Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue wertvollesubstituierte
Thiophosphorsäure-dicyanophenylester mit guten insektiziden Wirkungen und die Anwendung dieser Verbindungen
als Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel. "
Es ist bekannt, Thiophosphorsäurecyanophenylester als Insektizide
zu verwenden. Ihre Wirkungen befriedigen jedoch nicht.
Es wurde gefunden, daß substituierte Thiophosphorsäuredicyanophenylester
der Formel
■ ,. (RO)2P-O
in der R einen niederen Alkylrest (Methyl, Ithyl, Propyl,
Butyl) bedeutet, eine gute insektizide Wirkung haben.
Die Wirkung äußert sich insbesondere gegenüber folgenden Insekten Schmetterlingsraupen, Käfer und deren Larven, Larven
von Blattwespen. Die neuen Wirkstoffe eignen sich daher besonders,
zum Schutz von Baumwollkulturen, Obstanlagen, Porstgärten
sowie Gemüsebau gegen Insektenbefall. Die Aufwandmengen betragen von 0,5 bis 2,5 kg Wirkstoff/ha.
Die neuen Wirkstoffe können hergestellt werden durch Umsetzung der Öxybenzadinitrile mit ThiophosphorsäureesterChloriden
in Gegenwart von Basen bei Temperaturen von 30 bis 120 0O.
Lösungsmittel: aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe oder Äther, Dioxan, Tetrahydrofuran, Dimethylformamid, Wasser, Acetonitril.

Teile Kaliumcarbonat werden in 400 Teilen Acetonitril mit ·

den am Rückfluß gekocht. Man saugt ab, engt das Piltrat im
Vakuum ein und isoliert 46 !Teile eines gelben Öls, das man
durch Kernresonanzspektroskopie als
identifizieren kann.
28,8 Teile 4-Hydroxyphthalodinitril und 20 Teile Kaiumcarbonat
werden in 400 Teilen Tetrahydrofuran mit 35 Teilen Thiophosphorsäure-O.O-dimethylesterchlorid
3 Stunden am Rückfluß gekocht. Man saugt den Niederschlag ab und engt das Piltrat im
w Vakkum ein.
Ausbeute: 40 Teile der folgenden Verbindung, die durch Kernresonanzspektroskopie
identifiziert wurde ν.
In entsprechender Weise könne» di© folgenden Verbindungen
hergestellt werden.

Die erfindungsgemäßen Mittel können als Lösungen, Emulsionen, Suspensionen oder Stäubemittel angewendet werden. Die Anwendungsformen
richten sich ganz nach d®n Verwendungszwecken; sie sollen in jedem Pail eine feine Verteilung der wirksamen
Substanz gewährleisten.
Zur Herstellung von direkt versprühbaren Lösungen können Kohlenwasserstoffe mit Siedepunkten höher als 150 0C, s. B.
Tetrahydronaphthalin oder alkylierte naphthaline, oder organische
Flüssigkeiten mit Siedepunkten höher als 150 0G

Wässrige Anwendungsformen können aus Emulsionskonzentraten,
Pasten oder netzbaren Pulvern (Spritzpulvern) durch Zusatz von Wasser bereitet werden.. Zur Herstellung von Emulsionen
können die Substanzen als solche oder in einem Lösungsmittel gelöst, mittels Netz- oder Dispergiermitteln, z. B. PoIyäthylenoxidadditionsprodukten
in Wasser oder organischen Lösungsmitteln homogenisiert werden. Ss können aber auch
aus wirksamer Substanz, Emulgier- oder Dispergiermittel und eventuell Lösungsmittel bestehende Konzentrate hergestellt
werden, die zur Verdünnung mit Wasser geeignet sind.
Stäubemittel können durch Mischen oder gemeinsames Vermählen
der wirksamen Substanzen mit einem festen Trägerstoff, s. B. Kieselgur, !Talkum, Ton oder Düngemittel hergestellt werden.
Pur die folgenden Versuche wurden die beiden bekannten Wirkstoffe

Die Behandlung erfolgt analog wie in Beispiel 1. Die Wirkung
wird nach 6 bzw. 12 Sagen bestimmt. Als wirksam gilt die Wirkstoffkonzentration, bei der mehr als 95 $» aller Stadien
getötet werden.

