Claims (7)

1. Alarm- und Überwachungsvorrichtung, umfassend ein Gehäuse, enthaltend
eine Regelschaltung für die Betriebsfunktionen der Alarm- und Überwachungsvorrichtung;
funktionelle Anschlüsse für externe Melder, Sen­ soren und Signalgebern;
eine Tastenfeldschaltung für die Eingabe von Pro­ grammbefehlen und Codes,
eine RF-Schaltung für den Empfang von Signalen einer Fernbedienung, durch welche die Alarm- und Über­ wachungsvorrichtung an- und abgeschalten werden kann,
Telefonwahl- und einwahleinrichtungen, die bei einem Alarm ein oder mehrere Telefonnummern anwählen,
Speichereinrichtungen für die Auf Zeichnung und zum telefonischen Weitergeben von Meldungen und Daten,
einen Infrarotbewegungsmelder, der bei einem Erfas­ sungssignal einen Alarm auslöst, worauf die Telefonwahl­ einrichtung eine Telefonnummer anwählt und eine vorgege­ bene Meldung telefonisch weitergibt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass eine digitale Kamera vorgesehen ist, die durch ein Signal zugeschalten werden kann, worauf die Bildin­ formation der Kamera über das Telefon weitergegeben wird.
2. Alarm- und Überwachungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, da­ durch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kamera im Gehäuse der Alarm- und Überwachungsvorrichtung integriert ist.
3. Alarm- und Überwachungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kamera extern an­ geschlossen ist.
4. Alarm- und Überwachungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 3, da­ durch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kamera in die Haustüre integriert werden kann.
5. Alarm- und Überwachungseinrichtung nach irgendeinem vor­ hergehenden Anspruch 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, sie zudem einen Lautsprecher aufweist.
6. Alarm- und Überwachungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lautsprecher ein Türlautsprecher ist.
7. Alarm- und Überwachungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lautsprecher ein lautes akustisches Alarmsignal geben kann.
