Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a dyeing or washing system for Textiles, in particular devices for dyeing Textile tape materials, the textile material in one Liquid is immersed and led out again becomes.
Textiles, especially textile tape materials endlessly passed through a continuous dyeing machine, in which is initially a dyeing of the textile in one Dye bath, so-called foulard, takes place. After that will the dyed textile after passing through a Damper or dryer fed to a car wash.
With regard to the prior art described above nik becomes a technical problem of the invention seen in it, a dyeing or washing machine in the speech standing kind with regard to the dyeing of the textile fa improve and / or an increased washing effect to achieve.
This problem is first and foremost solved by the subject matter of claim 1, wherein is based on the fact that an ultrasonic generator is provided and that the ultrasound by means of Liquid acts on the textile. As a result of this Design is in the area of a dyeing system fast, even dyeing of the textile fibers given. According to the invention sound waves with Fre sequences of more than 20 kilo heart by means of the liquid the dye - on the textile. It is known to produce ultrasonic waves very fine To use dispersions or emulsions. Invention Ge however, the ultrasonic waves are used to solve oligomeric silicones or other fat products in the Fiber area solved by its use. The solved Subsequently, components are created with the help of networks encapsulated and washed away. Beyond that too a further transport of the detached particles through the Textile tape conceivable. Through the processing according to the invention processing of the textile material by means of ultrasound not just oligomeric spin finishes and silicones, which adhere to the fibers and thus an even benet prevent or impair zen with liquor, resolved, but also becomes a larger one Penetration of the fabric structure / fiber structure aims. This results in a more even breeding process Exercise, which results in the advantageous effect that Dyes and auxiliaries required in smaller quantities become. If necessary, even additional Products, such as wetting agents, are dispensed with Reduce environmental impact with surfactants. Through the Treatment of the textile with ultrasound becomes its Surface more receptive to the color. In a exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention it is provided that the liquid in a container is recorded and that the ultrasonic generator an outer wall of the container is arranged. So can, for example, piezoelectric vibrators in the form of plate-shaped quartz crystals are used, which, for example, with a millimeter plate thickness Have a basic vibration of 3 megahertz. This Ultrasonic plates can be single, double-sided or all-round tig in or on the outer walls of the container - the Foulard - be arranged. In addition, the Arrangement of one or more ultrasound plates on Container bottom possible. Alternatively, the ultrasound generator can also be arranged in the liquid, so For example, by using or hanging pin probes or Ultrasound plates, which thaw into the paint bath chen. The number of ultrasound plates or Stiftson this depends on the order of magnitude and on Contents of the container. Compared to the state of the art, in which the color particles both on the water and also accumulate on the fiber or on the fabric through the use of ultrasonic waves the color parts in the fiber or tissue. Out of this there is an improved dye yield. The Color liquor can be prepared more concentrated. This better preparation is also evident in the washing section Tor noticeably noticeable. With an on set of ultrasound in the field of continuous Washbasin has an increased washing effect. This process preferably takes place without the use of chemi cleaning agents and at low temperatures Ren. Due to the ultrasound exposure to the washing textile become fat particles and not fixative dyes and solutions from the foulard coming, encapsulated substrates solved. About that in addition, an increased cleaning effect, for example with Pods of raw cotton reached, which solved by intensive cleaning with ultrasound and can be washed away. Regardless of whether the exposure according to the invention by ultrasound in dyeing bathroom and / or in the washing sector, is with a Sound energy from 2000 to 4000 watts, preferred 3000 watts worked at a frequency of 20-80 Khz. To achieve an optimal effect, be is a ratio of the installed ultrasound genes rators to the volume of the container.
The invention further relates to a method for Dyeing of textile material, in particular textile Tape material. Here is the quick, even Dyeing textiles suggested that the textile mate rial initially under the influence of ultrasound is cleaned and the cleaned textile material below in the usual way with coloring liquid becomes. By treating the textile material with Ultrasound, for example in a separate water bath, are oligomeric spin finishes and silicones as well other fat products in the fiber area solved. In the then the color of the cleaned textile materials, which, if necessary, after an intermediate drying, possibly time and place can be done, better penetration of the Fabric structure / fiber structure with the color fleet aims, therefore, a more even staining. This offers the particular advantage of a lower stake zes of dyes and auxiliaries, given further if there are no additional products, such as wetting agents can be tet.
The invention further relates to a method for dyeing of textile material, especially textile tape material. For a quick, even dyeing here of textile fibers, it is proposed that the textile material under the influence of ultrasound is cleaned, the cleaning already under On effect of the dyeing liquid on the textile. The textile material of oligomeric spin finishes, Ultra-free silicone and other fat products According to the invention, sound waves therefore act directly over the dye liquor on the textile, which in advantageously also an improved penetration the color particle is achieved in the fabric.
Es zeigt:The invention is based on the attached Drawing, which is only exemplary embodiments provides, explained in more detail. It shows:

Fig. 4 is a representation corresponding to FIG. 2, but relating to an alternative embodiment of the arrangement of ultrasonic generators.
Shown and described first with reference to FIG. 1 is a dyeing and washing installation 1 for a band-like textile material 2 .
The latter is passed through the plant in a continuous process, which is first immersed in a dye bath 3 - a foulard, then looped through a dryer 4 and finally washed in a washing unit 5 over several stages.
According to the invention, the system 1 in the region of the dyeing machine of FIG. 3 is provided with ultrasound generators 6 , which in a first exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 2 are designed in the form of ultrasound plates 7 . These are net interacting angeord at one or more outer walls 8 of the container 3 of the dyebath to the dye liquor. 9
The textile material 2 , which is guided through the dye liquor 9 in several courses by means of deflecting rollers 10 , is subjected to ultrasound waves via the dyeing liquid, whereby oligomeric spin finishes, silicones and other fat products are dissolved in the fiber area. These can be encapsulated and washed away with the help of nets. However, there is also the possibility of further transporting it by means of the textile belt.
As a result, the textile material 2 is dyed better. The dyes penetrate the fabric / fiber structure evenly. This results in a more intensive staining.
Alternatively, as shown schematically in FIG. 4, an ultrasound generator 6 in the form of one or more ultrasound probes 11 can also be provided, which are immersed in the dye liquor.
In combination with the ultrasound treatment in the dye bath 3 , an ultrasound treatment in the area of the washing unit 5 is also provided in the exemplary embodiment shown. In this area, the dyed textile ie 2 is repeatedly passed over pulleys 12 through a wash basin 13 . This is filled with water 15 for cleaning the textile and has an ultrasound generator 6 in the form of an ultrasound plate 7 in the area of one or more outer walls 14 in accordance with the training in the dye bath 3 . Alternatively, ultrasound probes can also be used here.
Through the use of ultrasonic waves in the area of the continuous wash basin 13 , an increased washing effect is achieved, this advantageously without the use of chemical cleaning agents and at low temperatures. Fat particles and unfixed dyestuffs, as well as solutions of the substrates coming from the dye bath 3 , which are rarely removed, are detached from the textile material 2 .
The described equipment of dye bath 3 and wash basin 13 with ultrasonic generators 6 is not only conceivable in continuous systems. For example, there is also the possibility of initially ultrasonically cleaning textile materials only in one bath (water bath) and then - after intermediate drying - if necessary, subjecting them to a customary dyeing process at different times and locations. Textile materials that have been freed from oligomeric spin finishes, silicones and other fat products in the fiber area can be temporarily stored for normal dyeing (not even in the continuous process).