Die Versuche zeigen die Überlegenheit des neuen Wirkstoffs
gegenüber den bekannten Substanzen. .
Man vermischt 70 Gewichtsteile der Verbindung gemäß Beispiel
1 mit 30 Gewicht steilen N-Methyl-20-pyrrolidon und erhält

einer Mischung gelöst, die aus 80 Gewichtsteilen Xylol, 10 Gewichtsteilen des Anlagerungsproduktes von 8 bis 10 Mol
Ithylenoxid an 1 Mol ölsäure-N-monoäthanolamid, 5 Gewichtsteilen Calciumsalz der Dodecylbenzolsulfonsäure und 5 Gewichtsteilen
des Anlagerungsproduktes von 40 Mol Äthylenoxid an 1 Mol Ricinusöl besteht. Durch Ausgießen und feines
Verteilen der lösung in 100 000 Gewichtsteilen Wasser erhält
man eine wässrige Dispersion, die 0,02 Gewichtsprozent des
Wirkstoffs enthält.
20 Gewichtsteile der Verbindung gemäß Beispiel 1 werden in
einer Mischung gelöst, die aus 40 Gewichtsteilen Cyclohexanon,
30 Gewichtsteilen Isobutanol, 20 Gewichtsteilen des Anlagerungsproduktes von 7 Mol A'thylenoxid an 1 Mol Isoocty!phenol und
10 Gewicht steilen des Anlagerungsproduktes von 40 Mol A'thylenoxid an 1 Mol Ricinusöl besteht. Durch Eingießen und feines
Verteilen der Lösung in 100 000 Gewichtsteilen Wasser
erhält man eine wässrige Dispersion, die 0,02 Gewichtsprozent
des Wirkstoffs enthält.

20 Gewichtateile der Verbindung gemäß Beispiel 1 werden in einer Mischung gelöst, die aus 25 Gevächtsteilen Cyclohexanol,
65 Gewichtsteilen einer Mineralölfraktion vom Siedepunkt
210 bis 280 0C und 10 Gewichtateilen des Anlagerungsproduktes von 40 Mol Äthylenoxid an 1 Mol Ricinuaöl besteht. Durch
Eingießen und feines Verteilen der lösung in 100 000 Gewiohtsteilen Wasser erhält man ©ine wässrige Dispersion, die
0,02 Gewichtsprozent des Wirkstoffs enthält.
20 Gewichtsteile des Wirkstoffs gemäß Beispiel 2 werden mit
3 Gewichtsteilen des Natriamsalsea der Diisobutylnaphthalin-"
^-au 1 fonsäure, 17 Gewicht steilen des Natriumsalses eiiaer
ligninsulfonsäure aus einer Solfit-Ablsuge und 60 Gewichtsteilen
pulverförmiger Kieselsäuregel gut vermischt und in einer Hanne mühle vermählen. Durch feiaee ¥<§rfe©il©m der
Mischung in 20 000 Gewichtsteilen Wasser eatMlt esa eine
Spritzbrühe, die 0,1 Gewichtsprozent des Wirkstoffs enthält.
3 Grewichtßtella &©r TerhiacUmg gemäß Beispiel 1 werden mit
97 Gewichtateilen feioteiligest Kaolin innig vermischt. Man
erhält auf diese Weise ©in Stäubemittel, das 3 Gewichtsprozent des Wirkstoffe enthält.

30 Gewichtsteile der Terbiadang gemäß Beispiel 2 werden mit
einer Mischung aas 92 Gewichtsteilen pulverförmiges! Kieselsäuregel
und 8 Gewiehtsteilüa Paraffiaöl, das auf die Oberfläche
dieses Kieselsäuregel® gesprtht wurde, iniaig vereiacht,
Man erhält auf diese Weise eise Aufbereitung des Wirkstoffs
mit guter Haftfähigkeit.
