Abstract

Schutzhülle, die eine erste Schutzplatte (10) und eine zweite Schutzplatte (11) umfaßt, die miteinander verbunden sind und geöffnet und geschlossen werden können, wobei die erste Schutzplatte (10) ein elektronisches Datenprodukt (A) trägt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Schutzplatte (10) mit mindestens einer querverlaufenden Faltlinie (B) versehen ist, die die erste Schutzplatte (10) in einen oberen Stützteil (101) und einen unteren Stützteil (102) teilt, und wobei die zweite Schutzplatte (11) mehr als eine querverlaufende Positioniernut (111) aufweist.

Description

  • Technisches Gebiet
  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schutzhülle, die eine einfache und leichte Handhabung aufweist und ein tragbares elektronisches Datenprodukt schützen und in der Arbeitslage stützen kann.
  • Stand der Technik
  • Die tragbaren elektronischen Datenprodukte, die ein LCD- oder OLED-Display aufweisen, wie DMP, GPS, IPAD, Handy mit Touchscreen usw., werden mit der Entwicklung der Technologie immer wieder erneuert und erweitert.
  • Diese elektronischen Datenprodukte weisen üblicherweise eine Schutzhülle auf, um eine Beschädigung durch Reibung oder Stoß zu vermeiden. Die Schutzhüllen sind meistens in Form von einer Tüte oder Tasche ausgebildet, deren Form und Größe dem jeweiligen elektronischen Datenprodukt entspricht. Diese Schutzhüllen können zwar das elektronische Datenprodukt schützen, haben jedoch keine andere Funktion.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Schutzhüllezuschaffen, die ein tragbares elektronisches Datenprodukt schützen und in der Arbeitslage stützen kann.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch die erfindungsgemäße Schutzhülle gelöst, die eine erste Schutzplatte und eine zweite Schutzplatte umfaßt, die miteinander verbunden sind und geöffnet und geschlossen werden können, wobei die erste Schutzplatte das elektronische Datenprodukt trägt und mit mindestens einer querverlaufenden Faltlinie versehen ist, die die erste Schutzplatte in einen oberen Stützteil und einen unteren Stützteil teilt, und wobei die zweite Schutzplatte mehr als eine querverlaufende Positioniernut aufweist. Wenn die zweite Schutzplatte geschlossen wird, wird das elektronische Datenprodukt geschützt. Wenn die zweite Schutzplatte geöffnet wird, wird die erste Schutzplatte nach oben geschwenkt und der obere Stützteil um die Faltlinie nach hinten geknickt, wird das elektronische Datenprodukt von dem unteren Stützteil getrennt und greift in eine der Positioniernuten ein. Der untere Stützteil bildet dabei eine Rückenstütze für das elektronische Produkt. Daher kann der Neigungswinkel des elektronischen Produkts je nach Bedarf gewählt werden.

