Description

  • Zubereitungen aus Mineralcorticoid-Kristallen und Kininogenase-Inhibitoren.
  • Es ist bekannt, daß sich arthritische Veränderungen durch die intraartikuläre InJektion von Mineralo-Corticoiden, wie Cortison, Hydrocortison, Prednison, und ihren Substitutionsprodukten wie Dexamethason günstig beeinflussen lassen. Man wendet für diesen Zweck wäßrige Suspensionen von Corticoidkristallen an.
  • Ein Nachteil dieser Behandlung ist der häufig unmittelbar nach der Injektion auftretende Schmerz.
  • Es hat sich nun gezeigt, daß dieser Schmerz nicht auftritt, wenn man zusammen mit den genannten Corticoidkristallen Kininogenase-Inhibitoren, wie z.B. den Kallikrein-Inhibitor ( = Kunitz-Inhibitor) injiziert.
  • Gegenstand der Erfindung sind daher wäßrige Suspensionen von Corticoid-Kristallen, die Kininogenase-Inhibitoren enthalten.
  • Die Menge der Corticoidkristalle, die in einer InJektion verabreicht werden, liegt zwischen 1 bis 100 mg Corticoid. Zweckmäßig fügt man dieser Injektion 10 EIE bis 500 000 KIE (1 KIE ist diejenige Menge eines Kininogenase-Inhibitors, die 2 KE Kallikrein zu 50 % inhibiert) Inhibitor zug das sind im Fall des Kallikrein-Inhibitors 1,3γ bis 65 mg.

Claims (3)

Patentansprüche
1. Wäßrige Suspensionen von Mineral-Corticoid-Kristallen, die Kininogenase-Inhibitoren enthalten.
2. Wäßrige Suspensionen von Minerlao-Corticoid-Kristallen, enthaltend 10 KIE bis 500 000 KIE eines Kininogenase-Inhibitors, auf 1 bis 100 mg Corticoid.
3. Wäßrige Suspensionen von Mineralo-Gorticoid-Kristallen9 enthaltend 1,3 bis 65 mg Kallikrein-Inhibitor auf 1 bis 100 mg Corticoid.
