpfung von Nematoden, Insekten
und Milben.
Aus der deutschen Auslegeschrift 12 53 713 ist bereits
bekannt, daß halogensubstituierte Benzisoxazolthionophosphor(phosphon)säureester,
wie z. B. der O1O-Dimethyl- bzw. Diäthyl-O-[5-chlor-benzisox-
azol(3)yl]-thionophosphorsäureester, eine insektizide Wirkung aufweisen.
Die Erfindung betrifft nun den in den Ansprüchen definierten Gegenstand.
Überraschenderweise zeigen die erfindungsgemäßen Benzisoxazolo-(thiono)-phosphor-(phosphon)-säure- <to

ester eine erheblich größere insektizide und akarizide Wirkung als die bekannten halogensubstituierten
Benzisoxazolo-(thiono)-phosphorsäureester, welche die chemisch nächstvergleichbaren Wirkstoffe gleicher
Wirkungsrichtung sind.
Verwendet man 3-Hydroxy-l,3-benzisoxazol und Ο,Ο-Diäthylthionophosphorsäureesterchlorid als Ausgangsstoffe,
so kann der Reaktionsablauf durch das folgende Formelschema wiedergegeben werden:

Die zu verwendenden Ausgangsstoffe sind durch die Formeln (II) und (IH) allgemein eindeutig definiert.
Vorzugsweise stehen darin R und Ri jedoch für
Methyl oder Äthyl und Ri außerdem für Methoxy oder Äthoxy und Hai steht vorzugsweise für ein Chloratom. y,
Als Beispiele für verwendbare (Thiono)Phosphor(phosphon)säureesterhalogenide

Die als Ausgangsstoffe zu verwendenden (Thiono)Phosphor(phosphon)säureesterhalogenide
sowie das 3-Hydroxybenzisoxazol (Schmelzpunkt 1410C) können
nach an sich bekannten Verfahren hergestellt werden.
Als Lösungs- bzw. Verdünnungsmittel kommen bei Durchführung des Verfahrens praktisch alle inerten
organischen Solventien in Frage. Hierzu gehören insbesondere aliphatische und aromatische, gegebenenfalls
chlorierte Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Benzol, Toluol, Xylol, Benzin, Methylenchlorid, Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff,
Chlorbenzol, Äther, wie Diäthyl- und Dibutyläther, Dioxan, ferner Ketone, wie Aceton,
Methyläthyl-, Methylisopropyl- und Methylisobutylketon, außerdem Nitrile, wie Acetonitril.
Als Säureakzeptoren kommen alle üblichen Säurebindemittel in Frage. Als besonders geeignet erweisen sich
Alkalicarbonate und -alkoholate, wie Natrium- und Kaliumcarbonat, Natrium- oder Kaliummethylat bzw.
äthylat, ferner aliphatische, aromatische oder heterocyclische
Amine, beispielsweise Triethylamin, Dimethylamin, Dimethylanilin, Dimethylbenzylamin und Pyridin.
Die Reaktionstemperaturen können in einem größeren Bereich variiert werden. Im allgemeinen vereinigt r>
man die Komponenten zwischen 0 und 50° C, vorzugsweise bei 30 bis 35° C und läßt die Mischung bei 50 bis
120° C, vorzugsweise bei 70 bis 80° C nachrühren.
Die Umsetzung wird allgemein bei Normaldruck ausgeführt. ">
Bei der Durchführung des Verfahrens werden die Ausgangsstoffe meist in äquimolaren Mengen in einem
der obengenannten Lösungsmittel bei erhöhten Temperaturen umgesetzt. Ein Überschuß der einen oder
anderen Reaktionskomponente bringt keine wesentli- i> chen Vorteile. Die heterocyclische Komponente kann
auch in Form ihrer Alkali-, Erdalkali- bzw. Ammoniumsalze, wie schon erwähnt, eingesetzt werden. Die
Reaktionslösung wird meist bei erhöhten Temperaturen einige Stunden nachgerührt, in Benzol aufgenommen
und wie üblich aufgearbeitet.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Stoffe fallen meist in Form farbloser bis schwachgelb gefärbter, viskoser, wasserunlöslicher
Öle an, die sich nicht unzersetzt destillieren lassen, jedoch durch sogenanntes »Andestillieren«, d. h.
durch längeres Erhitzen unter vermindertem Druck auf mäßig erhöhte Temperaturen von den letzten flüchtigen
Anteilen befreit und auf diese Weise gereinigt werden können. Zu ihrer Charakterisierung dient vor allem der
Brechungsindex.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Stoffe zeichnen sich durch hervorragende nematizide, insektizide und akarizide
Eigenschaften aus. Sie besitzen dabei eine gute Wirksamkeit sowohl gegen saugende als auch beißende
Insekten, Dipteren, Milben sowie eine systemische Wirkung. Daneben zeigen sie z. T. auch eine fungitoxische
Wirksamkeit gegen phytophatogene Pilze. Daher werden die Produkte mit Erfolg im Pflanzen- und
Vorratsschutz sowie auf dem Hygienesektor gegen die verschiedensten tierischen Schädlinge eingesetzt.
Je nach ihrem Anwendungszweck können die Wirkstoffe in die üblichen Formulierungen übergeführt
werden, wie Lösungen, Emulsionen, Suspensionen, Pulver, Pasten und Granulate. Diese werden in üblicher
Weise hergestellt.
Die Formulierungen enthalten im allgemeinen zwischen 0,1 und 95 Gew.-°/o Wirkstoff, vorzugsweise
zwischen 0,5 und 90%.
Die Wirkstoffkonzentrationen in den anwendungsfertigen Zubereitungen können in größeren Bereichen
variiert werden. Im allgemeinen liegen sie zwischen 0,0001 und 10%, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,01 und 1%.
Die Wirkstoffe können auch mit gutem Erfolg im Ultra-Low-Volume-Verfahren (ULV) verwendet werden,
wo es möglich ist, Formulierungen bis zu 95% oder sogar den 100%igen Wirkstoff allein auszubringen.

Eine Lösung von 0,3 Mol (41 g) 3-Hydroxy-l,3-benzisoxazol in 250 ecm Acetonitril wird
mit 45 g Kaliumkarbonat, anschließend bei 30—35°C mit 750 g O.O-Diäthylthionophosphorsäurediesterchlorid
versetzt und noch 2 Stunden auf 70—80° C erwärmt. Nach dem Abkühlen wird die Mischung in Benzol
aufgenommen, mit Wasser ausgeschüttelt, die Benzolphase abgetrennt, getrocknet, eingedampft und der
Rückstand andestilliert.
Die Ausbeute beträgt 68 g = 76% der Theorie. n'i = 1,5238.
Analyse für C, 1 HhO4NSP(Molgewicht 287):
Berechnet: 10,8, 1!,2, 4,88%; gefunden: 10,72,11,89,4,38%.
Analog werden die folgenden Verbindungen hergestellt:
