Aufgrund der im Verhältnis zur Größe des Gestells großen Gesamtlänge des Zugbandes erlaubt es die Erfindung, einen Kraftverlauf einzustellen, bei dem die Kraft zwar von der Auszugslänge abhängig ist, aber mit geringerer Progression als bei herkömmlichen Trainingsgeräten mit elastischem Zugband.
