Abstract
Description
Claims (19)
einem Kohlenstoffring (110; 166) aus gesintertem Kohlenstoff mit einer ebenen vorderen Stirnfläche und einer hinteren Stirnfläche, einem Leiterring (112; 168), der in den Kohlenstoffring (110; 166) mit Abstand zu der vorderen und hinteren Stirnfläche des Kohlenstoffringes (110; 166) vor der Sinterung in den Koh lenstoffring (110; 166) eingebettet ist und mehrere in Umfangsrichtung verteilte Zungen (76) am Außenumfang des Kohlenstoffringes (110; 166) aufweist, wobei der Leiterring (112; 168) durch Sintern des Kohlenstoffringes (110; 166) mit dem Kohlenstoffring (110; 166) fest verbunden ist, wobei seine Zungen (76) mit dem Kohlenstoffring (110; 166) elektrisch verbunden sind,
einem Gehäuse (68; 156) aus einem elektrisch isolierenden Kunststoff, der nach dem Sintern des Kohlenstoffringes (110; 166) zumindest auf die hintere Stirnfläche des Kohlenstofffinges (110; 166) aufgegossen ist, wobei das Gehäuse (68; 156) eine zu dem Kohlenstoffring koaxiale Bohrung (104) hat, und mehrere, in Umfangsrichtung gleichmäßig beabstandete Nuten (114), die sich radial und axial vollständig durch den Kohlenstoffring (110; 166) und den Leiterring (112; 168) er strecken, um eine entsprechende Anzahl beabstandeter getrennter Kohlenstoffseg mente (64) auf gesintertem Kohlenstoff zu bilden, in denen jeweils ein getrennter elektrischer Leiter (66; 154) durch Sintern in den Kohlenstoffsegmenten eingebettet sind, um als Kommutatorsegmente zwecks Kontakt mit Bürsten zu dienen, wobei die Nuten (114) erst nach Angießen des Gehäuses (68) an dem gesinterten Kohlen stoffring (110; 166) gebildet sind, um jedes der Kohlenstoffsegmente (64; 152) am Gehäuse (68; 156) dauerhaft festzulegen.
