Claims (2)

1. Trainingsgerät für die Bein- und Armmuskulatur dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine flache, stabile und 20 bis 30 cm breite, gepolsterte Platte (1), an deren rechten und linken Ränder mehrere elastische Gummiseile (2) befestigt sind, die ihrerseits mit den Enden einer gepolsterten und etwa 80 bis 100 cm langen, knickfesten Zugstange (3) verbunden werden können, und so einen Expander bilden, der zum Trainieren der Bein- und Armmuskulatur benutzt werden kann. Der notwendige Kraftaufwand zum Auseinanderziehen des Expanders bestimmt sich durch die Anzahl der Gummiseile, die mit der Zugstange verbunden werden. Beim Training wird die gepolsterte Platte im unteren Rückenbereich angelegt und die Zugstange mit den Fußsohlen, b. z. w. mit den Händen vom Körper weggedrückt, wobei Übungen unter verschiedenen Winkeln durchführt werden können.
2. Trainingsgerät nach Schutzanspruch 1, dessen Zugstange rechts und links mit Rollen (4) abschließen, damit ein Bein- und Armmuskeltraining auch parallel zum Fußboden möglich wird.
