Claims (9)

1. Trainingsgerät (2 aufweisend ein Gleitbrett (8 und mindestens einen in einer Führung (14) an dem Gleitbrett (8) geführten Gleiter (16; 18), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Abstützeinrichtung (22) mit mindestens einem Handgriff (24) vor­ gesehen ist, die derart ausgebildet ist, dass sich der auf dem mindestens ei­ nen Gleiter (16; 18) stehend Trainierende daran abstützen kann.
2. Trainingsgerät (2) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ab­ stützeinrichtung (22) zwei Abstützstangen (22) mit jeweils einem Handgriff (24) aufweist, die jeweils an dem Gleitbrett (8) angeschlossen sind.
3. Trainingsgerät (2) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstützeinrichtung (22) einen Befestigungsfuß (26) zur Befestigung an dem Gleitbrett (8) aufweist.

Trainingsgerät (2) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Füh­ rung (14) des Gleitbretts (8) einen Hintergreifungsrand (34) aufweist, und dass der Befestigungsfuß (26) einen Hintergreifungsvorsprung (36) aufweist, der derart ausgelegt ist, dass er hinter den Hintergreifungsrand (34) greifen und die Abstützeinrichtung (22) an dem Gleitbrett (8) festlegen kann.

Trainingsgerät (2) nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungsfuß (26) einen Eingreifvorsprung aufweist, der derart aus­ gelegt ist, dass er in eine Befestigungsöffnung (20) des Gleitbretts (8) ein­ greifen und die Abstützeinrichtung (22) an dem Gleitbrett (8) festlegen kann.
6. Trainingsgerät (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeich­ net, dass mindestens eine der Abstützstangen (22) elastisch ist.
7. Trainingsgerät (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeich­ net, dass die Abstützstangen (22) miteinander verbunden sind.
8. Trainingsgerät (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeich­ net, dass das Gleitbrett (8) im Wesentlichen in der Mitte klappbar ausgebildet ist und dass eine Vorrichtung zum Verriegeln des Gleitbretts (8) in der auf­ geklappten Stellung vorgesehen ist.
9. Abstützeinrichtung (22) aufweisend mindestens einen Handgriff (24) zum Abstützen des Trainierenden und mindestens einen Befestigungsfuß (26) zur Befestigung an einem Trainingsgerät (2) mit einem Gleitbrett (8) und minde­ stens einem in einer Führung (14) an dem Gleitbrett (8) geführten Gleiter (16; 18).