  • Wege zur Ausführung der Erfindung
  • Wie aus den 1, 2 und 3 ersichtlich ist, umfaßt die Erfindung eine erste Schutzplatte 10 und eine zweite Schutzplatte 11, die miteinander verbunden sind und geöffnet und geschlossen werden können. Die erste Schutzplatte 10 ist entsprechend der Form des zu schützenden elektronischen Datenprodukts A ausgebildet und trägt das elektronische Datenprodukt. Die erste Schutzplatte 10 ist mit mindestens einer querverlaufenden Faltlinie B versehen, die die erste Schutzplatte 10 in einen oberen Stützteil 101 und einen unteren Stützteil 102 teilt. Um den oberen und unteren Stützteil 101, 102 sind eine Vielzahl von oberen und unteren Begrenzungselementen 1011, 1021 vorgesehen, um das elektronische Datenprodukt A zu positionieren. Die zweite Schutzplatte 11 weist mehr als eine querverlaufende Positioniernut 111 und an der Umfangsseite mindesens ein Begrenzungselement 112 auf, das eine Sperrwirkung erzeugen kann, wenn die zweite Schutzplatte geschlossen ist.
  • Wie aus den 4, 5, 6 und 7 ersichtlich ist, kann wenn das elektronische Datenprodukt A auf der ersten Schutzplatte 10 aufliegt, die zweite Schutzplatte 11 geschlossen werden (3), wodurch das elektronische Datenprodukt A geschützt wird. Wenn die zweite Schutzplatte 11 geöffnet wird, kann das elektronische Datenprodukt A auf der ersten Schutzplatte 10 direkt in der horizontalen Lage bedient und betrachtet werden (2 und 4). Zudem kann der Benutzer die Begrenzungselemente 1021 des unteren Stützteils 102 der ersten Schutzplatte 10 von dem elektronischen Datenprodukt A trennen, wobei das elektronische Datenprodukt A nur von den Begrenzungselementen 1011 des oberen Stützteils 101 begrenzt ist. Anschließend kann die erste Schutzplatte 10 nach oben geschwenkt und der obere Stützteil 101 um die Faltlinie B nach hinten geknickt werden, wodurch das elektronische Datenprodukt A von dem unteren Stützteil 102 getrennt wird und sich nach unten bewegt. Dabei kann das elektronische Datenprodukt A in eine der Positioniernuten 111 eingreifen oder von dem Begrenzungselement 112 begrenzt werden (5, 6 und 7). Durch das Knicken des oberen Stützteils 101 bildet der untere Stützteil 102 automatisch eine Rückenstütze für das elektronische Produkt A. Der Neigungswinkel des elektronischen Datenprodukts A kann je nach Bedarf gewählt werden, so dass die Handhabung leicht ist.
  • Um eine bessere Schutzwirkung für das elektronsiche Produkt A zu erreichen, sind der obere und untere Stützteil 101, 102 der ersten Schutzplatte 10 und die zweite Schutzplatte 11 aus Material mit einer geeigneten Härte, beispielsweise Kunststoffplatte, Blech oder Mappe, hergestellt. Die innere und äußere Oberfläche des Grundmaterials können mit einem weichen Material, wie Leder und Gewebe, beschichtet werden, um das Ausehen zu verschönern und eine Schutzwirkung zu erreichen.
  • Da die erste und zweite Schutzplatte 10, 11 eine geeignete Härte aufweisen, kann das elektronsiche Datenprodukt A stabil von dem unteren Stützteil 102 gestützt werden, wenn die erste Schutzplatte 10 nach oben geschwenkt und der obere Stützteil um die Faltlinie nach hinten geknickt wird.
  • Die Erfindung betrifft folglich eine Schutzhülle, die eine erste Schutzplatte (10) und eine zweite Schutzplatte (11) umfaßt, die miteinander verbunden sind und geöffnet und geschlossen werden können, wobei die erste Schutzplatte (10) ein elektronisches Datenprodukt (A) trägt und mit mindestens einer querverlaufenden Faltlinie (B) versehen ist, die die erste Schutzplatte (10) in einen oberen Stützteil (101) und einen unteren Stützteil (102) teilt, und wobei die zweite Schutzplatte (11) mehr als eine querverlaufende Positioniernut (111) aufweist. Wenn die zweite Schutzplatte (11) geschlossen wird, wird das elektronische Datenprodukt (A) geschützt. Wenn die zweite Schutzplatte (11) geöffnet wird, wird die erste Schutzplatte (10) nach oben geschwenkt und der obere Stützteil (101) um die Faltlinie (B) nach hinten geknickt, wird das elektronische Datenprodukt (A) von dem unteren Stützteil (102) getrennt und greift in eine der Positioniernuten (111) ein. Der untere Stützteil (102) bildet dabei eine Rückenstütze für das elektronischen Datenprodukt (A). Daher kann der Neigungswinkel des elektronischen Datenprodukts (A) je nach Bedarf gewählt werden.
  • Daher weist die Erfindung folgende Vorteile auf:

Claims (4)

  1. Schutzhülle, die eine erste Schutzplatte (10) und eine zweite Schutzplatte (11) umfaßt, die miteinander verbunden sind und geöffnet und geschlossen werden können, wobei die erste Schutzplatte (10) ein elektronisches Datenprodukt (A) trägt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Schutzplatte (10) mit mindestens einer querverlaufenden Faltlinie (B) versehen ist, die die erste Schutzplatte (10) in einen oberen Stützteil (101) und einen unteren Stützteil (102) teilt, und wobei die zweite Schutzplatte (11) mehr als eine querverlaufende Positioniernut (111) aufweist.
  2. Schutzhülle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass um den oberen und unteren Stützteil (101, 102) eine Vielzahl von oberen und unteren Begrenzungselementen (1011, 1021) vorgesehen sind.
  3. Schutzhülle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Schutzplatte (11) an der Umfangsseite mindesens ein Begrenzungselement (112) aufweist, das eine Sperrwirkung erzeugen kann, wenn die zweite Schutzplatte (11) geschlossen ist.
  4. Schutzhülle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere und untere Stützteil (101, 102) der ersten Schutzplatte (10) und die zweite Schutzplatte (11) aus Material mit einer geeigneten Härte, beispielsweise Kunststoffplatte, Blech oder Mappe, hergestellt sind, dessen innere und äußere Oberfläche mit Leder odr Gewebe beschichtet sind.
