Claims (7)

1. Trainingsgerät (2) aufweisend ein Gleitbrett (8), mindestens einen in einer Führung (14) an dem Gleitbrett (8) geführten Gleiter (16; 18) und ein Polster (38) zur Auflage auf den Gleiter (16; 18) vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Polster (38) aus einem dünnen Kunststoffmaterial gebildet ist und in der Draufsicht im Wesentlichen die Form des Gleiters (16; 18) aufweist, und dass Befestigungsmittel (34; 40) zur lösbaren Befestigung des Polsters (38) an dem Gleiter (16; 18) vorgesehen sind.
2. Trainingsgerät (2) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befe­ stigungsmittel (34; 40) mindestens einen erhabenen Randbereich 34() des Gleiters (16; 18) und korrespondierend geformte Ausnehmungen (40) in dem Polster (38) aufweisen.
3. Trainingsgerät (2) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befe-' stigungsmittel eine Klettverbindung aufweisen.
4. Trainingsgerät (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekenn­ zeichnet, dass auf der Oberseite und auf der Unterseite des Polsters (38) Be­ festigungsmittel (40) vorgesehen sind und dass die Oberseite oder Unter­ seite zwei im Wesentliche kreisförmige Vertiefungen (42) aufweist.
5. Trainingsgerät (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeich­ net dass zwei Gleiter (16; 18) vorgesehen sind und dass mindestens an ei­ nem der Gleiter (16; 18) Befestigungsöffnungen (26; 28) zur Befestigung ei­ nes Handgriffs (24) vorgesehen sind.
6. Trainingsgerät (2) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befe­ stigungsöffnungen (26; 28) an der Oberseite des Gleiters (16; 18) vorgese­ hen sind.
7. Trainingsgerät (2) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vier Be­ festigungsöffnungen (26; 28) auf einer Linie mit gleichem Abstand vorgese­ hen sind und dass ein Handgriff (24) vorgesehen ist, der Befestigungsvor­ sprünge (30) aufweist, die den gleichen Abstand wie die Befestigungsöff­ nungen (26; 28) haben und derart ausgelegt sind, dass sie zur lösbaren Be­ festigung des Handgriffs (24) in die Befestigungsöffnungen (26; 28) einsetz­ bar sind.
