Description

Beschreibung des Patentanspruchs für "Geriatrin", (Medikament gegen Altersbeschwerden in percutaner Anwendung):
Seit den Berichten von Parhon und Aslan (Therapiewoche 8 (1957) 10 ist die positive Wirkung von Novocain (Patentname für Procain) gegen Altersbeschwerden bei einer regelmäßigen Injektionsbehandlung bekannt. Die Notwendigkeit zahlreicher Injektionen hat den Durchbruch für größere Behandlungszahlen verhindert.
In dem Geriatricum mit Namen "Geriatrin" ist ein Procainzusatz (2%) in einem Polyacralat-Gel und gleichzeitiger Zusatz von Dexpanthenol (5%) vorgesehen, der bei großflächiger Massage mit dem Gel eine ausreichend große Resorption zur Wirkungseffizienz gewährleistet. Auch andere Zusätze die eine percutane Resorption wie z. B. DMSO (Dimethylsulfoxyd) verbessern, können hierzu verwendet werden.
Wahrscheinlich wird ein solches Gel bei der Pflege behinderter alter Kranken wertvoll sein.

Claims (4)

1. Mittel gegen Altersbeschwerden das durch eine perkutane Resorption zur Wirkung gebrachte wird.
2. Mittel nach Anspruch 1, das als Resorptionsvermittler Dexpanthenol enthält.
3. Mitteln nach Anspruch 1 und 2 dem andere resorptionsfördernde Substanzen wie zum Beispiel DMSO (Dimethylsulfoxyd) beigefügt sind.
4) Mittel nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dem als besondere Wirkstoffgruppe der Stoff Procain beigefügt ist.
