    Durch die Erfindung der Polaterbrandsohle (Zwickbrandsohle) in ein-

    se abgepolstert, sodaß Schmerzen und Schwielen usw naohkuraer

    wird. Bei der prophylaktischen und orthopädischen Ausführung werden
    durch die Auflage von Pelotten und Senkf'usserhöhungen darüber hi-
    naus noch jj'ussdeformationen vermieden bezw. wenm vorhanden tritt
    nach und nach eine Rückbildung in den Normalzustand ein. Nachtrags
    lieh in den Schuh einl oder eingelegte Hilfsmittel estfallen

    Der wesentliche Vorteil gegenüber Schuheinbauteilen liegt bei der
    PBS darin, dass sie dem luss seinevolle Bewegungsfreiheit belässt
    und zwar deshalb weil die Polsterung nioht auftragt sondern in
    die Brandsohle hinein verlegt wurde ; sie bildet also einen Bestand-
    teil des Schuhbodens. Der Fusswird nicht behindert und behalt seine
    normale A timngsaktivität, Die sprungelastische Uirkung des Polster-
    materials fordert ausserdem die aaßagewirkung beim Gehen «
    Die rfinduns kann durch das Tragen von Einlegesohlen auch nicht
    annähernd ersetzt wo da jede Einlegesohle den Fuss einengt.

    Technisch ist die PBS sowohl für fabrikmässige Herstellung als
    auch für Massenherstellung von Schuhen sehr gut geeignet, ohne dass
    besondere Leisten erforderlich waren. B ei Verwendung der PBS ent-
    fällt das Ausballen des Schuhes vollkommen.
