Birkenwein, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Blutungssaft der Birke mit Zucker, Rosinen, Gärhefe und Zitronen vermischt und vergoren ist.

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Birkenwein.
  • Der Blutungssaft der Birke im Frühjahr, wird mit Zucker, Rosinen, Gärhefe und Zitronen Vermischt, in Gärbehälter gefüllt und vergärt. Nach Abschluss der Vergärung entsteht der so genannte Birkenwein. Dieser wird filtriert und in Flaschen gefüllt.
  • Durch die Destillation des Birkenweines entsteht eine völlig neue Spirituose, die die Bandbreite der alkoholischen Getränke beträchtlich erweitert.
  • Die Gewinnung des Birkensaftes geschieht ausschließlich aus eigenen Birkenbäumen.

Claims (3)

  1. Birkenwein, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Blutungssaft der Birke mit Zucker, Rosinen, Gärhefe und Zitronen vermischt und vergoren ist.
  2. Birkenwein, gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Blutungssaft der Birke mit Sirup, Zucker oder Gewürzen versetzt oder vergoren ist.
  3. Birkenwein, gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vergorene Blutungssaft der Birke destilliert ist.
